The processing base invested by Jiagu Grains and Oils in Jiangyou Province is actually a "testing ground" for the circular economy of rice, with a total of four different processing plants – a rice processing plant, a rice oil refinery, a chaff power plant, and a plant for the production of silica from chaff ash.

In fact, a total of 1.2 billion yuan has been invested in this processing base, as the person in charge, Fang Bo is under a lot of pressure, which is not only a requirement to process rice, but also to "eat and wipe clean" a rice, as he said, this is an unprecedented road in China.

Of course, without this spirit of daring to be the first, it would not be possible to create a precedent for the development and production of rice oil, let alone take the lead in sounding the horn of "rice oil, the real gold in oil", and start the battle of rice oil production.

In the refinery workshop, huge advanced equipment occupies the plant, one end "eats" into the piles of rice bran, and the other "spit out" the bran meal and rice bran oil. The plant-rich bran meal is then transferred to the roastery to make feed, and the crude oil is transported to the refining workshop to make high-grade cooking oil.

This is the largest rice bran oil deep processing project south of the Yangtze River, with an annual output of nearly 60,000 tons of rice oil and a comprehensive utilization rate of grain and oil resources of up to 99%.

Success is never casual. The biggest credit for the successful launch of Jiagu rice oil is, of course, the R&D team.

Professor He led the R&D team to create a new rice oil industry chain production model of "decentralized preservation, centralized production, and centralized refining" through repeated experiments and improvements, which can achieve the preservation of rice bran raw materials and the extraction of rice oil within 6 hours at the earliest.

In the product exhibition hall, Qi Zheng also saw oleic acid, bran wax, black acid, stearic acid and other products. "It's all a treasure made from oil residue. Fang Bo said that oleic acid can be used as a high-energy chemical fuel and detergent, bran wax can be used to produce high-end cosmetics, and black acid can be processed into waterproof coatings and paints, which are currently in short supply.

In this base, 30% of the chemicals can be extracted from rice bran crude oil, but the output value accounts for nearly 50%. Regardless of the large investment, with the current popularity of rice oil and related products, the investment can be recovered in less than two years.

Fang Bo said with confidence: "We are now developing very well, unexpectedly good, the product is in short supply, and now the production is too busy......"

The feedback from the domestic and foreign markets of Jiagu rice oil is excellent, and now the rice oil order deposit received alone has reached 300 million yuan, and many Jiagu grain and oil have not dared to accept it - because of insufficient production capacity.

Fang Bo thought for a while and said seriously: "The product line is not a big problem, the key is the supply of raw materials. Our base is already equipped with satellite factories within a radius of 200 kilometers, and rice bran is sent here in a timely and continuous manner to concentrate oil production and refining. ”

"At present, the raw materials of rice oil still come from our group's 'Jia Indica No. 1' variety, and the surrounding 'Jia Indica No. 1' rice is saturated, which means that the supply of raw materials is limited. ”

After all, in island countries where land and rice bran resources are not well developed, most of the raw materials are imported from Southeast Asian countries and refined domestically......"

Of course, there is still a big gap between the general rice bran and the "Jia Indica No. 1" variety of rice bran.

The oil content of general rice bran is about 15%, and the "Jia Indica No. 1" variety cultivated by Jiagu has an oil content of 23% and more nutrients, which is also the key to the oil capacity of Jiagu rice to suppress similar products in island countries.
