Chapter 123: The Seven Buddhas' Mantra for Destroying Sins

With this thought in mind, Xuankong walked quickly to the bottom of the central pagoda and looked up. I only felt that my True Element, which had stopped flowing when I entered the Mongolian Realm, suddenly resumed its operation.

He tried to pinch the spell, and sure enough, a long wind rose.

Xuankong was overjoyed, stepped into the limelight, and flew straight to the top of the pagoda. Originally, he was just hugging the grass and beating the rabbit to come up and take a look, but when he saw the light on the top of the thirty-three layers of Buddha, he couldn't help but feel a sense of greed in his heart.

At the top of the pagoda, there are three golden lotuses, and each lotus is enshrined with a Buddha treasure relic.

It is these three relics that release the light of the Buddha, and there are auspicious clouds shrouded in the mist rising, spewing out colorful gas to release the glow, which is dazzling and itchy. Xuankong harnessed the long wind and flew around the lotus platform of the relics a few times.

pondered: "This relic looks extraordinary, it must not be something that ordinary Buddhist monks can leave behind, I am afraid that there are some big causes and effects." But now, when I pass by, it is unprovoked to release the Buddha's light and treasure, leading me here, I don't know why?"

It's not that Xuankong hasn't seen Buddhist relics, but none of these three Buddhas are pure and profound. He also took a closer look, and the mechanisms on this stupa were all made by skillful craftsmen, and there was no reason why they would be automatically opened because they were ineffective.

What's more, he and Qingfeng entered the Mongolian realm together, and now only he has recovered the true yuan, but Qingfeng can only stay under the tower. This shows that the relics did fly up on their own.

Although Xuankong regarded himself as a virtuous person, the pie that fell from the sky was too big, and he had to think about it a few more steps. The one riding the white horse is not necessarily the prince, but also the Tang monk.

What falls from the sky is not necessarily a pie, but more likely a trap.

All in all, there is nothing wrong with being careful, Xuankong thought for a while before falling into the limelight, standing on the pagoda with his left hand and pinching the thunder method to protect himself, then stretched out his right hand to test carefully. When his right hand touched one of the relics, the three relics really converged at the same time.

Xuankong was shocked in his heart, and it was already too late to leave again, and the three relics had already surrounded him, emitting a warm light shining on his body.

He gritted his teeth, folded his hands, and saluted respectfully to the relics: "Laoshan Qi Refiner Xuankong, I have seen all the ancient Buddhas. I don't know why the Buddhas have attracted poor people to come here?"

Suddenly, the boundless Buddha horn came from the void, and the temperature on the top of the stupa rose sharply, turning into a Buddha fire in the sky.

This Buddha fire burns on the body, but it does not look hot, but it is warm and drowsy. Xuankong was suddenly startled, biting the tip of his tongue to sober himself up, he found that the true yuan in his body was constantly being refined and flying out of the dross in his body in this Buddha fire.

His own mana cultivation is also bent on making rapid progress, and he can even reach the threshold of Taiyi, and he is only one foot away from the realm of heavenly immortals.

Xuankong hurriedly bowed down and said more respectfully: "Poor Dao respectfully invites the big Buddha to appear." ”

took other people's hands short, ate other people's soft mouths, and got such benefits as other people's ancient Buddhas, so they couldn't help but be empty and confused. When Xuankong bowed three times, a warm Buddha light suddenly emanated from the relics.

The relics floated around the body of Xuankong, arranged according to the three directions of heaven, earth and man, and the Buddha light conjured up three figures of the Buddha with sad faces.

Xuankong said: "Ladies and gentlemen, I don't know what is the matter of calling Xuankong to come. ”

The big Buddha in the middle opened his mouth, and said angrily: "Xuankong?"

Xuankong didn't dare to slack off, and hurriedly agreed: "It's the poor way." ”

A big Buddha next to him said in a kind tone: "These three relics were left by the three of us when they passed away." ”

Xuankong nodded and said: "The poor Dao knows, but I don't know what other power can make you die and achieve Nirvana with the cultivation of the three Great Buddhas?"

The big Buddha on the right had a strange accent and laughed stiffly: "In ancient times, there were countless catastrophes, even if we were infinitely close to the quasi-holy path, so what? ”

Xuankong knew that these three Buddhas were all ancient Buddhas who had attained nirvana in the past tribulation, and nodded: "I understand a little bit of what I said." But there is another question, why do you waste your vitality to summon me if you ancient Buddhas don't care about nurturing the remaining true spirits in order to return to the world?"

The big Buddha in the middle also smiled: "Xuankong, you are very smart. ”

Xuankong didn't dare to be arrogant in front of the Buddha, and said modestly: "Don't dare, don't dare." ”

The Buddha sighed and said, "Then can you guess who we are?"

Xuankong was speechless, and he said in his heart: "I'm not a tinkerbell, how can I know a hundred thousand why?" But the big Buddha opened the question, and he had no choice but to continue, looking at the three big Buddhas for a while and was silent.

The three big Buddhas each smiled, also looked at the Xuankong, and recited the mantra in a low voice: "Lipo Lipodi, Ask for Hedi, Dharanidi, Niharati, Viliyoudi, Mahagadi, Zhenling Qiandi, Shapoha!"

Xuankong was familiar with it, and it seemed that in the depths of his memory, he had heard this spell.

He couldn't help but close his eyes tightly, rummaged in his mind, and suddenly opened his eyes and said in surprise: "This is the mantra of the Seven Buddhas to destroy sins, you are the Seven Buddhas of the Ancients!" This mantra is from the "Dafang and Other Dharani Sutras", which happens to be a Buddhist scripture that Xuankong had the opportunity to read in his previous life.

In his previous life, he had to embark on the road of mixed society in order to make a living, and this career did not fit Xuankong's original surname, which always made him feel a little awkward.

In an accidental situation, Xuankong became obsessed with reading Buddhist scriptures and Taoist books and reading some ancient myths, and he thought that this would atone for his sins. But as a result, when he went out to cut people on a thunderstorm night, he was struck into this world by thunder.

At the request of Prince Manjushri, the World-Honored One said the mantra of the Seven Buddhas for the Destruction of Sins, which had been recited by the Seven Buddhas in the past. If a person commits four sins and five rebellions, not only will he suffer great suffering in the Hereafter, but he will not have peace in this life, so it is best to recite this mantra in order to eliminate the obstacles of sin.

This is also the most commonly recited mantra in Xuankong's previous life, and it is impossible to verify whether it has an effect in the world in his previous life, but in this world where there are really immortals and Buddhas, it is obviously not something that anyone can know and open their mouths to chant.

These three Buddhas must have recited this mantra with some purpose, and most of them, if not members of the Seven Ancient Buddhas, are related to the Seven Ancient Buddhas. That's why Xuankong blurted out that he was at least eighty percent sure that he could determine his judgment. (To be continued.) )
