The ABC diet
In view of the fact that many friends have asked me about diet and weight loss, I will briefly talk about it here.
First of all, the following is for reference only.
==
Healthy eating and weight loss and the like are actually the same concept, but you need to understand first – what the body needs.
1. Water.
The body needs water, and everyone on this earth knows it.
Bring a person over, hang a clothesline and dry it in the sun, and lose at least two-thirds of the weight. So the body needs water, it needs a lot of water, it goes without saying.
Water is the basic environment in which the body is made up and functioning.
When the basic environment is destroyed, everything built on this basic environment will also be destroyed, to use an idiom to describe it, that is, "the skin does not exist, and the hair will wilt".
2. Protein.
This is the main component of the body's cells, so it doesn't need to be said.
Without protein supplementation, from the viscera to the limbs, it will slowly weaken until finally, it will completely collapse.
3. Sugars.
Proteins are the body's components, while sugars provide essential energy support for the body's micro-motor (metabolic) and macro-motor (bodily and conscious activities).
When sugar is scarce, the body forcibly breaks down proteins for energy, which is suicide or sacrificing a part of the cell in exchange for the survival of the whole life.
When there is an excess of sugar, the body converts the sugar into fat and stores it in the body.
Fourth, metabolic mediators.
That is, various trace elements and microbiotics and so on.
They are not made up of the body.
But the body is composed of metabolism and activity that requires their participation, so the same is essential. - Without them, you can only consume protein and sugar, but you can't complete the metabolism, and eating potatoes is like eating iron, only intake and not digest.

Knowing the above, we know how to eat and what to eat.
I'll illustrate this with examples or points.
1. Bigu.
Bigu is a Taoist word, but now in the city, there are also some people who play this.
Bigu means not eating for a period of time.
Those who are too fat and want to lose weight, their bodies are not very fat, but they want to be "clean and healthy", and many people want to try it when they learn that there is such a thing as fasting and bigu.
For the average person, theoretically speaking, it is obviously inappropriate.
If you want to lose weight because you are fat, Bigu can certainly consume fat and lose weight, but protein and metabolic media cannot be replenished, on the one hand, a large number of cells are "killed", and on the other hand, the metabolism in the body is disordered.
Not to mention, there will also be a disorder in the function of intestinal fatigue.
All in all, the gains outweigh the losses.
This is because you are fat and want to lose weight, not very fat and want to clean a little healthier, from the above explanation we also know that Bigu can not make the body clean, let alone healthy, on the contrary, it will produce more impurities due to metabolic disorders.
Therefore, at least for the average person, Bigu is not advisable.
2. Dieting.
I don't fast, I diet, okay?
Some people say so.
Answer, in theory, yes, in practice......
When you see something delicious, don't you want to eat it?
When you're happy, when you're disappointed, when you're a lot of (), in short, there are times when you want to have an appetizer.
No, as soon as you eat it, you will break your vows.
Endure.
Patience.
Patience, patience, endure.
There will come a time when you can't help it.
Then once let go, the persistence for a long time was ruined. Then reinvigorate the flag and start to endure again, endure and endure until the vows are broken again......
You're not tired?
You're not hard?
There are also some people who have really endured it because of their careers and other things.
I can only say that from the point of view of will, it is commendable, and from the point of view of life itself, you have lost a lot of beauty, very basic, very low and pure beauty.

Fasting is not good, dieting is too tiring.
Eat normally, but accidentally eat fat, what should I do?
It's easy to do.
Difficulty index: 0.
All you need to do is follow a very simple ABC diet, specifically:
Day 1:
Eat and drink normally.
(1)
Wake up in the morning, whether you're up at 3 or 5 or 7, 9, or 11, and drink a big glass of water.
As little as 200ml and as much as 500ml.
It is best to use warm and plain water.
If you like seasoning, you can drop two or three drops of vinegar, apple cider vinegar or something, you can also put some wolfberries and the like, honey and so on. But no matter what you add, don't add too much, just spice it up. In principle, it is similar to boiled water.
(2)
After about half an hour or an hour, start the first meal of the day.
If you do it after two hours, then you can drink more water and do it in two or three times, up to 800ml.
What to eat?
Water, protein, sugar, metabolic mediators, of the four, we have already ingested water, and the remaining three are needed by the body.
Protein.
As the name suggests, the whiteness of the egg.
The best food to supplement protein is eggs, and among eggs, eggs are the best.
In fact, the principle of "big is better than small" described in my book is the same, that is, quail eggs are better than eggs, but they are actually similar and can be treated equally.
And from the point of view of popularity and convenience, eggs are the first choice.
Boiled eggs (now there are egg boilers, which is very convenient), fried eggs, scrambled eggs, how you like how to come.
In addition to eggs, fish, milk, soy milk, and meat can all be considered, with personal circumstances and conditions as the first principle. These four are divided into advantages and disadvantages in order, and in addition to eggs, the best choice is fish.
Protein is indispensable, but not too much.
How much is appropriate?
In one day, the amount of one egg is basically the same.
Protein is followed by sugar, that is, staple food, rice and noodles, etc., and soy milk includes both of them.
How much do you eat as a staple food?
Look at your consumption.
If you consume less, you will eat less, and if you consume more, you will eat more, but it is advisable to be full for eight points at most. It is never appropriate to eat to the fullest, to burp until you have just eaten, and to get sleepy after eating.
Proteins, grains, and after that, it turns to metabolize the mediator.
To put it simply, it's vegetables.
So, you still have to eat vegetables, no matter what the dish, you have to eat some, even a little bit, it's much better than not eating at all.
To sum up, some reasonable collocations, such as:
Noodles (rice noodles) + a poached egg (boiled egg, a small fish) + about one or two hundred grams of small green vegetables.
Soy milk (tofu brain) + vegetable buns.
Porridge + tofu buns.
Quail egg and cabbage soup + steamed bread slices (bread).
White fungus lotus seed red date soup.
And so on, as long as in principle, take into account all three, and that's fine.
(3)
Lunch and dinner, just like above.
You can eat whatever you want, just take care of all three anyway.
It's a day of normal eating, and in the ABC diet, it belongs to A. Then the next day, go to B.
Day 2:
Appetizer to eat.
Whatever you want, just eat, let go and eat.
Very sweet and sweet products, such as cakes and honey three knives, you can.
Big oil, meat, heavy salt and spicy food, braised pork, spicy fish, roast chicken and duck, teppanyaki, barbecue, feast...... Everything you think is delicious, whatever you like, you can eat.
This is B.
Then on the third day, go to C.
Day 3:
Water + vegetables + fruits.
It can be supplemented with a small amount of staple food.
If you ate a lot of fish and eggs yesterday, don't eat them again today, and if not, eat less.
I just had a big meal yesterday, so it's lighter today, isn't it too much?
From the point of view of the body's instincts, it is not hard.
If you are still greedy, it is purely a psychological problem, and you still need to overcome it a little.

This is the ABC diet.
You don't need to strictly follow a A plus a B plus a C, you can have two A plus a B plus a C, or a A plus a B plus two Cs, according to your own situation and feedback.
But remember, B, can't be two (two days) in a row.
If you are thinner, you can have more A's, more B's, and less C's, and in a week, four A's, two B's, and one C.
If you are fat, it is the other way around, with less A and more C, and in a week, three A's and one B and three C's.
If you are not fat or thin, you will be evenly distributed by ABC, two A, two B, two C, and the rest of the day will be allocated to A or C.
......
In a word.
The framework remains the same, but the specifics are handled flexibly.
It's simple and easy, right?
