Chapter Twenty-Three: Through the Nine Tricks, the Innate One Qi

Holding a copy of "Daozang" and reading through it, it was already dark outside, the rain had stopped, and the air became exceptionally fresh.

Zhang Xuanqing put down the book, only to feel that the doubts in his heart had been solved a lot, but he had filled in many new doubts.

Sure enough, as Zhuangzi said: "My life has an end, and there is no end to knowledge." "The knowledge of the world is endless, and one must know how to do it in moderation.

Great wisdom knows the end, small wisdom is only strategic, wisdom is poor and the way is endless!

After casually dealing with a few mouthfuls of dinner, Zhang Xuanqing sat cross-legged on the ground, put a sofa cushion underneath, and began to meditate according to the method taught by Sun Simiao, cultivating the innate Yiqi.

Innate Qi, Buddhism, Taoism, medicine, Confucianism are all respected, is born born in the primordial Qi of all things, is the basic quality of all things in heaven and earth, and Taoism is the foundation of the Yuan Shen Jindan.

In the view of doctors, the birth of a person is accompanied by a breath of innate qi, as the person grows bigger and bigger, the weather becomes less and less and more mixed, until the person dies, the weather will dissipate, and the same is true of Taoism.

Therefore, Qi is not in the body, not outside the body, it begins with birth, and dies with death.

After Zhang Xuanqing sat down on the ground with his knees crossed, he settled his mind and stopped his thoughts, contemplated his mind, and kept quiet, striving to pursue the realm of too void and too nothing, too mysterious in space, too dark and in a trance.

In fact, the real Taoist meditation is not his kind of body and eyes, which can only be regarded as "fake sitting" at best.

Those who really sit must live for 12 hours, live, travel, sit and lie down, and in the middle of all movements, their hearts are like Mount Tai, not moving or shaking, and they cut off their eyes, ears, mouth, and nose, and do not let the outside scene enter, but there is the slightest movement and quiet thoughts, that is, they do not sit quietly.

But to that point, they are all people with profound merits, and the worst ones are like Sun Simiao.

Zhang Xuanqing is now a day before entering the Tao, and he can't practice such kung fu, so he can only strictly adhere to the posture of meditation, in order to achieve the effect of entering from the outside in.

At first, although there were not many distracting thoughts in my heart, after sitting for a while, one thought after another jumped into my mind, although most of them were thoughts of seeking the Tao, but they also made the thoughts mixed. Until I thought of the Taoist scriptures, "I am not afraid to read it, but I am afraid to be late." "Thinking is a disease, not continuing is medicine." When the mind knows that delusions arise, they will be enlightened, so that if they do not continue, they will reach the realm of no thoughts. Concentrate immediately, concentrate a little, ponder hard, and delude into delusions.

Why do you want to cultivate the Tao?

Can I live forever after cultivating?

How long does it take for me to really show results?

In this way, Zhang Xuanqing ignored the rest of his thoughts, and only focused on why he wanted to cultivate the Tao, thinking carefully.

In this way, although it is not true that there is nothing in the mind and is empty, but by concentrating on it and concentrating a little, it can dispel the rest of the distracting thoughts. In the end, there was only one thought left, which is also called "one spirit shines alone". In the realm of one spirit alone, there is no need to think about it, you can feel it when you think about it, and stop when you think about it. When the delusional desire arises, it does not move, and when the delusional desire arises, it cannot be subdued.

Whenever the mind is scattered, fantasies and distractions arise, and this "one spirit shines alone" is broken, the method of cutting off the hearts is used to cut off the hearts and kill all fates. Let the heart dwell in the heart, the state dwells in the state, the heart is not on the outer edge and the inner is lonely, the state is not disturbed and the outside is quiet.

As the saying goes, if there is no thought, there is no heart, and if there is no heart, there is no way, and when the mind is spotless and not a thought is born, then the self-spirit is not ambiguous, and the self-knowledge is clear, and this meditation kung fu can also be called entering the hall.

The poem says:

I have a divine pearl, which has been locked by dust for a long time.

Today, the dust is gone, illuminating the mountains and rivers.

When Zhang Xuanqing really reached the center of mind, and the spirit was alone, he only felt that he had come to a world of nothingness, surrounded by darkness and chaos, and there was nothing, only in the center of the world, there was a grain of white light, like a pearl, shining brightly, making the void room white.

In an instant, after the light burst out, I only felt that the mountains, rivers, earth, and the void in the ten directions were all gone, and they were all extinguished. Unconsciously, the darkness is not there, the light is not there, there is no reality in perception, there is no color and no emptiness, and there is no righteousness. But there is a stream of air that slowly gathers, neither cold nor warm, if there is nothing, it seems to be real and illusory, but he knows in his heart that this is the "congenital Yiqi".

I don't know how long it took, when Zhang Xuanqing was conscious and opened his eyes, it happened that the sun was rising and the purple qi was coming east, and in the blink of an eye, a night had passed.

Looking at the rising sun outside the window and realizing the sense of qi in his perception, Zhang Xuanqing only felt a sense of wonder.

This congenital Yiqi is indeed not in the body, nor is it outside the body, it is a very mysterious feeling, as if it is in the body, and it seems to be absent, it is not at all the kind of true qi entrenched in the dantian in martial arts novels that he expected, neither warm current, nor cool, in short, it gives people a feeling of plausibility and non-existence, as if there is nothing but nothing.

It's like the Taoist saying that the entrance is a trick, some say it is in the dantian, some say it is in the center of the eyebrows, and some say that it is three inches outside the tip of the nose, and there is no specific position at all.

It's the same with the innate Qi, it seems to be everywhere, and it seems to be everywhere, if you let it be in the body, it can appear in the body, and if you let it go out of the body, it can be preserved outside the body. But you have to point out exactly where it is, and it doesn't have a specific resting place, a specific place to fold, no specific place to place it. I only feel that it can't be blown away by the wind, and the sun can't be eliminated, and the real "existence" is also illusory and illusory.

No wonder Sun Simiao said that it has no attack power, this "Qi" is between the presence and non-existence, and in the future, it may be able to gather and take shape, and disperse to form Qi, but at this time of birth, it is completely a state of "Tai Chi".

Tai Chi is not yin and yang, but the state before yin and yang, and there is no distinction between yin and yang. The pattern of Tai Chi Yin and Yang Fish is circulated in the world, but it is convenient for people to understand, but I didn't expect the world to be ignorant, and there was a big misunderstanding.

For example, the saying about Tai Chi in some novels that if one side of the Yin and Yang Qi is stronger than the other, the state of Tai Chi will be unstable, which is completely nonsense.

Yin flourishes and yang declines, yang flourishes and yin declines, these two words only say that the two poles of yin and yang are ebb and flow. At this time, the yin and yang belong to the "two instruments".

It is easy to have Tai Chi, which is to give birth to two yi, two yi to give birth to four elephants, and four elephants to give birth to gossip. Liangyi refers to "yin and yang" in classical philosophy.

At the beginning of heaven and earth, everything is chaos, it is for Wuji, Wuji gives birth to Taiji, and Taiji gives birth to Liangyi.

Tai Chi refers to the mixture of yin and yang, and the vitality of Yu Mu is initially integrated.

This vitality can be called innate Qi!

......

Closing his eyes and realizing the innate Qi, Zhang Xuanqing suddenly felt a strange appearance from the injury on his body, opened his eyes, and looked down at his left shoulder. After a toss yesterday morning, the gauze bandaged here has been a little loose, and I looked through the gap to the shoulder injury, but I saw that the wound had scabbed. Zhang Xuanqing did not have surprise on his face, but flashed a trace of understanding.

After the previous few eye fatigues, the body had a cool run to the eyes to relieve fatigue, Zhang Xuanqing knew that his body was a little unusual now. Now it seems that the coolness can not only relieve fatigue, but also speed up the healing of one's own injuries.

However, although his body injury was not serious, it was not light, especially his left shoulder, and even a severe abrasion. Now that the injury has scabbed, it still can't be completely recovered, and Zhang Xuanqing didn't pay attention to it.

After eating breakfast and realizing the innate Qi for a while, Zhang Xuanqing went on the next step of cultivation: through the nine orifices!

The avenue was first repaired through the nine orifices, and the nine orifices were originally in the tail Lu acupoint. Rush from the bottom of the feet of the spring, and the spring rushes up to the knees. The human body has 360 joints and 84,000 pores. There are three levels in the back: tail lure, spine, and jade pillow. The tail lull is at the head of the pan under the spine, between the end of the coccyx and the ****, which is the key to the nine orifices, which is the tail lull acupoint.

In the theory of traditional Chinese medicine, the meridians in the human body are naturally connected, as the so-called "general is not painful, general is not painful", it can be said that the individual is a wizard with all the veins in the martial arts novel.

If someone has a blocked meridian, they are sick. If it is really as mentioned in the martial arts novel, the meridians of the whole body are blocked, and you need to cultivate the true qi through, then I'm sorry, you don't need to cultivate, because at this time you are already dead and can't die anymore.

Penetrating the nine orifices, to put it bluntly, is to stimulate the acupuncture points in the body, so that the nine orifices are enhanced, beyond mortals. It's like a foot therapy, a acupuncture point on the sole of the foot, but some of the heart, some of the lungs, the theory of Chinese medicine is never about which disease to treat, but to find out the cause, even if you have a headache and use acupuncture to prick your feet, it is not uncommon in Chinese medicine. The key acupoint that runs through the nine orifices is the tail acupoint between the end of the coccyx and the ****.

In the theory of traditional Chinese medicine, each acupoint does not exist individually, but is connected with some other acupoints, and finally forms a dense network of meridians in the human body.

To stimulate the tail acupoint, you should not start directly from the tail acupoint, but start from the spring acupoint on the sole of your feet, pass through your knees, go to the tail acupoint, and then go to the top of your head Baihui Mud Pill Palace, that is, the upper dantian. Then from the Du pulse to Ren pulse, to the nose of the golden lock, and then down the throat, the throat has twelve sections, so it is called the twelve floors. After going down to the trembling acupoint through the twelve-fold building, and then to the dantian qi sea, a cycle is finally completed. This step, in Taoism, is called Wenwu Xiao Zhoutian, and in martial arts novels, it is the so-called opening up the second pulse of Ren and Du, and the merit is congenital, and he can become a big master.

However, Taoist cultivation attaches the most importance to the innate and avoids the acquired things, emphasizing the last form but not the form, and emphasizing the unfinished but not the already form. In fact, this method of penetrating the nine knots, in some Taoist scriptures, has fallen into the inferior, just like Chen Niwan said "Three Grades of Danjue", so Zhang Xuanqing will be entangled at the beginning.

However, now that Zhang Xuanqing has cultivated the innate Yiqi, he has a general understanding of the innate Yiqi, and the situation is different.

Innate Yiqi is not something that people can recognize with common sense, everyone has it, but it cannot be increased, cannot be subtracted, and it can be used endlessly, not endlessly. In other words, you can master the innate Yiqi, but you can't increase it through cultivation, and there will be no consumption when you use it, at least the current Zhang Xuanqing is like this.

The Tao Te Ching says: Tao gives birth to one, life to two, two to three, and three to all things. This innate Yiqi is the "one" in it. Therefore, the heavens have to be clear, the earth has to be peaceful, the gods have to be spiritual, the valley has to be profitable, all things have to live, and the Hou Wang has to think that the sky is right. As for how this "one" can give birth to two and three, there are no specific steps in the Taoist scriptures, and it is not something that Zhang Xuanqing can understand now.

Instead of being ambitious and seeking the ethereal immortality, it is better to be light and healthy first, and not to be sick, this is what Zhang Xuanqing thinks now.
