The essence of this sentence can be understood in this way: as long as you learn to practice and understand, you will gain every day, you can improve yourself every day, and slowly improve yourself; in the process of learning and practicing, you can slowly understand the laws of nature, combined with the text of the Tao Te Ching, that is, to achieve non-action, to wear out the promising belief mentality, to make yourself more obedient to nature, so that you can cater to the laws of nature.

This loss is not to wear out oneself, but to wear out the place that is inconsistent with the Tao, to cultivate the Tao, to return to the infant, the state of the infant is the simplest state, including you senior brothers, why should you be bullied by the senior brothers in the first lesson, it is to destroy the distrust in their hearts, destroy the sophistication in their hearts, and destroy the smoothness in their hearts.

Only in this state can we practice better, can we correctly recognize ourselves, and can we know our roots; in the tempering of society, in the toss of red dust, many people have lost their pure heart, destroyed their appearance, looked for their hearts, and reached the state of returning to infants, and truly kind people to trust people, even if trust is slowly established between you brothers and sisters, even if trust is slowly established within the group, first enjoy the beauty of trust, first enjoy the beauty of inaction.

And then there is loss and loss, so that nothing is done, nothing is done and nothing is done. Because of the pride in the heart and the sophistication in the heart, only then can we better contact Taoism and practice better. I wrote a poem that fits this better:

People come to ask, what is the basis of the Tao, I have a feeling, praise to listen: people follow the people and then follow, people kneel down for the order; people are easy to be vulgar at the bottom of the valley, people are immortals on the mountain; the three people can destroy gold, who has not been a false word? People listen to the call in front of the officials, and others listen to them in front of the people; people will pay back when they taste their food, and they will be extravagant in their wealth; people have the responsibility to be great, and people have their own hearts and understandings; Hongchen has a way for thousands of years, and they will enter this door with their heads bowed.

The last sentence, Hongchen has a thousand autumns, bow your head and enter this door, the loss is to make you bow your head, let you be humble, just like you bow to the gods sincerely, bow your head first, in order to raise your head, only to have a harvest, in order to achieve the mentality of inaction. If you really do nothing, you can do things calmly and face them wisely.

Just like people get along with each other, first of all, remove suspicion, establish basic trust; the establishment of trust is the beginning of mutual understanding, when the real establishment of trust, can not be said to be natural, but the quiet and inactive heart to deal with the relationship, think from a wise point of view, not because of trust and blind, not because of trust and superstitious others, everyone will make mistakes because of trust, the reason why a liar can deceive people, is because he has gained the trust of others, not because of the distrust of the liar to be deceived.

Therefore, to do something with a non-action heart, to deal with it indifferently, to learn to destroy one's own promising heart, natural inaction, and then in turn it confirms that learning is increasing, and the two promote each other and prove each other.
