In order to show his determination to seek the Tao, Shenguang found a quick knife and cut off his left hand in front of Bodhidharma, and only then did he pass the test of Bodhidharma, which is "seeking the Tao with a broken arm".

As soon as Shenguang entered, he asked, "Can you smell the Dharma seals?" Can you explain those Dharma clearly and clearly?

Master Bodhidharma just said: "All the laws and seals are obtained from people." "All the Dharma paths, these are not obtained from others, they are realized from oneself, and they are obtained from the heart.

This is also what "Mencius" says: "Those who can't do anything will seek their own help, and their bodies will be upright and the world will return to them." ”

Shenguang introspected because of this, but after cultivating for a while, he felt that he could not be at peace with this heart, so he begged Bodhidharma and said, "Master give me a reassuring method!" Bodhidharma said, "If you take out your heart, I will give you peace." Shenguang was dumbfounded when he heard this, and only then did he say, "But how can I take out my heart? Bodhidharma smiled at him: "I am already at ease for you." ”

Since this mind cannot be found, how can we be at ease if we don't have to ask for peace of mind?

Thinking of this Buddhist case, Xie Lingyun covered the heart in his chest, felt the heartbeat, suddenly smiled, and muttered: "If Master Shenguang had dug out his heart at that time, what would Master Bodhidharma do......"

Actually, what is the heart?

The heart is just a manifestation of it, and the mind, the mind, the six senses...... No, the "heart" is an extremely ethereal thing, and he doesn't know what the Tao is.

However, Master Bodhidharma's "no heart can be peaceful, natural peace" is just a practice outline, and as Mencius said, "adults do not lose the heart of a child", and Lao Jun said, "Changde does not leave, return to the baby." ”

These are all outlines, people with a strong heart, if they are walking through the gate of entering the Holy Spirit, they will inevitably be childlike, and even laugh and laugh all day long, just like Master Xun and Lu Zu and their frolic, so the way that Uncle Naughty Sky is proving is indeed the right way.

And the baby will not think about peace of mind, this is indifferent and empty, and the true color is natural. But there are a few sages since ancient and modern times, and beginners still have to rely on the method to cultivate their hearts and refine their nature, as Master Bodhidharma himself said: "Outside the fate, there is no breath in the heart." ”

The three schools of Taoism, Buddhism and Confucianism have many, many methods, not to mention the cultivation in daily life, just by working hard, Xie Lingyun knows more than a dozen kinds of Taoism, awareness method, rest method, mind storage method, heart storage method, heart storage method, storage environment method, internal and external whole method, internal and external full usage, that is, the body is the usage, through the body usage......

Most of these methods are obtained from the masters, masters, classics, etc., and most of them have one thing in common, that is, "viewing", viewing the exterior scene, the inner scene, and the illusion scene......

There is a mirage, that is, there is a demon in the heart, and the most important cultivation in the Dao Gate is to defeat the heart demon, the so-called "Capture the Horse Lock Heart Ape".

"Heart Ape and Horse" is actually a metaphor, referring to the two kinds of magic obstacles in the soul, simply put, scattered is the heart ape, delusion is the horse.

By defeating them, the monk can "stop thinking" and "stop delirium".

After cultivating the first layer of meditation before, although I was able to calm down and get out of the shell, I was far from having peace of mind. But after capturing the Horse Lock Heart Ape, the monk does not need to sleep to recognize the gods, and can also be awake to come out of the original spirit, just like that time Mr. Ruan did not need to meditate and meditate, just speak out.

Knowing the gods will become the courtiers of the primordial gods, and the monks will reduce the number of scattered and drowsy states on weekdays, so that no matter what they practice, they can concentrate on improving their efficiency, and the soul will naturally become stronger, whether it is the soul power value, the distance and duration of the primordial spirit from the body after coming out of the shell, etc., all of which have been greatly improved.

Only when the "heart is at ease" can you enter the third level of self-refining "refining", and then you will have the opportunity to open the mystery of the heart and obtain the supreme divine power from yourself.

Buddhism calls the realm of refining oneself "stopping contemplation" precisely this meaning, stopping, contemplation, wisdom, after entering meditation is contemplation, and contemplation has gained, that is, wisdom.

The benefits are indeed many, but the "heart ape and horse" is not so easy to beat, the fire dragon real person said in the "Shen Tong Deed" that "the heart ape is uncertain, the horse gallops", "the heart ape" is a stubborn monkey, jumping around in the heart all day long, disturbing the mind, very fierce; "Yi Ma" is a thousand miles of fast horse, usually can not be found, once there is a delusion, it will come out, it is difficult to tie up.

No matter how fierce those two evil beasts were, Xie Lingyun knew that if he wanted to live up to expectations in the Mid-Autumn Festival, he would at least step into the third layer of refining himself in this short period of time.

So what method do you use to cultivate this heart?

He looked around, the wind blew the forest, the shadows of the trees were heavy, he could constantly hear some insects and birds, and the sound of the babbling stream in the distance also came into his ears.

This method is to seek to have no mind about the situation, no thoughts about things, no regard for the external environment, but rest from the heart. There is a poem that describes it as "there is grass everywhere, and there are no people in the city", as long as there is no thought in the heart, then how can there be scattered and delusional?

"No, don't fix this. Xie Lingyun shook his head resolutely after thinking about it for a while, he didn't want to cultivate like this, and when he really cultivated like ashes, he was unmoved when he saw anything, and looked at the entire Jinling, he felt that there was no old man or a relative, so was it still a person?

It's not good to keep the mind in the realm, the mind is saved, but "the mind is not in the realm", there is no realm for the realm, there is nothing for things, everything you see feels is illusory, "you don't be a couple of ten thousand laws, you don't go against the dust", then there will be no fun of appreciating the mountain scenery and appreciating the beauty, what is the meaning of living? What is the method of keeping the mind in mind? The heart coexists inside and outside and is relatively independent, the inside is not outside, the outside is not inside, each does not meet, live freely, "a moon is born in the sea, several families go upstairs", although I also appreciate it, but you have your scene changes, I go upstairs from my floor. ......

After thinking about it carefully, Xie Lingyun chose the most desirable "internal and external whole method"!

This method pays attention to the whole detachment, the monk is under the mountains and rivers, the sun and the moon, all the states of mind and all the laws are integrated, heaven, earth, man and me, all are one, and the mind is clear and clear, a piece of innocence, where can there be delusional intentions in this way? Just as the poem says: "Heaven and earth have the same root as me, and all things are the same body as me"!

This is also the outline of "Mountain Nerve", which communicates with the spirit of heaven and earth!

After choosing the method, Xie Lingyun began to quietly "watch", looking at the scenery in front of him, to feel and blend.

If it was another realm, he might not have cultivated so fast, but he was in the familiar Yunlong Mountain, and he had the subtlety of cultivating the "Mountain Nerve", and under the echo of the Yunlong Mountain in his body, he quickly entered a state of self-forgetfulness, and he became one with everything around him, the mountain is me, I am the mountain, or there is no mountain and no self, all things are natural.

In this state, the heart not only calmed down, but also felt very comfortable, and the nourished soul seemed to grow little by little...... However, it didn't take long for the heart ape to arrive.

He really saw it, and didn't wonder if it was an illusion, but saw an ape whizzing out of the woods, it was as tall as him, but it was covered with yellow hair, and only a heart-shaped face was exposed, with sharp cheeks and a thunderous mouth, and a pair of round eyes that slid around and bounced non-stop.

Xie Lingyun smiled and said, "Have you finally come out, I know that you are not so kind, and you will definitely come to bother me." ”

"Hey, hey, what's me, what's you, isn't that you?" The heart ape scratched his ears and scratched his cheeks, jumped up and down, and suddenly opened his mouth to laugh, and before the words fell, he suddenly made a move, grabbed a handful of monkey hair and threw it over, each monkey hair is a thought, these countless scattered thoughts suddenly turned into countless illusions, one after another, and this and that!

He saw the old people one by one, Master, Hengbao, Senior Brother, Aman, Chun'er...... Seeing the scenes, beautiful, disgusting, annoying, lingering...... The heartbeat was suddenly disordered, the mind suddenly shook, and even the figure of the heart ape became looming, but once it disappeared, this time the "lock heart ape" failed, and the god of understanding would be even more inch, so that the sexual power did not advance but retreated.

Without forgetting the mystery of the whole law inside and outside, Xie Lingyun did not deliberately dispel these memories and distractions, all of them dissolved one by one, and his mind gradually regained his peace, he smiled and said, "Since it is me, who is asking me?"

"Ahh

This is a change of thoughts! The heart ape thinks about Ah Man's thoughts, not only memories, but also those emotions that are helpless against her, so as to break his peace of mind, disturb him, and annoy him!

Ah Man was trapped in the peach orchard and couldn't hurt me. Xie Lingyun guarded his mind, ignoring its provocation and teasing, the more he ignored it, the more irritable the monkey became, and suddenly he took a long iron pillar from nowhere, and scolded: "You want to lock me up?

"Splash monkey, treat me obediently!" Xie Lingyun scolded, but after eating that stick, it seemed to be a buzzing sound, and his mind suddenly rippled, he knew that the Dao Heart Ape had moved out some distracting thoughts again, where did this iron pillar come from? Isn't it the one that suppressed Jiaolong Ao Qing in his imagination?

With this thought, the heart ape immediately laughed, and suddenly there was a big iron chain in his hand, and he grinned with bared teeth: "Today I will tie you up and press you down, you will be you, I will be me! I will be Xie Lingyun, and I will be the most handsome Monkey King!!"
