He is virtuous and righteous, the people are diligent without reward, evil and righteous without punishment, rich without resentment, obedient to the people without orders, powerful but not killed, and the law is not annoying. There is no harm to the people, the criminal government is not used to rule, the first soldier is not the king is the king, it is all supported by the princes and ministers, and everyone loves the people!

Lieshan saw that the life of the people of the tribe was getting better day by day under his governance, and his heart was full of pride when he walked on the streets and alleys of Chendu, looking at the bustling and shouting people. At the same time, the various tribes of the human race also showed a scene of early prosperity.

Lieshan pondered for three days and three nights, and finally came up with a solution. It turns out that Lieshan has a relatively good understanding of plants because of the search for grains, and knows that some plants can cure diseases, but there are many more plants that are poisonous, and it is impossible to see whether they are poisonous or non-toxic. So Lieshan vowed to go all over the world, taste all the herbs, and let people know what they could and could not eat, what was harmful, what was beneficial, and what could cure what diseases, and so on. Lieshan decided to record these for people's reference.

Lieshan then summoned the ministers and told everyone that they were going to taste the herbs, and the ministers were shocked when they heard this, and they were all shocked, and they crawled on the ground and cried bitterly and persuaded them: "No, the co-master, your contribution to the human race is so great, the human race can't repay it even if you pour out the water of the nine heavens, your safety is related to the fate of the human race, how can you still risk your life to taste the hundred herbs." ”

After hearing this, Lieshan laughed and said, "How can my safety be compared to the safety of hundreds of millions of people." Now that my people are facing the threat of illness, how can I, as the co-leader of the Terrans, not solve it?"

Everyone persuaded hard, but Lieshan still refused one by one.

The next day, Lieshan took a group of subjects and left Chendu under the bitter weepings of countless subjects in Chendu and walked towards the mountain. They kept walking, their legs were swollen, their feet were calloused, and they kept walking, and they walked for seven hundred and forty-nine days, and they came to one place. I saw that the mountains were one peak after another, the canyons were one after another, the mountains were full of strange flowers and plants, and the fragrance was smelled from afar. They were walking forward in the Burning Mountain, when suddenly a group of wolves, insects, tigers and leopards burst out of the canyon and surrounded them. Blazing Mountain immediately sent his subjects to fight hard and slay at the beasts. They beat away a group, and then they came up again, and they fought for seven days and seven nights before they drove all the beasts away.

At this time, the subjects said that this place was too sinister and persuaded Lieshan to go back. Lieshan shook his head and said, "I can't go back! The people of Li are sick and have no medical treatment, how can I go back!" he said, leading the way into the canyon and coming to the foot of a vast mountain.

This mountain is half cut into the clouds, and on all sides is a knife-cut cliff, and there is a waterfall hanging on the cliff, and there is moss, and the water is slippery, and it seems that there is no ladder to the sky. The subjects advised him to forget it again, and to go back as soon as possible.

Lieshan shook his head: "I can't go back! The people of Li are sick and have no medical treatment, and they are still suffering, how can we go back!" He stood on a small stone mountain, facing the high mountain, looking up, looking down, looking left, right, making up his mind and thinking of a way. Later, people called the small mountain where he stood "Wangnong Pavilion".

Then he saw several golden monkeys, crawling along the ancient vines hanging high and the rotten trees lying on the cliffside. Lieshan had an idea, and there it was. He called his subjects at the moment, and told them to cut down wooden poles, cut rattans, and build a frame against the cliff, and build a layer a day, from spring to summer, from autumn to winter, no matter whether it was windy, rainy, snowy, or frozen, and never stopped working. It took a whole year and 360 floors to reach the top of the mountain. Legend has it that the scaffolding used by people to build buildings later was the method of learning from Lieshan.

Lieshan took his subjects and climbed the wooden frame to the top of the mountain. I saw that the mountain was really a world of flowers and plants, red, green, white, yellow, all kinds of sè, dense bushes. Lieshan liked it very much, he told his subjects to guard against wolves, insects, tigers and leopards, and he personally picked flowers and plants and put them in his mouth to taste. In order to try herbs and find medicine here, Lieshan asked his subjects to plant a few rows of fir trees on the mountain, which were used as a city wall to defend against wild beasts, and built thatched huts to live in the walls. Later, people called the place where Lieshan lived "Mucheng".

During the day, he led his subjects to the mountains to taste the herbs, and at night, he asked his subjects to build a bonfire, and he wrote down them in detail by the light of the fire: which grasses were bitter, which were hot, which were cold, which were sufficient for hunger, and which were for healing.

Later, after decades of debate, Lieshan finally tasted almost all the plants and trees, and recorded them one by one, at this time it has been 7749 years since Lieshan left Chendu, so Lieshan returned to Chendu to organize and edit and disseminate work.
