The Stone of Oath is located in the northern part of Shinshin, in the forest that leads to Joban City.
It reaches a height of almost ten meters, resembles a cone in morphology, and has a concave and convex surface similar to a crater. Therefore, some scholars believe that this boulder is a meteorite from outside the sky. Its texture is hard, difficult to weather, and it is still in its original shape after thousands of years.
Legend has it that thousands of years ago, in ancient times, several famous and powerful men met here when they were young and made a vow of best friends, hence the name of the monolith. Of course, this statement is only a history of the countryside, and its accuracy has yet to be verified.
Because of its black spire, it stands out in the jungle and is often used as a location sign by travelers.
On January 1, 1000 in the Elven calendar, the Oath Stone emitted a strange flash, attracting a large number of wild Pokรฉmon to attack nearby humans. The reason for this is not yet known.
