Chapter 2: The True Religion

"Okay, brother has really become Yin Zhiping now! If I meet the little dragon girl when it is easy to be pushed down, do I want a beast or a beast?"

Yin Zhiping shook his head and laughed at himself, looked carefully in the mirror, and found that his face was not dirty, so he simply didn't spend much time washing, threw down his sword, opened the door, and hurriedly walked out. It's really time for morning class, and his master, Changchun Zhenrenqiu, is notoriously harsh.

Yin Zhiping was full of wind under his feet, in addition to taking shortcuts, he also used light skills. The memories that originally belonged to Yin Zhiping naturally contained Yin Zhiping's martial arts, Yin Zhiping accepted everything from Yin Zhiping in its entirety, and now it is also smooth and unhindered.

Now is the time when the entire Chongyang Palace has started to do morning classes, it is a solemn time, Yin Zhiping does not dare to run high and low in front of people, there is no cover, just take advantage of the place where no one is around, or when there are few people and no one is paying attention, he uses the light body technique to run quickly. He is an example of the third generation of disciples of Chongyang Palace, and he is also a well-known person in the rivers and lakes.

The Quanzhen Sect was founded by Wang Chongyang and was the founding patriarch. Ma Yu, Qiu Chuji and other Quanzhen seven sons are Wang Chongyang's personal disciples, and they are the second generation. Zhao Zhijing and Yin Zhiping are the disciples of the seventh son and belong to the third generation. Now the Quanzhen Sect has developed to the fourth generation of disciples, all of whom are disciples of the third generation of disciples, and they are the "Qing" generation. Although Yin Zhiping has not accepted apprentices yet, he is also a figure at the level of uncle and uncle, so it is naturally difficult to lose his position in front of the juniors.

There are also lay disciples in the Quanzhen Sect, and these lay disciples are not monks and cannot be named, but only learn martial arts from teachers. For example, Cheng Yaojia is a lay disciple accepted by Sun Fuji, a pure and scattered person, her master is the second generation, and she naturally belongs to the third generation. Yang Guo later worshiped under the Quanzhen Sect, and the master was the third generation of Zhao Zhijing, so he naturally became the fourth generation of lay disciples.

At this time, the morning class is approaching, and most of the people have already rushed to the main hall, and many places are empty, just for Yin Zhiping to perform light skills and hurry. Although it is not easy to use all its strength, the speed is naturally much faster than walking past. When it was almost time to get to the main hall, Yin Zhiping took a light effort and replaced Shi Shiran and walked over.

Along the way, some young Taoist priests of the Qing generation saw him and saluted respectfully, some called "Uncle Yin", and some called "Uncle Yin". There are also other disciples of the Zhizi generation, either calling him "Senior Brother Yin" or "Senior Brother Yin". Yin Zhiping naturally had to return the salute and say hello, as for the junior disciples, they didn't need to take care of them, just nod or "um".

In recent years, the Quanzhen Sect has grown and flourished, and even the lay disciples add up, there are more than 1,000 people in total, and there are hundreds of people who are resident in the Chongyang Palace of Zhongnan Mountain. In addition to lay disciples who do not need to attend morning classes, there are as many as 500 or 600 people who come to morning classes every day.

With so many people, naturally they can't all be gathered in the main hall. Although the main hall is very spacious, five or six hundred people can't squeeze in, so only dozens of third-generation disciples of the Quanzhen Seven Sons and Zhizi generations can be listed in the main hall, and the fourth-generation disciples of the Qingzi generation with the most remaining people can only be arranged in the square outside.

Yin Zhiping walked quickly to the main hall, only to see that the third generation of disciples of the Zhizi generation in the hall had basically arrived, and they were divided into seven columns according to the different masters they worshipped. On the far left is the disciple of Ma Yu, the eldest son of the Quanzhen Seventh, and on the far right is the disciple of Sun Buer, the eldest son of the Quan Zhen Seventh, and on the far right is the disciple of the old Mo Qingjing Sanren Sun Buer, which is a row of female crowns, but there are only five. Qiu Chuji is the fourth in the seven sons of Quanzhen, and he happens to be in the middle column.

This order is basically fixed, and it is the same every day. Yin Zhiping had Yin Zhiping's memory, and he was also very familiar with it, and after entering the main hall, he glanced at it, and after making sure that it was still the case, he walked to the second futon at the front of the middle row and sat down. ...,

Qiu Chuji learned from his teacher Wang Chongyang, and he also accepted seven disciples, if you add Yang Kang, a lay disciple, it is eight. Not counting Yang Kang, a lay disciple, Yin Zhiping is the senior brother among the disciples of Qiu Chuji, and Li Zhichang, who went to tell Yin Zhiping to get up before, is the second disciple of Qiu Chuji, who is ranked below Yin Zhiping and has the best relationship with Yin Zhiping.

Among the seven sons of Quanzhen, the one who received the most disciples was Yuyang Zi Wang Chuyi, who received a total of eighteen disciples, and these eighteen disciples also received the most disciples and grandchildren for Wang Chuyi. Therefore, among the seven sons of Quanzhen, in recent years, Wang Chuyi's disciples have been the most prosperous.

The eldest disciple in Wang Chuyi's lineage is Zhao Zhijing. This person is also the highest martial artist among the third-generation disciples of the entire Quanzhen Sect, and Yin Zhiping is also slightly behind. It's not that Yin Zhiping is inferior to Zhao Zhijing, but Zhao Zhijing is older after all, and he started ten years earlier than Yin Zhiping. Although Yin Zhiping is better than Zhao Zhijing, ten years of hard work is not something that can catch up at once.

Among the seven sons of Quanzhen, the second most apprenticed to Wang Chuyi was the eldest son Liu Chuxuan, the second was Danyangzi Ma Yu, and then the Guangning son Hao Datong. Then it was the turn of Changchun Ziqiu, and then it was Changzhenzi Tan Chuduan and Qingjing Sanren Sun Fuji. Because Tan Chuduan died early, he only had five disciples before his death. Sun Bu'er has few disciples, because there are not many women who learn the Tao after all.

Soon after Yin Zhiping sat down cross-legged, but when he heard a chime, he saw that in the side door of the main hall, several white-haired and white-bearded old Daoists dressed in dark Taoist robes came out, and the last one was an old Taoist aunt with gray hair, who was naturally the only female pure and scattered person among the seven sons. The rest are the other five sons except Tan Chuduan, but today the six sons are all together.

Yin Zhiping felt that his eyes were dark, and his current master, Changchun Ziqiu, had already sat on the first futon in front of him. The other five sons naturally sat on the first place in the column of their disciples, Tan Chuduan was dead, and the first place in the column of his disciples was empty, but although the person was gone, he still set up a futon as usual.

After the six sons sat down, another leisurely chime sounded, and the master of ceremonies disciples of the main hall on duty today shouted in the aftermath of the chime, "Morning class begins!" A group of Taoist priests began to chant mantras under the leadership of their respective teachers, first reciting the "Pure Heart Mantra", and then reciting the "Pure Mouth Mantra" and "Pure Body Mantra". After reciting the mantra of the Three Purifications, the Tao Te Ching is recited, followed by the Prajna Heart Sutra.

Different from other Taoist sects before this, Quanzhen Sect emphasizes the integration of the three religions, with the Taoist Tao Te Ching, the Buddhist Heart Sutra and the Confucian Filial Piety Sutra as the founding classics, and these three scriptures are compulsory for Quanzhen Taoists.

The unity of the three religions is not only a verbal statement, and the scriptures of Confucianism and Buddhism are listed as the founding classics, but also the pursuit of the unity of the three religions in terms of specific doctrines and expressions. For example, pay attention to pure cultivation and penance, and become a monk when you join the religion, as well as not eating meat and fish, not allowed to marry, etc., all of which are in line with the precepts of Buddhism. Moreover, the most important Confucian outline is often that set.

In fact, in other sects, Taoist priests do not need to abide by those rules and precepts, not only can they eat meat and drink wine, but they can also marry wives and have children. For example, Longhu Mountain is a party, that is passed down from generation to generation.

It was precisely because of the great power of the Quanzhen Sect that it spread all over the country that the Taoist priest became like a monk in the eyes of the world. When he saw a Taoist priest who ate meat, drank wine, and married his wife, he thought that he was not a serious Taoist priest. In fact, it's not taught by Quanzhen, people can't help it at all, except for learning the Tao, it's basically no different from ordinary people.
