Chapter Twenty-Eight: The Innate Primordial Spirit, The Way of Immortality
(I changed it in advance today, ask for a ticket)
"It turned out to be "Innate Gong"!"
After Yin Zhiping was happy in his heart, he went to look at the small characters and graphics behind the three big characters of the title of "Innate Gong". It's just that I've only watched a short paragraph, but the fire fold in my hand is about to burn out. He didn't have any extra fire folds and fire burning things on his body, so he had no choice but to throw the small piece of fire folds that were about to burn to the ground and sighed. But fortunately, now that I have found a place, I can come and see it tomorrow, so I don't have to rush at this moment.
The small piece of fire fell to the ground, but it was not extinguished for a while. Yin Zhiping looked away from the handwriting on the wall, looked at the stone room again, and found that in addition to the very secret door he came out of, there was another more conspicuous door in this stone room.
Yin Zhiping walked over and found the mechanism open, and the stone door opened a gap. The probe looked out, but saw that the sun finally saw outside. It was night outside, and the stars were shining in the night sky. The starry sky in winter looks as if it has been frozen, and it looks magnificent and eternal.
I looked at the surrounding scenery again, but I felt a little familiar. After thinking carefully for a moment, he couldn't help but suddenly say to himself: "It turns out that this secret passage leads directly to Chongyang Palace." ”
Where he was was one of the stone chambers that had been carved out of the belly of a mountain at the foot of a mountain for retreat. From here, he could see the lonely Siguo Peak that he had only been in for two months.
When he recognized this place, he immediately remembered that this stone room for retreat and retreat was originally used by Wang Chongyang during his lifetime. Later, Wang Chongyang died. The Seven Sons of Quanzhen sealed this stone room and did not use it, and the rest of the disciples were not allowed to enter.
This thought. His heart was completely connected, and he suddenly said secretly: "It turns out that "Congenital Gong" was engraved in this stone room where Wang Chongyang retreated before his death. It is also strange that the Daoist Sect will seal this stone room after Wang Chongyang's death, and the rest of the disciples will not be allowed to enter. I only know that Lu Dao's "Congenital Gong" has been collected in Chongyang Palace, but I don't know where Lu Dao is collected. And I originally thought that "Innate Gong" was a book, but I didn't expect it to be engraved in this stone room. is the same as the "Jade Girl's Heart Sutra" left by Lin Chaoying, this couple is also interesting. I don't know if it's such a transmission method that I thought of together, or who learned whom?"
"Well, it should be Wang Chongyang of Lin Chaoying's learning, next to the stone room engraved with the "Jade Maiden's Heart Sutra" in the ancient tomb, there were originally the rest of the martial arts of the Quanzhen School engraved by Wang Chongyang. Lin Chaoying also based on this research, and created the "Jade Girl Heart Sutra" that specializes in Quanzhen martial arts. And by the way, it was carved in another stone chamber next to it. It seems that Wang Chongyang has the habit of carving words on the stone wall, he left the martial arts of the Quanzhen School in the ancient tomb, and in the stone room at the bottom of the ancient tomb, there are some scriptures engraved in the "Nine Yin True Scripture", and now the stone room where he retreated before his death has carved the "Innate Gong". It's really a good habit, if it weren't for that, how could I get that part of the Nine Yin True Scripture, and if I didn't practice all the ninefold mystical skills of the Tiangang Rectification Method, where would I be able to get a glimpse of the whole picture of the "Innate Gong" in advance?"
This is where the back mountain is located, and it is also a retreat retreat place, and it is usually a place where few disciples of the Quanzhen School are active. At this time. Outside, it was quiet, and there was no human figure. Even if there is a retreat in this area, each stone room is separated by a certain distance, and the walls are very thickly spaced, and you will not notice the movement in the stone room next to it.
However, Yin Zhiping looked at it for a while. did not go directly from here to return to Chongyang Palace, but closed the stone gate again and returned the same way. And he went out of the underground waters.
His cotton coat and robe were still taken off in the cave at the exit of the waterway. In fact, the two clothes didn't matter so much, and it would be the same if he went to retrieve them tomorrow. But the most important thing is that he took off his shirt and untied his belt, and the Ziwei soft sword also left there with the belt. Although the cave is both remote and secret. Easily undiscovered, he also found a rock crevice to hide the crape myrtle soft sword, but he was still afraid of accidents, but he didn't dare to stay there all night.
After returning to Chongyang Palace, he was still in time to do the evening class. This is also what he has time to rush back, he just got off the peak of thinking today, but he didn't dare to skip class for no reason.
Thinking that there would be morning and evening classes every day in the future, he couldn't help but miss the days when he was on the peak. Although the conditions are simple and quite hard, at least there is no need to do morning and evening classes every day, and there are few troubles to disturb, but it is quite clean. However, there are gains and losses in everything, and he has been staying on the peak of thinking, so don't think about meeting Li Mochou privately every day.
It is more comfortable to walk the rivers and lakes when going down the mountain, there is no morning and evening class, you can do what you want, and you don't have to do what you don't want to do. He no longer had to abide by the many rules and precepts of the Quanzhen Sect, and there were no other Quanzhen Sect disciples around to pay attention to his every move. Therefore, it is inevitable to break away from the Quanzhen Sect, not entirely for Li Mochou, but for himself, as a modern person, first of all, he can't bear this kind of life of abiding by the rules and precepts for a long time and being constrained in everything.
After the evening class, go back to the room to rest. Yin Zhiping didn't practice again that night, and slept soundly on his leopard skin mattress.
On the second day, I went to the morning class first, and then had breakfast.
The four generations of disciples under Qiu Chuji's lineage have ended, but the remaining six sons have more disciples of the four generations under the sect, but they have not yet ended. On their side, they also have to wait for all the four generations of disciples to finish the small competition, and then participate in the last big competition.
Yin Zhiping didn't have anything else to do, so after breakfast, he took Yang Guo out of Chongyang Palace and went to his Sword Peak to practice martial arts. After practicing for about two hours, I returned to Chongyang Palace.
After returning to the palace and dispersed, Yin Zhiping went back to his room and hid the pen and paper in his arms, and went straight to the retreat room in the back mountain. When I arrived at Dehou Mountain, there were few people on tracks. When I walked to the retreat room, I looked around, and there was no half of a person.
Taking advantage of the fact that no one was around, Yin Zhiping opened the quiet room on the far left where Wang Chongyang had retreated before his death, quickly dodged in and closed the door again.
Although it was daytime, there were no windows in the stone chamber, and as soon as the stone door was closed, it fell into darkness again. Yin Zhiping took out a new fire fold from his arms and lit it, took out a candle and lit it, and then continued to look at the "Innate Gong" engraved on the stone wall from the beginning.
After Yin Zhiping carefully read it from beginning to end, he couldn't help but sigh and marvel at Wang Chongyang's talent.
This "Innate Gong" is no longer a pure internal cultivation method, but has risen to the spiritual level. The most important step is to open up the upper dantian in the human head. The gist of "Innate Gong" is to communicate a little innate spiritual light in the human body, and then use this innate spiritual light to communicate with heaven and earth, and absorb and refine the vast vitality between heaven and earth as the true qi of one's own body.
The innate spiritual light, also known as the innate true god, is actually the initial form of the original god of human beings. When you can communicate this innate aura, and then continue to grow up with your true qi, you will eventually manifest your spirit and finally achieve great success. At that time, you can go out of your body and swim in the world.
After a hundred years, the human body will not survive forever and will slowly decay. But everything is empty, and there is no one spirit. This Dacheng True Spirit Yuan Shen will not decay with it, but can leave the physical body and transcend the world, and that is the way of immortality. And the initial form of the primordial god, that little bit of innate aura and the god of the true oneness of the self, is hidden in the upper dantian.
In the Taoist terminology of qi refining, there is a saying that there are three dantians, the lower dantian is located at the three-inch Guan Yuan acupoint below the umbilicus of the lower abdomen, which is the house of Tibetan essence, the middle dantian is located in the middle of the chest, which is the house of hiding qi, and the upper dantian is located at the top of the head Yintang acupoint, which is the house of Tibetan gods.
In the martial arts, the internal cultivation of each family and faction basically revolves around the lower dantian, and the "dantian" that people in the martial arts often say also refers to the lower dantian. There are also sects that find a way to use the middle dantian as a place to store the true qi of internal force. However, there has never been a sect of internal strength that revolves around the upper dantian. First, the upper dantian cannot store the internal force of the true qi, and the second is that the upper dantian is located in the brain, and if one is not careful, the true qi will go wrong, and it will hurt the brain.
Therefore, the method of opening up the upper dantian in "Innate Gong" is also very careful, in the early stage, it focuses on warm cultivation to allow the brain to adapt to the operation and changes of true qi, and in the middle stage, a fixed circulation route of true qi is formed in the brain, and it is only after the most that it breaks through in one fell swoop.
And this breakthrough should not be too strong or too weak. If it's too strong, it's easy to hurt the brain, and if it's too weak, it won't be able to get through the dantian. This requires the quality of true qi to be particularly condensed and improved, and cannot be blindly pushed by quantity.
And this is precisely the reason why in order to practice "Innate Gong", you must first cultivate the "Tiangang Rectification Law". After the completion of the "Tiangang Rectification Law", the success of the nine turns, the internal qi is pure yang, and the true qi has changed greatly. One point of true qi can play the role of ten or twenty points of other people's internal forces. Using this kind of specially condensed true qi, one point can exert the effect of ten or twenty points, and only then can you open up the upper dantian without converging and hurting the brain, find the innate spiritual light hidden in it, and communicate and refine.
"Innate Gong" describes that the most virtuous Yuan Shen Dacheng, being able to separate from the physical existence, is the way of immortality, but it is immortal and immortal. All things are empty, and one spirit can live forever. But this is actually only the theoretical description and expectation of "Innate Gong", in fact, the specific cultivation steps of "Innate Gong" are only the three steps of opening up the upper dantian to find and refining the innate spiritual light. After that, how to warm up the Yuan Shen, and how to make the Yuan Shen Dacheng, there is no specific content and practice. It can be seen from this that Wang Chongyang should not have practiced to that point, the Yuan Shen is immortal, and he is beyond immortality.
Yin Zhiping sighed, not only lamenting Wang Chongyang's talent, but also sighing that although he now has a glimpse of the whole picture of "Innate Gong", he can't practice it after all. Wang Chongyang is not a broom cherished by himself, and he does not pass on the "Innate Gong" to the seven sons of his disciples, but they have not practiced "Tiangang Zhengfa", and they are really not qualified to practice this "Innate Gong".
After sighing, Yin Zhiping finally took out a pen and paper and copied the "Congenital Gong" first. There is a way to "be prepared", if he breaks away from the Quanzhen Sect one day, even if all the ninefold Xuangong of "Tiangang Zhengfa" is practiced, it will be difficult to ask for "Innate Gong" again. (To be continued.) )
