Chapter 2 The Essence of the Dao

The night is as cold as water, and the light emitted by the stars in the sky can still be seen very little under the hedge of the city lights, only the almost eternal is that the bright moon still exudes a soft light, the silver glow sprinkles on the ground, shining into the window of the dilapidated apartment where Chen Zhi lives, the bright moonlight in front of the bed, the ground is like a layer of hoarfrost, Chen Zhi sits cross-legged on the bed, slowly running the law recorded on the cardboard, and carries out the cultivation that triggers spiritual awareness.

But the cultivation of this spiritual sense is a prerequisite, Chen Zhi learned from the cardboard that if you want to trigger spiritual awareness, you must first introduce spiritual energy to wash the body, that is, you must first cultivate a breath of true qi inside, the ancient people, drink stream water, eat wild fruits, all are the crystallization of the most primitive creations of nature, but there are not many impurities left in the body, this cultivation itself is to make oneself integrate seamlessly with nature, so although the ancient people were not civilized, it is easier to cultivate qi into the body to wash the body and mind; Washing the body thoroughly requires a lot of hard work.

The moonlight shone on the top of Chen Zhi's head, and disappeared one after another, as if it had been absorbed, and Chen Zhi himself felt a trace of cool breath flowing along the top of his head to all parts of his body, flowing through all the meridians of his body, and the meridians were slightly stretched open by the slightest breath, and when the qi passed, it returned to its original state.

Chen Zhi slowly put the gas running around his body into the dantian, he had already run seven great Zhou Tian cycles, one Zhou Tian cycle is the process of absorbing the spiritual energy flowing along the main meridians of the whole body and converging into the dantian. And these seven Great Zhou Tian cycles are also the highest level that Chen Zhi can achieve after cultivating for a week, and if he insists on continuing to cultivate, he will be like a few days ago, the meridians will be broken, and the feeling that life is worse than death after the meridians are broken, Chen Zhi broke out in a cold sweat when he thought about it, and he didn't want to try it a second time.

But for the sake of future business, Chen Zhi went out of his way, saying that modern society must first have money, although Chen Zhi scoffed at this, but then again, people are iron rice is steel, and they don't eat hungry for a day. Now in this society, prices are skyrocketing, and you can't afford to have a child without money, let alone improve your life. Chen Zhi is also tired of the days of heavenly green vegetables and tofu, no matter who wrote this "Chaos Treasure Appreciation", it doesn't matter, the important thing is to exercise this so-called spiritual sense first, if it is really as magical as the book says, you can know a little about the years and months of antiques, then even if it is earned, I am afraid that it will be invincible to do this antique business in the future. If it's fake, it doesn't matter, it's a big deal to sell this book as an antique, anyway, looking at the words on it, I'm afraid it's also an old thing, and it won't be a loss-making transaction.

And if it is really as stated in this book, you can identify the authenticity of antiques, then although this cultivation is hard, it is also worth it.

Speaking of which, Chen Zhi is just a businessman after all, and he is inevitably contaminated with the smell of copper, but as soon as this idea came out, he suddenly came to his senses again, thinking, why don't I take a second look at the content on this cardboard, maybe there is something missing.

Speaking of which, Chen Zhi has to repeat the contents of this beast book and cardboard every day, and every time he reads it, he will gain something somewhat, which makes him feel that although there are many fakes in this society now, the content recorded on this cardboard is afraid to be true, at least he can always understand something new every time he reads it.

It's just that today due to some trivial matters, I haven't had a chance to see it, but now after practicing this set of nameless exercises, I feel that although the night is late, my spirit is better than in the morning, so I decided not to sleep first, and read the content on this card again.

To cultivate the Tao, first cultivate one's own true qi, with one's own true qi to sense the aura of heaven and earth, this is called the sense of qi, and then through the whole body of the hundred veins, with their own sense of qi to lead the aura of heaven and earth to wash the whole body, the hundred veins are connected, then all diseases are not invaded, the veins are blocked, then the depression is reborn, and then from the inside and outside, the body is tempered, so that the harmony between heaven and man can live a long life, peeping at the destiny of heaven. ”

After Chen Zhi read this content, although he had already read it many times, he still couldn't help muttering in his heart, he always felt that the cultivation mentioned above was more like a method of health preservation, and he also said that he could live a long life.

It seems that this induction of qi into the body is to introduce the so-called "aura" into the body, wash the whole body, and reach the level of all veins before it can be regarded as truly qualified, right? At that time, it can be regarded as being able to live a long life and be a qualified "king eight".

Chen Zhi's thoughts kept jumping, completely forgetting that he was also cultivating this set of exercises, but this also made him guess eight or nine.

This exercise of inducing qi into the body is to completely open up the whole body's hundred veins, so that it can be regarded as truly mastering the induction of qi into the body, and Chen Zhi only instills the aura into the main veins of the body, which is considered to have completed a big Zhou Tian cycle, but a big Zhou Tian cycle also includes nine small Zhou Tian cycles, and this small Zhou Tian cycle is to instill the aura into the subtle veins throughout the body, and only when these are truly completed can it be regarded as completing a full Zhou Tian cycle.

Only those who can make a full-day cycle can be considered to have completed the cultivation of inducing qi into the body, and can enter a higher level of cultivation.

As a person who was involved in Dao cultivation for the first time, Chen Zhi naturally didn't know about these things, but just buried himself in his own method, completing the seven Great Zhou Tian cycles every day, and persevering for a month, but he also found that the whole person was much more energetic than before, and he ate less and less, but he was not as hungry as before. When you eat less, you feel more energetic.

This kind of change made Chen Zhi secretly happy in his heart, so that at least he could save a lot of food costs. It seemed that this set of exercises was still somewhat effective, which made Chen Zhi overjoyed, and he put all his worries behind him at once, and began to concentrate on cultivating this set of nameless exercises.

With the deepening of his cultivation, Chen Zhi also discovered that this set of exercises is only the most basic exercises, and after this set of exercises that draw qi into the body is practiced to a certain extent, according to the cardboard, you can practice a kind of exercise called "Dao Yuan Jue", according to the cardboard, this "Dao Yuan Jue" is the exercise of spiritual awareness.

Seeing that the purpose of practicing this set of exercises was in front of him, Chen Zhi suddenly came to his senses again and began to study the mantra of this set of exercises day and night.

However, the cultivation mantra of this "Dao Yuan Jue" and the other exercises in front are all written by Sanskrit, Sanskrit is the text introduced to Middle-earth by an ancient country in the west, and the pronunciation of the mantra naturally has its own unique place, and it is naturally not easy to read its pronunciation accurately.

And the pronunciation of this mantra is very important, as long as you pronounce the wrong syllable, you may lose your previous efforts, or become something unknown, or even go crazy, in which case the consequences can be bad.

And just being able to read the pronunciation is only the first step, but also to understand the meaning of the text, in order to really exert its power, otherwise this kind of exercise that has a huge impact on the body once a little mistake, may immediately kill him, Chen Zhi has practiced the exercise of inducing qi into the body, this is deeply understood.

Fortunately, Chen Zhi has an ancient Sanskrit book at home, and he has also been exposed to some Sanskrit when he was studying archaeology, so he is not afraid of anything to start researching, so Chen Zhi took out this ancient book and began to study it hard.

However, with the experience of cultivating the qi induction mantra at the beginning, the speed of this specialization was much faster, and only one day later, Chen Zhi integrated all these mantras theoretically, and then began to practice the real "Dao Yuan Jue".

At the beginning, it was quite difficult to learn this method, either the method of pinching the formula was wrong, or the mana was mispronounced, or the mana could not be mobilized, anyway, he looked like he was in a hurry, if he hadn't had the experience of cultivating the mantra that induced qi into the body, Chen Zhi would even suspect that this thing was not reliable at all.

However, then Chen Zhi thought of a way, found a camera, filmed his cultivation process with a camera, and then released it, slowly looking for the reason for the mistake.

This time, he really found some mistakes in his cultivation, and was able to correct them, because five or six of his ten pinching techniques were right, but when these five or six pinching techniques were right, they were often either wrong or the mana was not mobilized in place, which made Chen Zhi finally come up with a solution after observing the video for a long time.

According to these videos, you will slowly discover the mistakes that you have made to improve yourself, and you will practice one of them first.

The results from the video show that he has the highest success rate in pinching, so Chen Zhi decided to practice the pinching to the point where he can send and receive at will, and after practicing the pinching to the point that there are almost no mistakes, Chen Zhi began to practice the mantra, and the two began to be carried out at the same time.

When these two things were synchronized flawlessly, Chen Zhi finally began to try to mobilize his mana to keep pace with the previous two, and after several days of unremitting efforts, that night, Chen Zhi was meditating and cultivating this "Dao Yuan Jue" When he accurately pinched out the last syllable of the formula, spit out the last syllable of the mantra at the same time, and mobilized the mana in place, he suddenly felt that his body suddenly shook irrepressibly violently, and then, Chen Zhi only felt that he seemed to have become two people, and one of them left his body and began to float around, and the things he saw and touched around his body were all the same as what he saw in his own body, and they were completely transmitted back to the five senses of his body. It's like touching and seeing it yourself.

It's just that he seems to be very empty, giving people the feeling that it is not like a person, but a mind body carrying the five senses, and this thought body can never leave the distance of two zhang away from his body, and can only linger around the body as the center for a while, and then Chen Zhi felt a sense of exhaustion that he had never felt since practicing the set of qi induction mantras hit his heart, and he relaxed his control over that thought body. The thought body wandered around the periphery for a while, and then returned to his body no longer staying.

Chen Zhi, who was meditating, slowly opened his eyes and looked around, the surrounding situation was still the same, and there was no trace of the place where the thought body had touched, and it was also the reason why the thought body was an intangible thing, and he could only feel it himself, but it could not have a substantial impact on other external objects.

However, after cultivating for a period of time, there was a strange cultivation requirement in this Yuan Jue that required this Dao body to be divided into two paths, and Chen Zhi completed it without thinking about it at all, but the process was a little painful.

While practicing spiritual awareness, Chen Zhi's mana was also gradually increasing.

Chen Zhi had no sadness or joy on his face, but he couldn't hide his excitement in his heart, after more than three months of "Dao Yuan Jue" practice, he finally began to sense a trace of qi between heaven and earth, and after more than seven months, that sense of qi became stronger and stronger, Chen Zhi himself also felt this progress, which can be regarded as making initial progress. Judging from the situation just now, this preliminary cultivation can be said to have achieved the effect, and the thought body just now is the "spiritual sense" mentioned in the cardboard.

Moreover, this is only the first layer of cultivation results of the "Dao Yuan Jue", and it is only used when it is not too skilled, so I think that if the effect of this spiritual sense can be further improved after becoming proficient.

Thinking of this, Chen Zhi was a little excited, anyway, after cultivating this qi induction into the body, the whole person was much more energetic than before, and his sleepiness was much lighter. I decided not to rest anymore and continued to practice this "Tao Yuan Jue".

But then he just wanted to perform this technique of thinking out of the body, and that feeling of exhaustion hit his heart again, and this time it was accompanied by a slight headache, Chen Zhi didn't care too much, and thought it was an ordinary cold and flu, and after drinking some water, he didn't care about it and cultivated again.
