Di Ting said: "If you want to say the reason, you need to say which side shijie first. Here shijie, named Long Tian shijie. In this, Shijie is mostly a dragon species. Coexist with many living beings. And the shijie on that side, calling the rain, is not asked by the rain division. It's the dragons who make the rain themselves. ”
