Yuan Shi Tianzun continued: "However, above the wilderness, it is not a pure place, there are dangers everywhere, if the roots are not deep, the intention is not strong, and it is contaminated with worldly cause and effect, I am afraid that it will be difficult to get rid of it. For the teacher to observe this catastrophe, it is not the same as before, it is a saint disciple, and there is also a disaster of blood and light, one is not careful, but I am afraid that the Tao will be destroyed. Therefore, it is not a one-size-fits-all approach. I intend to wait for you, choose a few people with deep roots, give spiritual treasures, and go down the mountain to act, and the rest stay on Kunlun Mountain to continue cultivating, do you have any objections?"

Yuan Shi Tianzun said: "The Shennong clan has been in power for a long time, so it is reasonable to abdicate and cultivate moral merits. Xuanyuan is a rising star, and it is the order of the lord to succeed to the throne. This is also the meaning of the saint taught by the people, it is the number of the way of heaven, and you will go to help him, it is to obey the heavens, and it is expected that you will be worry-free. ”

Guang Chengzi asked again: "But helping the Xuanyuan clan is helping the demon clan?"

Yuan Shi Tianzun replied: "The two demon and witch clans, the qi has declined, but they cannot be connived at. It's just that God has the virtue of a good life, and it is not easy to read them to cultivate, if you meet someone who is destined for my teachings, you can also bring them to Kunlun Mountain, depending on its roots, and include them under the door, and you can expand my teaching in the future. ”

Guang Chengzi asked again: "What is fate?"

Yuan Shi Tianzun replied: "There is no fate, such as people drinking water, they know their own warmth and coldness!"

Fear Liusun asked, "Master, I don't know when the disciples of the Interception Sect will come out of the mountain?"

Yuan Shi Tianzun said: "The people of the Duobao Dao have come to inform the teacher of the meaning of the Shangqing sage, but they have not said when they will come out of the mountain. However, I am the chief of the three clears. You are my disciple, how can you fall behind the sect? You don't need to ask more, just go!"

After speaking, he closed his eyes and said no more.

When Guangchengzi saw it, he was afraid of leaving his grandson, Shuguang Fa Tianzun, Fuxian Zhenren, and Cihang Daoren, and said goodbye to Yuan Shi Tianzun, and went out of the palace with the Burning Lamp Daoist.

I only heard the Taoist say: "I and Zhun Ti set up a teaching in the West, Zen essence is exhausted, preaching and propagating the Dharma, and relying on your merits, the great religion is now prosperous." ”

When the disciples heard this, they saluted one after another: "Nan Wu Amitabha!"

The Taoist continued: "However, those who want to seek the elder of the wood must first consolidate its roots, and those who want to flow far must first trace its source." After all, the West is a barren land, not as beautiful as the East. If I want to teach prosperity, I will draw living water from the source and water the western soil. Therefore, the opportunity is not in the West, but in the East. Previously, I had also traveled to Dongtu many times with my brother and disciple Zhun Ti to seek opportunities to revitalize my teaching. However, there have been several saints preaching in Dongtu, and we have all returned in vain. ”

The quasi-Daoist listened to it, and his face couldn't help but be a little gloomy when he remembered all the difficulties before.

When the Taoist saw it, he comforted: "Senior brother, don't be upset. The so-called avenue is fifty, and Tianyan is four, and there is always a glimmer of opportunity. As long as you are persevering and ambitious, there is nothing that cannot be done in the world. I just deduced the heavenly opportunity, and I learned that now the Eastern Earth Demon Witch War is blazing, and the opportunity is just around the corner. ”

The quasi-Daoist was overjoyed when he heard this, and said to the Daoist: "Please also ask Senior Brother to make it clear!" The disciples under the seat also showed joy.

Therefore, in this battle, the Xuanyuan clan has both the time and the general trend, and the battle will be won. Therefore, I want to send several disciples to help the Xuanyuan clan, and it is expected that the saints of Dongtu will not obstruct it. If this is done, it will be of great benefit to teach the Dharma in the East in the future, and it will be a matter of chance. ”

The guide said: "Senior brother, you have a special status, so it is really not appropriate to go. ”

After the disciples dispersed, the quasi-Daoist said to the Daoist: "Senior brother, I look at these five disciples, the Lingtai is ignorant, and the evil qi is stagnant, and they have gone to the Eastern Soil, leaving the Western Elysium, and there is no more Twelve-rank Lotus Platform to support them, and they are contaminated with all kinds of causes and effects, so I am afraid that they will fall into the calamity." Senior brother has great powers, and he has no last resort, so he must have known it for a long time, why did he still order him to go?"

The Taoist said: "Senior brother, if you want to take it, you must give it up first, and I can't explain it to you at this time." It is only necessary to know that these five disciples went to the east to act, and it is certainly one matter to spread the Tao and spread the Dharma, and it is one matter to transfer the Dharma. This matter is very important to my Western religion, and my junior brother will know it in the future. ”

When the quasi-Daoist heard this, he faintly understood, but after thinking for a moment, he still found the essentials, and sighed: "These five disciples are all elites under my sect, people with deep roots and outstanding Taoism, if there is damage here, it will be a pity!"

He then said: "Senior brother, don't sigh! You must know how to see the lotus flower without calamity? How can you become a great weapon without tempering? They go to the East, although there are calamities, but as long as the heart is firm and the gods are not ignorant, there will be no major problem." When I was teaching the Fa just now, I had already taken a drop of their essence blood and released it to guide the gods. Even if they fall into reincarnation, they can still extradite them to the West by virtue of the merit of receiving the gods, and refine the true body of the Eight Treasures Merit Pool. At that time, he will still be my own disciple and the supreme Buddha of the Western teachings. ”

On Kunlun Immortal Island, Xuannu said to the Queen Mother of the West: "Master, in the last demon war, I waited to go down the mountain to help the Xuanyuan clan and formed a good fate.
