Chapter 15: The Invisible Door (Part II)

When I closed my eyes again, the uncontrollable sleepiness I had just felt was gone, and although it was pitch black in front of my eyes, my mind was by no means the ignorant feeling that I had fallen asleep.

I endured this lucidity in the dark, the desire to open my eyes all the time, until I began to get used to this painful and abrasive torment, and sank into another state of stupor that was difficult to explain.

Suddenly, I felt as if someone was sitting next to me, not breathing, not moving, just an instinct that kept getting more and more pressing.

I jerked over and looked over at my bed with my eyes closed. A girl with long hair was crouching there, one of her faces split in half by a dark black scar, as if someone had cut it open in the middle and then sewn it up again.

Her eyes were staring straight at me, and a closed mouth was slowly opening, revealing two rows of fluorescent blue teeth.

I was so frightened that I immediately wanted to open my eyes, but no matter how hard I tried, my eyes felt like they were glued and couldn't move.

I rolled backwards and fell straight under the bed, and strangely, I didn't feel a trace of pain and didn't hear anything.

I got up from the ground and tried to run away in the other direction in a panic, who knew that the girl had blocked my way.

I opened my mouth, but I couldn't make a sound, and the girl waved her hand at me, indicating that it didn't make sense for me to do so.

It was only then that I realized that the incandescent lights in the bedroom had gone out at some point, and the curtains in the bedroom had been opened, and the dark blue night shone into the room through the window.

At the same time, I could see clearly that the girl in front of me was wearing a white dress covered in blood, and her hands and feet were exposed, showing a miserable white color.

The girl's expression when she looked at me at this time was very relaxed, and she didn't seem to have any malice, and my emotions calmed down a little.

Seeing that I had no intention of escaping, the girl stretched out her hand and pointed behind me, and I boldly turned back to find that she was pointing to the small door above the screen.

I was guessing what she meant, when the girl had already walked around me towards the little door, waving back to me and motioning for me to follow.

I'll admit that I was terrified and the idea of escaping (where else could I run away here), but I also had a hunch that the girl was trying to tell me something, and maybe the secret of the multi-purpose room would be revealed.

As a result, I followed the devil by a ghost. I followed the girl through the small door on the screen, past the empty cafeteria, and finally to the invisible door.

It was then that I realized that the door was indeed printed on the wall, and that the outline of the door had been painted with an unknown paint, which could only be seen in the very dim light.

I was wondering how we were going to get in, but I saw the girl go straight to the door, and finally she went straight through the wall and disappeared in front of me.

I froze where I was, not knowing whether to go back the way I came or wait here. At that moment, the girl's pale arm stretched out from the door, and beckoned to me with a shake.

I stumbled over and slammed my body against the wall. When I stopped my stumbling steps, I realized that I had arrived in another room, in the middle of the room was an operating table that was very brightly illuminated by a shadowless lamp, and the back of a white coat was facing me, and the girl who led me over was standing next to the operating table and showed me a strange and impermanent crying face.
