The bamboo hut where he lived was very quiet, except for a deaf and dumb old woman who came to deliver food in the morning and evening, no second person came, so he didn't have to worry about anyone disturbing his practice.

At this time, it was winter, and the climate was getting colder and colder, but he didn't feel so unbearable when he practiced internal skills day and night. After dinner on this day, Lin Fengsheng meditated and practiced in bed as usual, and halfway through the practice, he felt a wave of disgust in his chest, his true qi surged, and he couldn't restrain himself, and said in his heart: "This is a sign of full internal force, and it seems that it is a critical juncture on the first layer." ”

The set of internal skills he practiced was divided into three layers, and the book describes the signs that will appear when he breaks through each layer.
