At the same time, according to the opinions and plans given by Yang Xiuchun in Japan, the product technology research and development center has successfully made its own R-surface grinding machine, chip machine impediment, trowel head chip cutting machine, insulation alarm and other equipment, instruments, the whole research and development process is progressing very fast, the new equipment has made a prototype, and it needs to go through another month or two of debugging and improvement before it can be officially put into use.

After the production line is officially put into operation, Duan Yun plans to digest and absorb all the technologies, and at the same time fully localize.

This includes the introduction of 6 kinds of head parts drawings and all assembly drawings, more than 80 kinds of raw materials and all tooling, in addition to preparing for the localization of 8 kinds of auxiliary materials, 10 kinds of solvents and two kinds of smearing mono parts.

After quality testing, the pass rate of this batch of samples was 98.5%, which basically met Duan Yun's expectations.

In fact, when this production line was in Japan, the pass rate never reached 100%, but in Duan Yun's view, with the improvement of a number of technologies and production processes, coupled with the improvement of workers' proficiency, the pass rate of this head production line will soon be close to the level of Japanese manufacturers.

In addition to the pass rate, the efficiency of workers also has room for improvement, such as the embedding process of stereo automatic reversing playback head, which is difficult and has high quality requirements, Japan's standard quota is 600 pieces per person per day, and these workers trained by Duan Yun can not break through 500 pieces, in fact, the Kuaishou of the Japanese factory can only reach this level, so from the current point of view, the performance of the workers is still very satisfactory to Duan Yun.

According to the previous agreement signed with the Japanese side, 75% of Duan Yun's monthly production of magnetic heads is sold back to Japan, and the remaining 25% is directly used in domestic Tianyin tape recorders, which greatly reduces the dependence on magnetic head suppliers.

The weather in December is sometimes cold and hot, but for northerners like Duan Yun, it feels exceptionally refreshing.

The New Year's Day of 1986 came as scheduled, and despite the heavy orders, Duan Yun still held cultural and sports competitions such as chess, tug-of-war, and table tennis in the factory.
