People often use the word "dreaming" to describe impossible things, but they often ignore that "dreams" themselves are also part of life experience. In some way, dreams will also become another life for you. If this is the case, then the dream will no longer be a dream. ）

In the middle of the night, the gentleman told me in a dream about the "Three Dreams of the World". The so-called three dreams in the world refer to the three stages of practice in dreams, which are dreaming, dreaming, and dreamless. According to Feng Junzi, this is his own unique way of enlightenment, and although it has the same origin as the tantric dream realization method, it is not for liberation and becoming a Buddha, nor for attaining enlightenment and becoming an immortal, but for enjoying the pleasure of fugue in the human world! People can only feel the real world when they are awake, but if they can do the same in their dreams, it is equivalent to a person living two lives in his life. Moreover, there is another advantage of the method of cultivating dreams, that is, the person in the dream has all kinds of magical powers, although this magical power is only in the dream, but if the dream is regarded as another life, then the dreamer can actually have another completely different life enjoyment.

The general recipe of the three dreams in the world is a passage in "Zhuangzi": "In the past, Zhuang Zhoumeng was a butterfly, and the butterfly also described himself as suitable and unaware." Oh Ran Jue is a Zhou also. I don't know that Zhou's dream is Hu Die and Hu Die's dream is Zhou. Zhou and Hu Die must have a difference. This is called materialization. Feng Junzi did not talk about how to "turn dreams into dreams and no dreams", but only talked about the first dream of the three dreams: dreaming**. The so-called dreaming ** is just a general term, which actually includes the nine layers of exercises such as dreaming, discerning dreams, dreaming, reality, brightness, divine realm, breaking reality, breaking void, and breaking delusion.

Dream. That is, everyone will dream about how to dream, but it is not that if you want to dream, you will dream, so to learn the method of dreaming, you must first know how to enter the dream world.

Discern dreams. It is the dream in the dream, which is also commonly known as the dream in the dream, from the chaotic dream to the clear dream, only in this way can we talk about dreaming, otherwise it is just a dream.

Out of the dream. That is, to get out of the dream, and there are two possibilities for coming out of the dream, one is that you may wake up, and the other is to enter another realm. Dreaming requires not to wake up from the bed, but to wake up by the yin spirit.

Real-world scenario. After the dream, the yin god wakes up to judge whether this state has been reached, which is to see whether the dream self has left the dream and entered the reality. That is, to return to reality in another form. What you see in a dream is no longer a dream, but a reality in reality.

Mingjing. The yin god is different from the consciousness god, and what is seen in the eyes is often a mental image or an illusion. After entering the reality from a dream, it is necessary to go through a period of cultivation to discern the reality. In this process, there will be supernatural powers, such as the heavenly eyes of a monk, who can see through real objects, but this supernatural power can only be possessed in dreams.

Divine Realm. This is the highest level that most people can attain by cultivating dreaming** or similar spells. In dreams, you can fly off the ground, you can go through walls, and you can teleport. In short, the gods and legends in myths and legends have all kinds of magical powers in the divine realm. It is equivalent to getting the divine realm pass in the five eyes and six links in a dream. However, this is not a true Divine Realm, only in dreams, and does not have any effect on the real world.

The nine-layer exercises of dreaming ** Feng Junzi only told me about the first six layers, of which the first three layers of exercises are very similar to the dream achievements of Tantra. He also told me that there are many so-called soulologists abroad who are also studying this thing, but they don't have a hereditary Taoist reference, they can only do phenomena research, so they can reach the depth of the sixth layer of the divine realm at the highest, and as for the later cultivation, they must have a special mental method before they can slowly experience it. (Regarding the first six layers of the Three Dreams of the World, the exercises have nothing to do with the Dan Dao, and I won't go into detail here.) After falling asleep, I followed the method taught by the Wind Gentleman and walked into a lucid dream. Maybe it's because the Tao is magical, or maybe it's because I was born with this ability, and I succeeded immediately.

This time the dream started in the bed where I slept. I got up from my bed, walked over to the table, and saw the book on the table. On page 217 of the book "Xingshi Hengyan", I used my pen to draw exactly one line of words: "Yin and Yang have no dual meanings, heaven and earth, and I am in the center." It should be emphasized that at this time, it is not me who really gets up to read, but in a dream. I could read the page and the line clearly, and I heard someone behind me speak: "If you wake up tomorrow and see that what you see in your dreams is true, then try again that night, but that time you have to close the book and ......"

When I heard this, I was startled and turned around, and I saw that the gentleman was standing behind me, and I was almost scared to death! I can experience this feeling, I got up in my room in my dream, and there was a person suddenly standing behind you, and it would be strange if you weren't scared to death! Under this fright, I only felt that a flower in front of me had a feeling of falling from a high altitude, and then suddenly woke up from the bed, and this time I really woke up! I sat up from the bed, my heart was still pounding, and I couldn't help but curse secretly: "This gentleman of the wind doesn't say hello when he comes, if this scares me to death, who will I go to reason." ”

The room was empty, and the gentleman was gone, and I don't know if I woke up and couldn't see it, or if he was gone. I turned on the light and walked over to the table, where the book was spread out. On pages 216 to 217, there is also an oil pen mark on the following line of words: Yin and Yang are incomparable, heaven and earth, and I am in the center!

Since what I saw in the dream just now is a real scene, then the Wind Gentleman has really been here. Feng Junzi said that after seeking the verification realm, the next step is to ask for the verification realm, and he just told me in a dream that he would try again tomorrow and close the book. I'm feeling a little excited right now, and I don't want to wait until tomorrow, but it's still early in the morning, so I'll have another dream. I found another book, and in the same way, I closed my eyes and opened it, and wrote the word "stone" with a pen in oil. Then close the book and go to bed.

With the first successful experience, the second time was very convenient, I quickly fell asleep and walked to the table in the dream. The book was on the table, and I could clearly see the word "disillusionment" on the cover. But I couldn't see the page where I was writing, because the book was closed. I reached out and tried to open the book, but it didn't move. Only then did I really feel that I was no longer dreaming, but a yin god who traveled out of my body. The Wind Gentleman said that the Yin God cannot touch any physical object in the real world, and there is no way to open this book now. What should I do? I would like to ask the Wind Gentleman, but unfortunately he is no longer here, and it seems that he will have to wait until tomorrow night.

When I woke up the next day, I didn't touch the book for a day. When I was a child, I still meditated to experience the realm of "knowing the usual" of "one yang birth". After meditating, lie down and practice into dreams**. Still the same as last night, I couldn't move the book at all in my dream, I couldn't open it. Just when I was helpless, I suddenly heard someone behind me speak: "Shi Ye can't open it, right? ”

Although I had been mentally prepared, I was still startled, turned around and shouted to the wind gentleman who suddenly appeared: "Wind gentleman, can you not always suddenly appear behind me!

The Wind Gentleman scratched his head a little embarrassed: "This ...... I'm sorry I've never done this kind of thing before, and I don't have any experience...... Not next time. Actually, you don't have to be so nervous to get used to it. It's not good to practice Yin God travel in the future, and always be frightened, in fact, I'm also exercising you......"

The Wind Gentleman was wordy for a long time, and I finally couldn't help but interrupt him: "Forget it, I forgive you, just pay attention next time." How did you get here? What's going on with this book? Can you open it?"

Feng Junzi: "It's impossible for me to really open this book, even if I cultivate the Three Dreams ** to the highest level." But there are two ways to read the words in the book, and according to the procedure, I will teach you the first way. ”

"Programs? Why are there programs? Is this teaching me computer lessons?"

Feng Junzi: "Taoist practice is not a foreign spiritual experiment, there are strict steps, of course, we must pay attention to procedures. Now, if you can't open the book, it doesn't matter, you just want to find that page, just read it with your eyes. There is no obstacle to the yin god, you can stick your head into the book, or you can directly see through the book, you can try it in the past. ”

I walked over to the book and looked at the page where I thought I was writing. It's no wonder that the book has become transparent, not completely transparent, but the cover and many pages are blurred, revealing the page where I write: this is 161 pages, I wrote a stone character, this stone character is relatively large, covering two lines of four words: "Lis, appreciation".

"What you think in your heart and what you see in your eyes is already an image of the mind, but it is not an illusion, so it is between reality and reality. And this between reality and fiction is the gist of eye contact. You just study it slowly, I'm going out. Seeing that I was reading the book, the Wind Gentleman said unhurriedly behind me.

In my dream now, my vision is not limited by physical objects, as long as I think in my heart, I can see through it. For example, I can see the clothes hanging in the cabinet through the cabinet door, and see the contents of the drawer through the drawer. Probably because of the light, these things are all black and white in my eyes, and there is no color. I stood in the room, looking around curiously, my heart moved, the wall in front of me actually became transparent, I saw the wind gentleman.

The Wind Gentleman clearly told me that falling asleep** does not affect my sleep, and I have never felt this kind of sleep deprivation since I practiced meditation. In this top-heavy discomfort, I got up and opened the book of "Disillusionment" on the table, and sure enough, on page 161, I found the word "stone" I had written, and the words "Lis, appreciation" were stamped under the stone characters. It seems that I have also succeeded in the fifth layer of the "Ming Realm" of this dream**, but why do I feel so uncomfortable?

Later in the night, when I was "asleep", the Wind Gentleman came again. I am now he is still standing in my yard for a long time, as if waiting for something. Eventually, he seemed to be impatient and rushed to my room. No, he didn't turn around and rushed to the wall! Feng Junzi grabbed my hand: "You stupid, I have already told you that the Yin God has no physical obstacles, of course you can go out through the wall, and you have been trapped in the house for two days." He took my hand and walked through the wall, and it seemed that everything in front of me was empty to me, but the Wind Gentleman became the only reality.

I was thinking about it, and the Wind Gentleman had already pulled me through the wall and stood in the courtyard. It turned out that the wall was virtual to me, and when I thought of this, I suddenly had a doubt in my heart, and I couldn't help but ask: "Since the Yin God has no physical obstacles, and the wall is empty, why can we still stand on the ground, isn't the ground under our feet also empty, why didn't it fall?"

"Hello, you're finally starting to use your brain. Do you want to fall?" the Wind Gentleman suddenly pressed my shoulder, and I only felt that my feet were empty, and when I stopped, I was now trapped in waist-deep soil. I was startled and tried to crawl out, but when the thought came to mind, my body was back on the ground.

"The yin god is void, but the void also exists, it is not nothing, let alone nothing. So the Yin God can pass through entities, but this does not mean that these entities do not exist for the Yin God. We can stand on the ground, we can sit on a chair, and we can only pass through the entity when we have the mind to cross it. Now you get the idea, right?"

I finally understood a little bit, it turned out that I was still in reality, and the wall was still a wall to me, and I could only pass it when I deliberately wanted to pass through it. After thinking about it, I asked again: "Feng Junzi, you told me that practicing dreaming will not affect sleep and will not damage the body." But when I woke up this morning, I felt dizzy, so what's going on?"

"Dizzy? How can this be? What did you do last night?"

"I didn't do anything. After you went out, I looked around and practiced perspective in my dream, and I saw you standing in the yard, and then I saw you fly away. How can you fly? Can you teach me?"

"How long have you been watching? I mean how long have you been looking around with your dream eyes?"

In fact, this stage of dreaming does not require practitioners to have practiced other Dao methods, and ordinary people can. But ordinary people use the magic power in their dreams, and in an instant, how can you watch it for more than an hour so stupidly. Fortunately, you still have some foundation in learning to meditate during this period of time, otherwise you can be sent directly to the hospital today......"

Feng Junzi smiled: "The most amazing thing that looks like the divine realm in this dream is flying off the ground, but in fact, this is exactly the simplest. It's just passing through the air, and the human consumption is very small, almost minimal. So this is the greatest pleasure of practicing dreaming**, you think about it, we can fly in the sky every night......"

The Wind Gentleman said that he was about to become a bat, but I also wanted to experience the fun of this bat, so I quickly asked, "How to fly?" ”

"You don't have to teach yourself to try it. As he spoke, the gentleman took my hand and shouted, "Get up," and I was taken off the ground by him, and I flew high at once. I don't have a fear of heights, but I'm scared when I look down there. At this moment, I heard the wind gentleman shouting: "I'll let it go, you fly by yourself." ”

I was just about to shout out to him not to let go, but he had already let go and threw me out. I made a few laps in the air, and instead of falling straight to the ground as I had imagined, I sinked lightly. Reading together in the center of mid-air, I actually controlled my body, and then waved my hand like a wing, and it actually flew away.

"What are you waving Ishino? Do you think you're an eagle owl? This posture is too clumsy and ugly. Just control it with your mind, like me, it's like a human being. As he spoke, the Wind Gentleman flew past me. I settled my mind for a moment, and sure enough, it was much more natural, and I flew forward with the wind gentleman.

Flying in this dream feels really cool, and it is not like flying in reality, and there is a whirring wind in your ears. I flew over the land, over the fields, over the villages. Everything was quiet in the night, and I was a free bird, looking down on it all.

Feng Junzi flew over again: "How does Shi Ye feel in this dream of the Divine Realm? Do you know why I want to create the three dreams in this world? Just to give people in the world who dream of becoming immortals a cheap method." In reality, it is difficult to reach the realm of the Divine Realm, but it is much easier to enjoy the pleasure of being like a god in a dream...... See if you only used it for three days. Cultivating an immortal in three days is amazing!"

It did take me only three days to learn to fly in my dreams, see through walls in my dreams, and walk through walls in my dreams. Although these are all from dreams, they are all experiences.
