47. Everything has a law

What sutra to recite? The Prajnaparamita Heart Sutra to be recited. The incense is endless, and the wooden fish snatches and says: "According to the Prajnaparamita, there is no obstacle in the heart, no obstacle in the heart, no fear in the way." Stay away from all upside-down dreams, nirvana. The Buddhas of the three worlds, according to Prajnaparamita, attained the three bodhisattvas of the three bodhisattvas......"
The Buddha audience is the same in life, that is, the Buddha appearance. When sentient beings see the Buddha and attain all appearances, they are all beings. The sound of the wooden fish, the melodious morning bell, this is the morning class of Nanshan Zen Buddhism, chanting. Chanting sutras in the morning, discussing Zen in the evening, and entering the Buddha's door, this scripture naturally has to be recited. Of course, this has to be said to be a little monk, the morning class of Nanshan Zen Buddhism is also a chore for the little monks, a little monk is drowsy and his head is drooping lower and lower, and he wants to: "Boom!"
It's not a wooden fish, knocking on the head.

"Knock, knock!knock!" An old monk, an old monk with a sad face, walked around with a mallet, which was the nightmare third eye of all the little monks. It is really not easy to be a little monk, practice early and practice late, and at the end of the day, I am tired and half dead, and I can't wake up after being beaten! Especially in this place, it is easier to get sleepy, and this thing is very contagious: "Knock knock! I don't remember my surname for long when I am beaten!"
The abbot sat first, wearing a robe and looking solemn. It is said that the abbot is knowledgeable and profound, and it is said that he is famous far and wide, and no one is disrespectful. And the reason why he is said to be another golden sign of Nanshan Zen Buddhism is precisely because the Buddhist principles of the old monk are unmatched. Nanshan Zen Buddhism has three gold-lettered signboards, one is Dinghai, which is famous for martial arts all over the world, one is empty news, and the other is famous for the Buddhist world all over the world, and one is Lingxiu, which is recited by the people through the gods of medicine. This is the Three Treasures of Nanshan Zen Buddhism, and it is also the reason why Nanshan Zen Buddhism has gained great prestige.
Now there are only two treasures, and Monk Lingxiu never does morning classes.
I don't do evening classes either. Every day, I either nest in my room and read medical books, or I go to the mountains to collect medicine.
Except for going down the mountain, it has been like this for more than ten years.
Lingxiu is not a good monk.
Dinghai stood behind the monks, looking at the Buddha thinking like this. Kongwen is a good monk, but Kongwen doesn't know martial arts. So Kongwen is not a good monk either. Dinghai thought about it and sighed in his heart. Dinghai is not a good monk, not from the day he became a monk. Dinghai believes that there are hundreds of monks in Nanshan Zen Buddhism, but there is no good monk, and the so-called Three Treasures is just a false name, which will disappear one day.
If there is no Zen.
The old monk of Dinghai has an ambition that is bigger than the sky, that is, to integrate the three treasures of Nanshan Zen Buddhism into one, and to make the little monk of Zen into a perfect monk. And then make him a real generation of monks, so that Nanshan Zen Buddhism will not fall down forever and leave a name forever! Every time I think of this grand and beautiful plan, the old monk will be so excited that he can't help himself, saying that the best person in Dinghai's heart is Lingxiu, but Lingxiu-
Lingxiu's qualifications are extremely talented, as early as 20 years ago, the Buddha and martial arts are far superior to the same school, and the appearance is dignified and handsome, it is the best choice to inherit the mantle of Zen Buddhism. That's the case, the Lingxiu of that year was to Dinghai, just like the Zen at this time. It's a pity that one day, after Lingxiu came back from a trip, he suddenly went crazy! That day, Lingxiu burned down the Tibetan Scripture Pavilion, splashed the statue of the Buddha with water, and looked crazy and talked nonsense when he saw people!
Lingxiu is crazy.
That is the eternal pain in the heart of the old monk of Dinghai!
After the madness was cured, Lingxiu stopped chanting and no longer practicing, locked himself in his room and sat for three months, and then ran down Nanshan.
Nowhere to be found.
There must be a reason for abnormal things, and this incident caused a great chaos in Nanshan that year, and it was a shame for Zen Buddhism!
But why? Why did it make people's surnames change greatly? Why did they make monks not monks? I don't know when and where the change happened, so I inquired about it from Zen Buddhism, and it was still the same conclusion.
There is no reason.
Hate its misfortune, angry with it, seeing Lingxiu like this, the pain of the old monk Dinghai has been so far, not mentioned, not mentioned, it is all an old thing, but fortunately there is no Zen after it, so that Dinghai's already dead heart ignited the fire of hope again, and it is more and more prosperous gradually burned away the doubts in the heart of the year. Why Lingxiu is crazy, only one person knows, it is empty hearsay. Kongwen is Lingxiu's master, Lingxiu is Kongwen's only apprentice, Lingxiu was also picked up by Kongwen from the mountain, Kongwen watched Lingxiu grow up day by day, and knew Lingxiu better than Lingxiu-
Cognitive impairment.
The obstacle of perception is one of the three obstacles, also known as the obstacle of knowledge, which refers to the lack of knowledge of the reality of the Dharma realm, so it has become an obstacle on the path of Buddhism. In Zen Buddhism, everyone will encounter obstacles to cognition, whether they are clinging or broken, but they have never seen a single person who has gone crazy like Lingxiu! Only Kongwen knows, but Kongwen does not say anything, and the reason why Lingxiu is crazy is precisely because Lingxiu is so good.
The deeper Lingxiu studied Buddhism and the deeper Lingxiu practiced martial arts, the more Lingxiu believed in his own beliefs, believed in his beliefs, and believed that what he did was right. And it is precisely because Lingxiu is extremely persistent that he practiced Buddhism and martial arts for thousands of miles, until one day, Lingxiu went down the mountain. Lingxiu was eighteen years old that year, which was the age of high spirit and self-confidence, Lingxiu stepped into the red dust in white clothes, thinking that he was going to save all living beings from fire and water!
And then.
What happens when a person discovers that something is not what he imagined? And then I found out that it was really different. What happens when a person discovers that everything is different from what he imagined? Lingxiu confirms them one by one and finds that everything is in conflict with his own concepts! What is the use of Buddhism? What is the difficulty of one person! What is the use of martial arts? Nothing is used! Why? Why? Why is this so? Belief is not destroyed in an instant, Lingxiu went down the mountain again and again, and his faith was shaken again and again, and finally a small crack appeared in the majestic Nanshan Mountain in his heart.
And then it collapsed in an instant!
The stronger and stronger the thing, the faster and more violent it collapsed, so that Lingxiu could no longer bear it, and finally went crazy: "Why! Why! Why is it so, like this!" That day, Lingxiu burned the scriptures and insulted the Buddha and shouted frantically, and Lingxiu only wanted to know why all this was going on. Buddha and demon are only between the line. The belief collapsed and disappeared into nothing, it was as painful as cramping, peeling skin and scraping bones, and Lingxiu lost everything. Lingxiu used to be the closest to the Buddha, Lingxiu tried to incarnate into a Buddha, and Lingxiu questioned the Buddha and deviated from the Buddha's teachings, so Lingxiu couldn't break through the obstacle of knowledge, and Lingxiu even lost his heart.
Once lost, March is not.
After that, Lingxiu neither became a Buddha nor became a demon, Lingxiu found his heart and became an ordinary person again. Lingxiu went down the mountain again to find her own way. That path has been found, that path can transcend the suffering of sentient beings, and there is no need to fight and kill, that path divides Lingxiu's chaotic consciousness into two halves, one side is Buddha, and the other is man. That road turned Lingxiu into a simple person, a monk who is not a monk, and that road only received one penny and only one word-
Medical.
Lingxiu's medical skills come from the world, so Lingxiu mostly walks in the world. Lingxiu's footprints are mostly in the countryside, and all Lingxiu is sometimes unknown. However, there are more doctors, and Lingxiu's medical skills are becoming more and more exquisite, so he slowly has the name of the white-clothed bodhisattva. The ancestor of Nanshan lost a star of hope, but he got a gold-lettered signboard, which is cause and effect. The old monk of Dinghai lost hope, but he got no Zen, which is also karma.
Lingxiu does not teach no Zen because meditation is practiced here and no medicine is practiced. What's more, there will be a path to go without Zen. The two halves of the world that are clearly divided in Lingxiu's heart may only be able to communicate with the road without Zen, and the faint Zen machine in Lingxiu's heart that Lingxiu is looking for is in Wuzen. So the big monk said that the big monk is not as good as the little monk. Therefore, Lingxiu sometimes goes down the mountain with Wuzen, just to let Wuzen take a look at it earlier, and take a look at this world-
Disciples of Nanshan Zen Buddhism are not allowed to go up the mountain more than three years old, and they are not allowed to go down the mountain under the age of eighteen, which is the rule of Nanshan Zen Buddhism. Only Wu Chan is an exception, because this rule is now in the hands of the old monk Dinghai, who has always listened to the words of the little monk without Zen, and the little monk Wu Zen listens to everyone, including the master.
Wuzen panicked and broke into the main hall, stared around, and then walked to a place with his head down, and slowly sat down. Instantly settled!, or rather asleep. Lingxiu does not recite sutras, does not have Zen and does not recite sutras, the master can not recite them, but the apprentices do not know how to recite them at all! In the long run, where will the Dharma come from? If Lingxiu does not teach, where will the medical skills come from? The three treasures are all in one, but it is said that he is dreaming in vain! Dinghai sighed, but a trace of a smile still appeared on his old face.
No Zen is still small, not in a hurry, not in a hurry.
Non-Zen monks come to chant sutras simply indiscriminately, and everyone knows this. Wu Chan is basically late every time, and everyone knows where he went. That's no way, people are treated differently, who taught him to be without Zen? Who taught the Taishi uncle to spoil him? Who taught every elder of Nanshan Zen Buddhism to accommodate him like that and love him? If the Buddha sat on the lotus platform, his eyes were half-closed and half-open, his expression seemed to be smiling but not smiling, and he looked at the little monk with a unique appearance like that, as if he was thinking about something, and he didn't seem to be thinking about anything.
