According to Li Yang's preliminary planning, the RV campsite is a comprehensive tourism project integrating tourism services, accommodation and leisure bars.

The total area of the project is about 70 acres, in the first phase of the project, the building area is 3,000 square meters, including a comprehensive service center, a high-end resort hotel with a steel frame structure, 10 luxury single-family rooms, 10 standard rooms, 20 trailer RV rooms, leisure bar, exhibition center, self-service barbecue, medical assistance center, star-rated bathroom facilities, tent camping area, as well as a number of RV camps, self-driving camps, etc.

With the official launch of the RV campground project, most of Li Yang's energy has shifted to the new project.

After all, the hotel has Yang Li, and the inn has Jigu Ayi, so Li Yang basically doesn't need to worry about the operation and management work, and the establishment of the brand center has also solved Li Yang's previous worries.

At present, there have been new breakthroughs in the development of inns and hotels, and the turnover has continued to grow, and the brand influence has been greatly improved.

For the RV campground project, Li Yang did not use the current company's funds, but was ready to use the system loan.

Li Yang previously found that after the system was upgraded, there was an additional section called: "Loan Application".

As the name suggests, it is possible to apply for a loan from the system independently, and the current upper limit of the payment is 20 million, and the interest rate is half less than the current minimum interest rate of domestic banks, which can be said to be very conscientious.

And this time, the system did not give investment funds, so Li Yang decided to use this loan function.

With the experience of building this mountain hotel, Li Yang estimates that the construction cost of the RV campsite can be very luxurious with four or five million.

"This drainage ditch is really not small, it seems that this is the main drainage channel of mountain water, if you want to divert the route, the amount of work is not small!" Li Yang came to the camp again, preparing to make a detailed design rendering today, and submit it to the Planning Bureau for second approval.

"There is another problem, the overall terrain here is lower than the 318 National Highway on the north side, if the overall height is increased, it will require a lot of engineering, and according to the regulations of the Environmental Protection Bureau, I can't damage the surface of the lake too much, and carry out the overall hard covering!"

Li Yang thought about a solution.

"There is!" Li Yang remembered the design plan of some rooms in his hotel, and if he wanted to increase the terrain and leveling, he only needed to use the bottom overhead treatment of all the buildings in the camp, "In this way, even the problem of drainage and ditching has been solved!"

Li Yang was overjoyed, the overall overhead is a good solution, only need to use concrete piers as the bottom, and use steel frame structures to elevate the camp building.

"That's it!" Li Yang quickly entered some of his own personality needs in the design function, and then used the design function of the system to form the first version of the design renderings.

He then worked hard to tweak and refine the details to produce the final design renderings.

In the final plan, with the exception of RV rooms, parking lots, self-driving cars and RV camps, almost all of the buildings were elevated.

The design takes advantage of the height difference of the original terrain and combines the height adjustment of the overhead layer of the building to ensure that the buildings from the lake to the 318 National Highway are raised in turn and do not block each other.

Through the height adjustment of the overhead layer, the main building of the tourist service center is 6-8 meters higher than the 318 National Highway, and a landscape lighthouse about 20 meters high is set at the entrance of the 318 National Highway, so as to ensure the safety, identification and maximum utilization of landscape resources of the camp.

In addition to the reinforced concrete foundation of the buildings and structures, the rest of the buildings and structures are all built with prefabricated steel structures, which can not only protect the original ecology of the surface, but also play a good seismic effect.

In order to achieve the best view of the lake, the main building of the comprehensive service center extends about 100 meters along the horizontal line of National Highway 318, with a total of two floors, the ground floor of the building is about 8 meters overhead, and the lakeside side is full of floor-to-ceiling glass to ensure an excellent view of the lakeside side.

The top floor of the comprehensive service center mainly includes reception, tourism service consultation center, operation management center, restaurant, café, 24-hour convenience store, Tibetan specialty exhibition center, etc.

Among them, restaurants, cafes and other functional spaces with high landscape requirements are all divided on the lakeside side, providing tourists with an excellent viewing place for leisure and relaxation.

The medical assistance, star-rated bathroom facilities, Tibetan medicine culture exhibition hall, equipment management room, and other ancillary service supporting facilities are all distributed on the second floor.

In front of it is 10 luxury single-family luxury suites evenly distributed along the lake, as well as 10 townhouses, which are 2-4 meters above the bottom.

Among them, the luxury suites are distributed in the best position of view, the west side of which is made of pebbles to protect privacy, and the southeast side of the lake is a 4-meter-high 180° ultra-wide floor-to-ceiling glass window, the turquoise Ranwu Lake, as well as the majestic and handsome snow-capped mountains, and the bright stars in the sky, can be seen.

The level of luxury and the view from the window are not inferior to the view suites of this mountain hotel.

The row of standard rooms is slightly worse than the suite, but it also has a view of the lake, and the side of the room facing Ranwu Lake has floor-to-ceiling windows to ensure a view, and there is also a small terrace outside the door.

On the ground in front of the detached suites and townhouses, there are 20 trailer caravan rooms arranged in an orderly manner, the caravan is about 30 centimeters high, and the wooden terrace is laid at the entrance, and the wooden boardwalk crisscrossing the green pebbles makes sense of it.

The self-drive and RV camps are located on the flat south side, adjacent to the BBQ and activity areas by the lake.

At the lowest position of the hotel's lakefront, a leisure bar of about 400 square meters is also designed, and the top of the bar is the sky observation deck, which is directly connected to the service center, the hotel, and the small square on the north side of the service center through the landscape bridge, which is convenient for customers to walk between the various functional areas of the hotel.

In addition, Li Yang has also added a service area for vehicle maintenance and car washing in the hotel to facilitate the service of self-driving.

After reading the renderings of his own design, Li Yang is very satisfied, at least for now, the function of this RV campsite has been basically perfect, and there is still a difference between the main service objects and business positioning of this Youshan Hotel, which Youshan is more inclined to provide short-term vacation services, experience and leisure, supplemented by accommodation.

And here is mainly for the self-driving group of self-driving into Tibet, the main function is the post station function on the way to self-driving, that is, accommodation, of course, the scenery here is also very good, the two are not in conflict.

Therefore, there are not too many entertainment facilities and programs designed in the hotel to attract tourists.
