Xiao Zhoutian's running track: open the window and close the door, the air is fresh, avoid the wind direction, and then untie the clothes, sit quietly on the bed or sofa, straighten the body, the spine is not bent, and the upright is not crooked. The meditation posture is divided into double disc, single disc, and natural disc, choose any one. When sitting, you should do a three-fold pose, that is, the buttocks are slightly backward, the abdomen is slightly bulging, and the chest is slightly forward, not deliberately pretentious, and the comfort is the degree. Place your hands together under your abdomen.
Then close your eyes slightly, calmly fall into silence, do not think, do not look, do not listen, do not move, your tongue is against the upper jaw, and your mouth is full of jin and swallow slowly. Beginners often have distracting thoughts, and they can be eliminated by the method of breathing. The breathing requirements gradually reach deep and long, if there is none, like a turtle's breath. When exhaling, consciousness follows the breath through the chest and stomach to the lower abdomen, and the fossa is slightly inverted (i.e., the fossa descending method).
At this time, the practitioner has the feeling of sinking breath, that is, the qi penetrates the dantian. If the consciousness does not come down, there is no such feeling, and there are distracting thoughts. The breath of reality is still nasal inhalation and nasal exhalation, and only when exhaling the consciousness implies that the qi runs through the lower abdomen, using this method to sink the qi can not only avoid distracting thoughts, but also avoid the disadvantages of stomach and chest infarction after a long period of practice, which can be described as killing two birds with one stone.
When you practice in this way for three months, the lower abdomen will inevitably produce heat, and at this time you can be lucky and make it easy to pass through the small week. Xiao Zhoutian has a certain line, that is, the second pulse of Ren Du, from the back up to the front down, back and forth, the cycle is endless. The specific operation method is as follows: use consciousness to imagine that there is a hot air in the dantian, descending from the dantian, following the lower abdomen, and reaching the four inches below the umbilicus.
Through the perineum, through the valley (anus) to the tail lube, along the middle of the spinous process of the spine, up to the top of the head Baihui acupoint, then down the face, through the throat, from the midline of the chest and abdomen into the dantian. After a short pause, he still followed the previous method, and the cycle began again and again, until the time of the practice. The dantian that Xiao Zhou Tian said is an inch and a half of a qi sea point under the umbilicus.
Da Zhou Tian, the term for cultivating immortals in ancient times, is the second stage in the Neidan Shugong, one of the main schools of the Immortal Cultivation Sect, that is, the process of practicing qi and transforming gods. Neidanshu believes that through the Great Zhou Tian, the gods and qi are closely combined and inseparable from each other, so as to achieve the purpose of prolonging life.
It is called great because its internal qi circulates and flows along the two meridians as well as other meridians. Relatively speaking, the range is larger than the small week, so it is called the big week. According to the theory of Nei Danshu, through the stage of Xiao Zhoutian, the acquired essence is enriched and gradually returned to the innate essence, so the Great Zhou Tian uses the innate Bagua diagram for guidance. On the innate gossip diagram, the north and south positions are already Qiankun two hexagrams, but in fact, in the Neidan technique, the focus is always on the two hexagrams, and the two hexagrams are already in the position of Mao You, so the Great Zhou Tian is also called Qiankun Jiao, or Mao You Zhoutian.
The trajectory of the Great Week is to first relax the body and enter into meditation. Exhale first, lick the lower palate with the tongue, sink the qi into the dantian, and then the lower abdomen will bulge, and then sink the qi to the perineum, divide it into two strands along the inner side of the big and lower legs, and go straight down to the spring point in the heart of the foot. Inhale again, the lower abdomen contracted, the tongue licks the palate, leads the qi with intention, starts from the center of the foot, returns to the perineum along the outer side of the small and thighs, and then levates the anus, passes the qi along the Du pulse through the three levels, up to the top of the head, and then divides down the front side of the two ears to meet the tip of the tongue. At this time, it is in contact with the breath when exhaling, so that from the Baihui acupoint on the top of the head to the Yongquan acupoint on the soles of the feet, the cycle continues, and the cycle runs.
Acupuncture points are places where nerve endings are slightly denser or nerve trunks pass through. The scientific name of the acupuncture point is the acupoint, and the other names include: air points, qi fu, jie, hui, bone empty, pulse qi, moxibustion place, and acupuncture points. There are about 52 single acupoints, 300 double acupoints, and 50 extranephic acupoints around the human body, for a total of 720 acupuncture points.
There are one hundred and eight vital points, of which 72 points are generally not fatal when clicked, and the remaining 36 points are fatal points, commonly known as death points. The dead acupoints are divided into four acupoints: soft and numb, dizzy, light and heavy, and there are nine acupoints for each kind. Together, there are thirty-six deadly acupoints, which are used as killer weapons in life-and-death struggles.

Body parts: Jizhong, Rummy, Qimen (left and right acupoints), Shenque, Zhongji, Guan Yuan, Qihai, Zhangmen, Taiyuan (left and right acupoints), Yingzhuang (left and right acupoints), Ruzhong (left and right acupoints), Dove tail, Juque, Qugu.
