First, the current evidence is insufficient to prove that the dilapidated housing renovation project is not included in the annual plan for national economic and social development of Baishui City and the land to be expropriated meets the requirements of the overall urban plan; second, the period for soliciting opinions on the expropriation compensation plan is less than 30 days;

There are objections to the authenticity, legitimacy and connection of Exhibit 16 "Preliminary Mapping Report on the Urban Dilapidated Housing Renovation Project of Donghai Community (Partridge Village B1-B7)", because the authenticity of the mapping report and form cannot be verified because there is no seal of the production entity, no signature of the producer, and no supporting evidence of specific materials for the mapping.
