At that time, I was also so dismissive, but when I actually did it, I also found it difficult to eat those good fruits and throw away the bad ones, maybe this is the practice of everyone, maybe this is the practice of many people, maybe this is the practice of some people, maybe this is just the practice of a few people like me, maybe, just I do it alone.
I also came to a conclusion under a little observation of others, and the conclusion I came to was purely a habit of my own, because I didn't understand others, and I didn't delve into such questions, what would others do, and I was like this to eat the bad again and again, and the good fruits were left, this is me, a special me.
I know the truth deeply, but I can't do it every time, when I eat fruits, even when I eat vegetables, it's like this, when I eat, I always get used to putting the good things to the end to eat, in this way, I have eaten the bad ones, and the rest of those that I think are good, so I still have a lot of appetite, this is my own opinion, I have also observed a lot of people around me, when they eat, some of them eat the good first, and when they finish eating the good ones, they already feel that there is nothing to eat, so they turn over and over, and then finally throw away the bad ones, I deeply envy these people, but no matter what, after hard work, I can't be these people, and I can't become these people.
Because a person's habits are difficult to change, some people like to eat good first, some people like to eat bad first, this is also a thing without a fixed conclusion, whether it is to eat good first, or to eat bad first, it is a habit, it doesn't matter if it's very correct, it doesn't matter if it's wrong, it's not so absolute, and we all understand very well that eating those good first, throwing away those bad ones, so it's good for your body, but it's not easy to do it, this is a personal habit problem, once you develop a habit, no matter how wrong others tell us our habits areNo matter how bad the habits others tell us are for ourselves, but it is difficult to get rid of them, the reason is very simple, but habits are difficult to change, and under these good and bad choices, we will still have a conscious difference.
