And in Shenxiu's heart, he actually didn't care whether he was the abbot or not. What he misses most in his heart is Hongren Temple. If it weren't for the grace of Master Zhizhu, he would have formed this master-apprentice relationship. He was afraid that he would have left long ago and went to the mountain temple to cultivate.

That's why there was a scene where Monk Yuanzhen asked aggressively before, and Monk Shenxiu calmly answered.

But later, Monk Yuanzhen asked if Monk Shenxiu had stolen the Buddha treasure, but Monk Shenxiu's expression changed greatly, which shows that this question is much more serious than his unauthorized alteration of the legal system.

Shi Zixuan couldn't help but be curious: "What kind of Buddha treasure is it? Are there any treasures handed down by the true Buddha in Fayan Temple?"

When the monk Yuanzhen saw Shi Zixuan, dressed in a Taoist robe, he couldn't help asking: "Who are you? What are you doing here? Whether it is the Buddha treasure or what we are talking about, it is a private matter of our Fayan Temple." You don't need to ask a Taoist, please leave. ”

This monk didn't take Shi Zixuan seriously, but Shenxiu said: "Senior Brother Yuanzhen, this Taoist friend is a friend of the teacher, and he is also the Xuanyuan Zhenren of Han Hou's Vast Law and Wonderful Merit, and it is the Taoist Master who has surpassed his consciousness and made him achieve positive results in his previous life." ”

When Monk Yuanzhen heard this, he immediately showed a respectful look on his face, and he saluted: "It turned out that a real person arrived." The family teacher has to be more than a real person, and he has to achieve a positive result, and the real teacher is grateful to the real person, please accept the three bows of the real person. ”

This monk is indeed grateful from the heart. He is the personal disciple of the Master of Consciousness, and before the Master of Consciousness returned to the Dharma Realm, he had a dream with him and asked him to personally lead the master to say thank you to Master Zixuan.

Shi Zixuan returned the salute and said, "You're welcome. The master was compassionate, saw the suffering of all beings, wandered in the world and did not want to return. I also admire it very much. This Buddhist friend, I came to your temple today, but it was Master Shenxiu who invited me to come, saying that the master was killed last night, let me come and see what happened. I, Master Guanshenxiu, am indeed not a murderer. ”

Why did Shi Zixuan dare to say this? Doesn't it need to talk about evidence to judge a case?

Not really.

Speaking of evidence, it is a secular judgment. Although Shi Zixuan has not obtained the Five Elements Dao Fruit now, he has a real cultivation and state of mind. Don't fake in front of real people, this sentence is not just talking.

To be more precise, it is impossible to fake it in front of real people.

A man is above the court. If you are good at quibbling and reversing right and wrong, you may be able to hide from the person who decides the case. But in front of real people, whether what you say is true or not, whether there are words against your heart, under the eyes of the law, you can see it at a glance.

The naked eye is mortal, and what you see is the surface of the skin. When you look at the Dharma, you look at your heart.

Shi Zixuan said so. It was equivalent to clearing the suspicion of Shenxiu, and the monks also understood, and Monk Yuanzhen's face softened a lot, and said: "Since the real person said so. We naturally believe it. It's not good, if there is really a murderer in this sect, it will be a shame that will never be washed away in my Fayan Temple. ”

Monk Yuanzhen's words are equivalent to saying that he has believed that Shenxiu is not a murderer, but his tone of voice is very bad. It can be seen that he is still very wary of Shenxiu in his heart.

Shi Zixuan asked again: "What is a Buddha treasure, and is it related to the fact that the master was harmed?"

Monk Yuanzhen said, "What is the Buddha treasure? I don't know, it's always only known to the abbot and the heir. After watching the show, there was an inexplicable look in his eyes. said: "Senior Brother Shenxiu, now that the Buddha treasure has been lost, should you tell us?"

Before Shenxiu could answer, Shi Zixuan asked, "Wait, since you don't know what the Buddha treasure is, how do you know that the Buddha treasure has been stolen?"

Monk Yuanzhen said: "This is the secret of this door, and the Dharma we have practiced has been obtained from the Buddha treasure and connected with the treasure. With the blessing of the Buddha's treasure, you can improve every day, and you can also reflect on whether there are any mistakes in your body and mind anytime, anywhere. And this morning, the monks did their morning class, but suddenly found that the power of the blessings of the Dharma had disappeared. Only then did I know that the Buddha treasure had been lost. ”

It turned out to be the case, but this made Shi Zixuan's curiosity even heavier.

What is this Buddha treasure that can actually enhance the practice of Buddhism. This is nothing, because the Tao is diligent, and it is useless to rely only on the blessings of the Dharma, and it depends on your own roots and enlightenment, not to give you blessings, you can become enlightened. Otherwise, there would be no many cultivators, and there would be few enlightened people.

And the most powerful thing about this Buddha treasure is not that you can get the blessings of Buddhism, but the sentence that the monk Yuanzhen said, "You can reflect on your body and mind anytime and anywhere." ”

What is a practitioner's greatest fear?

It's not that cultivation is not diligent, nor is it cultivation regression. Instead, he wanted to correct the Dharma in his heart, but when he got to Zuihou, he went astray, and he went further and further away from the righteous path.

Why is that?

Because there is a demon in the heart.

In the play, it is said that this is a demon in the heart, which embodies him into a kind of living being, with an ugly and fierce appearance, but it can change thousands of times and harm people's cultivation.

In fact, it is not like that, but it is a manifestation of people's hatred and lust that makes their ordinary hearts unscrupulous. (See Chapter 34 of this book for details).

Therefore, when the Tao veins in the world are transmitted, they must first chant the scriptures, and use the Dharma in the scriptures to refine the body and mind.

But in the world, it is impossible for people to wash their hearts all the time, and this is not realistic.

However, the Buddha treasure in Fayan Temple can allow the monks to practice by themselves when they practice, which is too rare. This is tantamount to giving the monks a reference for their practice, and according to this practice, they can ensure that they will not make mistakes and fall into the devil's path.

Shi Zixuan was surprised in his heart, this Fayan Temple is really not to be underestimated, there is such a treasure, there are many cave heaven dao veins in the world, how many can have such a magic weapon?

No wonder the monk Shenxiu has such a heart, even the monks questioned whether he killed his teacher and did not change color, but when he heard that the Buddha treasure was lost, he showed such a shocked face.

"The Buddha treasure is a robe, which is said to be left behind by the Dharma Enlightenment. Shenxiu said.

What kind of Buddha is the Dharma Rectification?

Maybe many people have never heard of it, but Guanyin Bodhisattva is no stranger to the world.

Guanyin Bodhisattva became a Buddha early, and was the ancient Buddha who was enlightened, but because of his great fate with the world and his great wish for compassion, he drove the Bodhisattva body upside down and appeared as a Bodhisattva to save sentient beings.

This is a great achiever of Buddhism. He once appeared to preach in the big floating shijie and left behind the inheritance of the legal system, which is the lineage of Fayan Temple. And this robe is the Dharma robe worn by this Buddha when he entered the world to preach the Dharma in the past.

The Dharma is as bright as the Dharma robe, and it remains in the world. It has been worshiped by the monks of Fayan Temple for generations, regarded as a treasure of Buddha, and thus received the blessing of Buddhism, practiced diligently, and cultivated the worldly law in this red world, but it can ensure that it does not fall into the six desires and does not go astray, which is also one of the fundamentals of the Fayan Temple's legal system that can be passed down to this day.

But now, the Buddha robe, lost, and the abbot died tragically. These two things came together, and each of them was a major event for the monks, no wonder there was such a battle and questioned Shenxiu.

Shi Zixuan guessed in his heart that many of these monks had some hope in their hearts, and it would be good if Shenxiu did these two things. Because of this, at least there is a clue to follow, and the Buddha treasure may also be recovered. The murderer of the presiding abbot was also caught.

And now, the arrival of Shi Zixuan proves that Shenxiu is not a murderer, and many monks have seen Shi Zixuan. Knowing that real people will not tell lies, what do you think in your heart, and whether there is a trace of regret. Then it is unknown.

"The Buddha treasure is enshrined in the White Wild Goose Pagoda on weekdays, and the door of the White Wild Goose Pagoda is locked on weekdays. Only the teacher and I have the keys in our hands. Shenxiu said.

Shi Zixuan said: "Could it be that there is a person who cultivates supernatural powers, and uses the technique of flying to enter the tower and take it away?"

Mortals can't open the lock, but cultivators can cast spells and fly into the tower to get treasures.

"It's impossible for Daoists to know something. Where the Buddha treasure is located, the Dharma is shining brightly, and all supernatural powers are useless. When a cultivator enters the White Wild Goose Pagoda, he can't use supernatural powers, and he is no different from ordinary people. Shenxiu explained.

Shi Zixuan suddenly realized, so it was. This Buddha treasure is indeed a treasure for those who are cultivating, but for those who only cultivate supernatural powers, it is not a treasure, but a chicken rib.

It's no wonder that Yuanzhen and other monks will question Shenxiu. After all, the key to this White Wild Goose Pagoda is only held by Master Zhizhu and Shenxiu.

If it wasn't done by Shenxiu, who could it be? Could it be that the person who killed Master Zhizhu, took away the key, and entered the White Wild Goose Pagoda to steal the Buddha treasure?

Everyone speculated like this, Shi Zixuan thought for a while and said, "Can you let me go and see Master Zhizhu's body first?"

"Real person, please come here. Yuan Zhen glanced at Shenxiu, didn't say anything, and invited Shi Zixuan into the meditation room.

Shi Zixuan nodded and followed Yuanzhen into the meditation room. As soon as I entered it, I smelled a strong smell of blood.

Monk Yuanzhen said: "I am the only one who has come in the meditation room, and I haven't moved a bit. What the real person saw was what the abbot looked like when he died. ”

After speaking, close your eyes and recite the Buddha's name.

Shi Zixuan nodded, and when he went in, he couldn't help but change color slightly.

But I saw that on the couch in the meditation room, Master Zhizhu was sitting cross-legged, with a peaceful expression on his face. But the body is miserable.

Master Zhizhu was naked at this time, his arms and shoulders were all blurred with flesh and blood, and there were still traces of gnawing on his teeth.

And Master Zhizhu's chest has been hollowed out, his heart has disappeared, and his robe has been soaked with blood.

Looking at this situation, the murderer is simply heinous and heinous, not only harming Master Zhizhu's life, but also eating Master Zhizhu's heart and even the flesh and blood on his body.

What makes Shi Zixuan even more puzzling is that Master Zhizhu died like this, he must have been tortured unimaginably by ordinary people before his death, but he left with a peaceful smile on his face, how is this possible?

Shi Zixuan was puzzled, and carefully probed beside Master Zhizhu's body, but it really made him see something strange.

On the left hand of Master Zhizhu, a lotus heart seal was made, and his right hand was placed on his lap, which was exactly the same as the appearance of Master Zhizhu when he returned to heaven.

Shi Zixuan thought about it, opened his eyes and looked at it, but saw that on Master Zhizhu's robe, two words were written with blood seals: fate!

These two words were written by Master Zhizhu before leaving, who are they written for?

Of course, it was not written for the murderer, it should be written for Shi Zixuan. Under the deduction of Master Zhizhu, he should know that Shi Zixuan will definitely come today.

But I should be able to guess the whereabouts of the Buddha treasure, the person who took the Buddha treasure from the White Wild Goose Pagoda was none other than Master Zhizhu. ”
