Chapter 15: Dreams Set Sail into a Foundation

"Yingergul, do you want your brother to get rich, I have a way to make a fortune. Min Haoran brought a glass of water to Yingerguli, who was sitting in the office, and said casually. During working hours, Min Haoran still called Yingergul by her name.

"Why, I swelled soon after I became a secretary, I forgot my roots, and I wanted to fake the public and private. As long as it's not a side-by-side way, who doesn't want to get rich, let's talk about it, what kind of doorway?" Yingergul got up and took the water, and asked jokingly.

"Yingergul, after so many years of China's founding, the life of our fellow villagers is still tight, a big reason is that the common people live by guarding the land, and the sense of doing business is not strong, and the things grown by farmers cannot be sold. For example, apricots, grapes, melons, and watermelons are well-known treasures in the mainland, but we are only self-sufficient and do not produce benefits. Min Haoran sat back in his chair and chatted with Yingergul in a very good mood.

Located in the belly of Central Asia, Henan County belongs to the warm temperate continental arid climate zone, with four distinct seasons, long sunshine, drastic annual and daily changes in temperature, scarce precipitation and vigorous evaporation.

Due to the unique climate, the fruits of Jiangnan County are plump and sweet. After eating the fruits of southern Xinjiang, I realized that the fruits can be so sweet, and if the plants and trees are affectionate, every branch and leaf here will be proud of it. You can forget the sweetness of your first love, but you can't forget the sweet fruit of southern Xinjiang.

After presiding over the work, Min Haoran has been thinking about how to monetize these treasures.

Perhaps it is because of the information blockage, the masses of small farmers have a strong sense of consciousness, thinking that the fruits are grown to eat by themselves, and if they can't eat them, they will give them to others to eat. If you drive to the field to pick it, the farmer won't bury you.

"Secretary Min, our people here have never been far away, they don't know the outside world, let alone the mainland, some people haven't even been out of the county, and their business consciousness is still not well developed in their mother's belly. Yingergul teased.

"I think my eldest brother Abdul Rahman is very diligent, and from time to time he pulls some fruits to the county seat and other places to earn some money. "Min Haoran chatted with Yingerguli, seemingly chatting but actually 'seeking experience'.

After graduating from junior high school, Abdul Rahman Maimaiti set up a small stall in the bazaar with cloth sheets, peddling small items of needles and threads to the people who rushed to the bazaar, and sometimes cut the family's fresh melons and fruits into slices and bought them tooth by tooth.

In order to make the 'business' bigger, Abdul Rahman later drove a donkey cart around the streets to buy agricultural products and sell them in the bazaars of various villages.

After running for a long time, Abdul Rahman knows the situation of Shili and Eight Villages well. Whoever planted a few acres of apricots, who planted a few acres of watermelons and melons, who has a few people, a few donkeys and a few sheep, and when the cash crops of his family matured, he was like a treasure, and he was very clear about what business he did in what season, so he made some money.

After earning some money, Abdul Rahman simply bought a small truck, which not only earned the difference in the price of agricultural products, but also ran transportation, and provided some intelligence information to Min Haoran from time to time.

"It's good, it's much better than farming to earn a little difference. Yingergul took a sip of tea and smiled in response.

Yingerguli didn't know what medicine was sold in Min Haoran's gourd. She felt that Min Haoran had changed, deeper than before, and she always couldn't touch his thoughts, and she had both admiration and timidity in her heart.

"Our township is a big township, and it is also the central township of the county, and there are several regimental fields next to it. However, we did not take advantage of this advantage. Min Haoran paused, and then said: "I think, Abdu Reheman is diligent, although his education is not high, but his brain is more flexible. I want him to take the lead and set up a rural cooperative to buy fresh fruits from surrounding farmers and ship them to the mainland. Step by step, he transmitted his ideas to Yingergul.

"What about you making international jokes, my brother is a small merchant, it's okay to walk the streets and alleys to do some small business, but what you said is what the big boss does. Yingergul laughed dryly.

"If you don't suffer the hardships of struggle, you will suffer the hardships of life, and you won't be young without struggle. Which big boss didn't start from a small business, counting up to 20 years, all of them were poor people. You see this, the township ** allocated 50 acres of collective land for free as a farmers' market, and asked Abdul Reheman to find a few people with a little money to do the work and raise some capital to buy shares, and then I will do work with the credit cooperative, borrow some money from there, and set up the cooperative first. However, I have to give you an important task, you take a few people to go to Beijing, Shanghai and Guangzhou, and connect with merchants over there, what do you think?" Min Haoran seemed to discuss, but in fact he was 'ordering', and looked at Yingerguli sharply.

"It's okay to run to Beijing, Shanghai and Guangzhou, but ...... This one...... Secretary Min, I'm afraid that Abdu Rahman's brain can't do this. Yingerguli glanced at the serious Min Haoran with embarrassment, and coughed dryly.

"Chairman Mao once said that how bold and prolific people are, what he said is that we must have ideas, and without ideas, the people will never get rich. Don't be afraid, as long as you have the support of the party and **, there is nothing you can't do, and I will bear the responsibility for what happens. Min Haoran cheered up Yingerguli. He knew that Abdul Rahman liked to listen to Yingergul the most at home, so he 'fooled' Yingergul to do work.

Min Haoran has been investigating in the township for a long time, and only Abdu Rahman is suitable for doing this.

"I went back and talked to my parents and brother. Yingerguli's tone was slight, obviously uncertain, and after speaking, she lifted her handbag and said goodbye to Min Haoran.

"Wu Kang (younger brother), you Min Akang wants you to set up a cooperative to do big business. When she returned home, Yingergul wrapped up her scarf and noodles and prepared to cook, and when she saw Abdul Rahman coming over, she told him Min Haoran's thoughts.

"Acha (sister), I've had the idea of looking like Manda for a long time, but I don't have the funds and no way. Abdul Rahman listened to Yingergul's words, stood next to Yingergul, who was kneading dough, shaking his legs and making a movement for lack of money, teasing Yingerguli.

"Don't be naughty, say whether you can do it or not, don't make a statement, this is what the big boss does, don't do anything to get into your hard-earned money for many years, not to mention, it hurts you Min Akang. "Yingergul is colorful.

Abdul Rahman has never been in shape in front of Yingergul. When Yingergul saw Abdul Rahman's hippie smiling face and no serious appearance, she always felt that Abdu Rahman was a hairy child who had not grown up, and she didn't know how thick the sky was.

"Acha, you look down on me, don't you, I'm also the boss, okay, everyone calls me boss outside. Acha, I'm very familiar with the villagers, how can people like me believe in me, I can organize them, as long as ** supports, it's true... Well done. "Abdul Rahman put down the 'wandering wreckage' and got serious, looking at Yingergul with resolute eyes.

In addition to being diligent and brainy, Abdul Rahman is honest. The rural people love to take advantage of a little advantage, and Abdu Rahman doesn't care about the catty and two, to meet the people's mentality, to be happy and happy, and to please the old ladies of ten miles and eight villages, the old ladies are rushing to ask someone to introduce their daughters to him.

"Okay, sister, take care of you, Ataana will come back in a while, and we will discuss it with them again. You, Min Akonza, must be glad to hear this. Yingergul turned back while facing each other, and saw the youthful heroism in Abudu Rahman's demeanor, and instantly felt that his younger brother had grown up, and he was no longer a milky hairy child, and he was relieved in his heart.

……

"Our township's Bixikeqin melons and watermelons are more famous in our county, with more water, sweet juice and shelf-stable. The mayor of Yingerguli has found a market in the mainland. The mainland boss said that they can digest as much as we have. Min Haoran organized a meeting of team members to discuss the work ideas for the coming year.

"Of course, we have the climatic advantages of long sunshine hours, large temperature difference between day and night, and easy condensation of melon and fructose, but we also have disadvantages. The disadvantages are that there is no scale, scattered planting, messy varieties, inadequate management, uneven quality, and no brand awareness. Next year, we plan to plant 10,000 acres of watermelons and 10,000 acres of Bixian Keqin melons in three villages. This is not only conducive to management, quality assurance, but also conducive to acquisition, easy to transport. Let's talk about your thoughts on this work. Min Haoran discussed the plan for next year at the meeting, and other township leaders buried their heads in notes. After Min Haoran finished speaking, let everyone express their opinions. Seeing that Min Haoran had set the tone, everyone flattered and said something that they had no opinion. The head of the township, Adili Julaiti, opened his mouth, but stopped talking.

The meeting was held, but everyone did not take substantive action and did their daily work step by step. The reason why it was not mobilized was because he thought that the newly appointed secretary Balangzi was arranging flower baskets, building bonsai, and making political achievements, as usual, perfunctory.

The work cannot be pushed forward and implemented, and there is one of the most critical reasons, which is that the township chief Adili is an obstruction from it, and the implementation of melon planting in each village is only for the branch secretary to watch and do it himself.

One year, the potatoes planted by the common people under the organization of ** could not be sold, and the people had endless troubles with him, blocking his car on the road and blocking his door at home, making him a potato salesman for a month.

The potatoes that can't be sold are simply bought by himself and given to relatives and friends, and those that can't be sent are kept for himself to eat. Since then, Adili never wanted to see the potato brothers again, and when he saw them, he wanted to vomit, and he had to take a detour when he saw the potato stall at the bazaar. What's even more infuriating is that he was also labeled a 'potato township chief' by the people.

No matter how the work is done, everyone still resists softly, and the work is difficult to advance for a while, and the resistance is huge. It is winter now, it is the time to prepare agricultural materials, if farmers do not plan next year's agricultural materials, it will delay the agricultural time.

Min Haoran was anxious, and summoned the township mayors Adili and Yingergul, members of the township party committee, Abdul Rahman, and several people from the cooperative to study countermeasures.

"A few years ago, the township asked farmers to plant this and that, but none of them made a profit, which hurt the farmers' hearts. This time, planting so many melons at once, the farmers were not sure. Yingergul spoke the hearts of the masses.

"What the masses are most afraid of is the thunder and rain, and the fear is that we will lose our trust in them. In the past, there were small fights, and there were no loss points, but this time, if you want to do it, you will take a year's living guarantee for the family, who is not afraid?" said Adili depressedly.

"Everyone, you see if this will work. We came forward to lend another amount of money to the cooperative, so that the cooperative could give a certain deposit to each household, and at the same time sign an agreement with each household to ensure that the income from cash crops is not lower than the income from cotton planting. After listening to the words of Adili and Yingergul, Min Haoran pondered for a while and showed his hole cards, he had full confidence in this market.

"I disagree. This risk is too great, and in case of failure, we will not be able to account to the broad masses and to the party organizations. Adili stood up and gave his opinion. When he heard that he wanted to sign a letter of guarantee, he didn't do it, because the letter of guarantee would be stamped with a big seal, and he was the first person responsible.

"Besides, I haven't taken off the hat of the 'potato chief' yet, and if I fail, the people will give me the hat of the 'fool township chief' again, and then my brain must not be clamped into the hook (crotch). Adili was adamantly and rudely opposed, and she was apprehensive about the nickname given to him by the people.

"Township Chief, we can act with time, but time will not act with us. What are we doing, isn't it for the sake of the masses and to make the masses live a better life? The common people face the loess with their backs to the sky, but what can they do in a year. The train runs fast, all depends on the headband, and we have to take the people to run rich. It's not impossible for us to be a peaceful justice of the peace, but when will the people's pockets be bulging?"

Min Haoran paused for a moment, took a sip of water from his teacup, and continued to patiently do work for everyone: "We let the people grow melons and fruits, firstly, we have done a full survey in the countryside, and secondly, we have found a good market. We have also calculated that as long as the planting is successful, the farmers' land efficiency will increase several times. If we all work together, we will succeed. I am here to make a statement, I have made achievements, I will congratulate you, if you fail, I will bear the responsibility alone, and I will take the blame and resign to the county party committee. Seeing that everyone's attitude was still negative, Min Haoran got up and made a military order for himself.

"Okay, let's just do it, if we don't try it, how do you know how high the sky is and how thick it is. If you fail, take the blame and count me as one. Seeing the awkward atmosphere, Yingerguli slapped her face, and also stood up to express her position, firmly supporting Min Haoran.

Other personnel were in favor and against, and their expressions were different.

"Secretary Min, the people of our cooperative are full of confidence... yes, really... Well done. After Abdul Rahman finished speaking, several people from the cooperative also echoed "Res, Res (really)".

Time fell silent, everyone you look at me, I look at you, all waiting for Adili's opinion.

"Just do it, and take responsibility for me. Seeing that most people supported Min Haoran, Adili simply let it go. He snuffed out the cigarette in his hand and threw the cigarette butt to the ground, breaking the gong and scaring everyone. Maybe Adili had 'roared' before, and his voice was hoarse like a broken gong. Adili also wanted to find an opportunity to do a good job to see if he could get rid of the hat of 'potato chief', and the common people were 'potato chief' and 'potato chief' every day, which made him really aggrieved.

The thinking of the cadres has been unified, the peasants have been reassured, and the work has progressed naturally and smoothly.

······

In June, the Jogri Peak is dressed as a king, and the Mustag Peak is happy pasture.

The first batch of melons and fruits were ripe, and the Baping firewood trucks from the mainland drove into the cooperative in Abdul Rahman, and another truckload of melons and fruits was pulled away.

Some peasants manage it well, and their income from one mu of land is as high as 7,000 or 8,000 yuan, which is six or seven times the benefit of growing cotton and wheat. The common people held a pile of red Grandpa Mao and cried excitedly, and the villagers of other villages were so anxious that they stared at the banknotes in the hands of the melon farmers.

"Secretary Min, you're here. Look, this year, the peasants are so happy that they can't close their smiling mouths as if they have dug up Hetian jade. Other villagers told me every day that they also wanted to grow melons. In the cooperative of Abdu Rahman, Adili was organizing the people to load melons in the car, and when he saw Min Haoran coming over, he reported to Min Haoran that the people wanted to expand the scale of melon planting.

"It's not going to work, it's going to mess up the market. When building a house, Uyghur villagers will drop a brick or a corner, and when moving a house, they will not move all the things in the house, even if they leave a pair of chopsticks, thinking that nothing can be too perfect, and if it is too full, it will overflow. It's the same with farming, you can't do anything at once, you have to be planned. Ordinary people have a habit of planting what they see others planting to make money, and they don't understand the laws of the market, so they don't have long-term benefits. Min Haoran caressed the watermelon lovingly and said to Adili.

"Secretary Min, I wondered, looking at Grandpa Mao who could get it, why don't we become bigger and stronger. Adili asked Min Haoran in a puzzled voice.

"If the market wants to develop benignly, it is necessary to find the appropriate potential difference, that is, it cannot be 'peaceful and prosperous' style of egalitarianism, and the top and bottom are generally thick, which will become a pool of stagnant water, and it cannot be top-heavy in the cliff style, and the rich wear mink, and the rich wear pants, which will cause social contradictions. Min Haoran explained, and made a gesture forward, motioning for Adili to speak as he walked.

"I don't understand what you mean, this time the people can't let the melons be planted, and when I saw other people's red Grandpa Mao, my urine came out urgently. Adili is still stubbornly holding his own opinion.

"Township Chief, in fact, I made a bet with God. Let the people plant so many melons, I am more afraid than you are in your heart. Pests, rain, hailstorms, I worry every day, I haven't slept peacefully, but fortunately, God gives face, and this year the wind and rain are smooth. Just imagine, even if you encounter one of the harms, the consequences are unimaginable. Min Haoran looked here, touched there, and greeted the people while talking.

"You see if this will work, our first shot has already been fired, the people have benefited, and the mass work will be easy to do. I'm thinking, we implement one village one product or several villages one product according to the maturity time of agricultural products, so that our cooperatives can live all year round, and there are more varieties, and the people also have the ability to resist risks.

"Hehe, I didn't expect Secretary Min that you also have a gambling time, of course I know about these disasters. But like you, I can't sleep every day, and I'm also gambling, you bet on the sky, and I bet on the 'hat'. Your analysis is really like that, and I agree with your thinking. Adili laughed convincingly.

In his past experience, rural work is to urge planting and harvesting, and he has considered what industries to increase income, market rules, and how to arrange in the county. That's fine, just do it and don't think about it.

At first, he didn't care much about Min Haoran's work arrangement, he thought that Min Haoran was from the mainland, he didn't know the 'Xinjiang situation', he had not engaged in any agricultural work, he was young, inexperienced, soft-spoken, and had no 'courage' to carry out his work. In Adili's eyes, the peasants are afraid of 'a roar', and the greater the 'roar', the more powerful it is. His work is generally 'roared', and he has also 'roared' a lot of honors, but he has also 'roared' into a 'potato chief'.

From the establishment of the cooperative and the benefits of the farmers, he admired Min Haoran's new thinking from the bottom of his heart. What made him excited was that the people saw that he was no longer called "Tudou Township Chief", but was renamed "Pulu (Qian) Township Chief", and he had a lot of face in front of the peasants, and he took his work with him.

"Also, you find relevant personnel to plan, cooperatives should form a one-stop service, such as: catering, accommodation, handicraft products, etc., our musical instruments here are very distinctive, mainlanders must like it, we have to think of the derivative benefits of cooperatives. Our roast mutton and naan are also liked by the mainlanders, and the driver of the big car will bring some of our specialties back when he goes back, and we can also make a fuss about it. Min Haoran continued.

"Okay Secretary Min, after you presided over the work, the work of the peasants has been much better, we will do whatever the people do, this year the people have tasted the sweetness, and the enthusiasm for rural agricultural work is very high. Seeing a peasant's bench next to him, Adili signaled for Min Haoran to sit down. Seeing the secretary and the township chief sitting there, a peasant ran to a stall not far away and bought two bottles of water and handed them to the two of them, and another farmer cut a watermelon and sent it to be placed in the middle of the stool.

"Hehe, you can raise your eyebrows now. In the past, the security in our township was not very good, do you know why?" Min Haoran unscrewed the lid and poured saliva into a big gulp, setting a question for Adili.

"Why?" Adili was just about to open his mouth to drink water and put down the bottle, looking at Min Haoran suspiciously, a little puzzled by Min Haoran's sudden change.

"When we do mass work, we are brushing the 'hemp skin', and if the 'hemp skin' is smoothed, it is a rein, and if it is not smoothed, it is a mess. As the saying goes, nothing begets nothing, and nothing begets wrong. As long as the people have work to do, something to do, and money to earn, and the 'hemp skin' is smoothed out, who still has the leisure to steal chickens and touch dogs, and naturally there will be no right and wrong. Min Haoran put down the water bottle and said with a smile, picked up a tooth melon and handed it to Adili, and he also picked up a tooth and ate it.

"High, it's really high, Secretary Min sees the problem is far away, and the standing position is high. After eating the melon, Adili took out a cigarette and handed it to Min Haoran, he knew that Min Haoran occasionally took two puffs when he was in a good mood.

"Why don't you see Abdu Rahman, this kid is muffled and rich, and he is reluctant to invite us to eat one. Min Haoran leaned over to pick up the fire lit by Adili and buried it jokingly. He has a soft spot for ramen and pilaf, and when he is hungry from work in the village, he goes to the small restaurant at the entrance of the village to eat ramen or pilaf.

"Yes, yes. He didn't know you were coming, or he would have come over a long time ago, and I'll call him now. Adili picked up his phone and dialed it.

Three years of hard work has not been in vain, apricot village, melon village, watermelon village, grape village, Ximei village...... The township guided the villagers to register the trademark 'Jianghuo' in a unified manner.

······

"Township Chief, you are a good basilik, the common people live and work in peace and contentment, and they all praise you Yakexi. However, I think we still have a project to move forward with and do a lot of tourism. At noon that day, when Min Haoran went down to the village, he saw Adili sitting under the grape trellis outside the courtyard of the farmer's house to enjoy the coolness, so he asked the driver to stop the car, walked over and sat on the bar of the grape trellis, and chatted with Adili.

"Secretary Min, this is all your credit, I just took a little bit of light from you. However, there are no mountains, no rivers and no historical sites in our township, how can we engage in tourism?" said Adili, unbuttoning the two buttons of his jacket and shaking the wind by the collar. He couldn't figure out why Min Haoran had so many ghost ideas in his head.

"Well, you've got resources above you. Min Haoran raised his finger and pointed to the grape trellis above, and then said: "Now that the people in the city are rich, they are bored and panicked, and they are so idle that they can't go to distant places, and there is nowhere to go near places." People are like this, rural people envy the nobility of urban people, urban people envy the tranquility of rural people, we can use local materials to develop farmhouses. Min Haoran has been in the township for a long time, and occasionally spends some dirty words.

"How to develop?" Ah Dili asked, and when he saw the fellow coming over with a tea tray, he got up and took the two tea bowls, bent down and said "Rehemaiti" to the fellow, and handed Min Haoran a bowl.

"We create grape picking season, apricot picking season, watermelon picking season, etc., and people in the city must be very happy to bring their families to play for a day on weekends, and it can also stimulate food and drink consumption. We can also organize the idle land around us and rent it to the people in the city, so that they can become urban farmers and there must be a market. Min Haoran took a sip of tea and glanced at Adili.

"Yes, yes, you're so right, I can't think of it. Several of my relatives are in the city, and they often say that they are very bored and have nowhere to go, so they only stay at home and watch TV on weekends, saying that their heads are all wooden. Hey, it turns out that we are guarding so many cornucopias. Adili slapped his thigh, as if he had woken up from a dream, and became excited as if he had been injected with dopamine.

"In this way, you put aside the work at hand and leave it to others to do, and you should hurry up and build a batch of farmhouses before the 11th Golden Week. You are still the leader in this work, and I am not at ease with others. You have a strong ability to work, you are a person I can trust, let Yingerguli assist you to do it specifically, women are good at doing this kind of work. At the same time, we have connected with the tourism bureau to apply our farmhouse as a tourist attraction, and the mainlanders especially like this kind of original ecology. After speaking, Min Haoran nodded towards Adili to show trust. Adili is old, and occasionally puts on his 'old qualifications', so Min Haoran 'does what he likes' and wears a 'top hat' for him, which is also one of Min Haoran's tricks to 'control' Adili.

Yingergul is certainly strong in this regard, with both ideas and methods. In the tourism project, she also organized several old artists such as Awuti, including her father, and some young men and girls to choreograph a cultural program, and built a stage next to the cooperative in Abdul Rahman, which performed regularly every day, and the audience was crowded.

Maimaitijan is very fond of traditional classical music, and like Awuti, he is obsessed with the twelve maqams, and his Eijik is itching in his heart if he doesn't play it twice a day.

The Twelve Muqam is a large-scale traditional folk classical music of the Uyghur people, which brings together songs, poems, music, dances, singing and playing, and can be called "world treasures".

It uses music, literature, dance, drama and other languages and art forms to express the gorgeous life and noble sentiments of the Uygur people, reflecting their ideals and pursuits, as well as the joys, sorrows and sorrows produced under the historical conditions at that time, and is known as the "great miracle of oriental music culture".

With the eternal theme of eulogizing justice and kindness, happiness and love, the Twelve Muqam consists of 12 sets of songs, 320 pieces of music, and 4492 lines of poems by 44 poets.

Each set of songs is divided into three parts, each part is divided into four main melodies and a number of variations, which is a national art feast including songs, poems, music and dance.

The collector of the twelve maqams, Amani Sahan, became the queen of Yarkand at the age of thirteen.

In the middle of the 16th century, after the Yarkand king Abdurixit Khan in Xinjiang succeeded to the throne, the war was quelled, and the people were able to live and work in peace and contentment. Mahmuti, a folk artist, lives with his daughter Amani Sahan and becomes acquainted with the musician Umar. Amani Sahan studied poetry and music theory under the tutelage of Umar.

A few years later, Amani Sahan, who was brilliant and musically gifted, was met by the Khan, who accepted her into the palace despite the opposition of the queen and his ministers.

At court, Amani Sahan was discriminated against and suffered. In the midst of many difficulties, Amani Sahan was firm in his faith, and with the help of the musician Kadeer, he collected and sorted out the maqams scattered among the people, and compiled them into a suite of twelve maqams in the court.

When the Khan King went on a crusade against the rebellion, Amani Sahan was squeezed and filled with grief and anger, and finally died of illness. Her artistic achievements are unparalleled to this day, and she is revered as the 'Mother of Muqam'.

The prototype of the maqam is some long songs of the Uyghur ancestors in the nomadic era, with high-pitched and melodious lyrics in the vast wilderness, known as "boya wan" (meaning wilderness). In the thirteenth century, these "boyawan" songs began to be systematized, and they were introduced to Central Asia and the Iranian plateau in the form of suites.

In the 16th century, Amani Sakhan completed the combination of court music and folk circulation through the collation reform, filling the poems of Nawaii and other Uyghur classical poets into the original court maqam tunes, and adding folk Dastan and Messilaifu.

The performance process of the maqam is gorgeous and elegant. The admirers were first some literate groups, and the maqam appreciation became a symbol of social status and status at that time. Later, due to the collapse of the khanate, the artists were dispersed to the people, and the twelve maqams also began to be widely spread among the people.

The Uyghurs have maqam notes in their blood. 'Anyone who can walk can dance, anyone who can talk can sing' is not an exaggeration for Uyghurs. As soon as the music sounds, men, women and children will dance.

If you want to finish singing the twelve maqams, it takes a few days and nights, but Maimaitijiang is familiar with the twelve maqams by word of mouth. As long as his eyes are closed, sometimes the mountains are far away, sometimes the water is murmuring, and the echoing and reverberating music is immersive and intoxicating.

Maimaitijiang and Awuti and several other old artists are often invited to perform in various places and even abroad, once when they participated in the original ecological theatrical performance on CCTV, although they could not understand it, their emotional performances made the audience cry, maybe this is the charm of Muqam.

Hard work pays off. Through several years of hard work, Min Haoran has managed Pozilab Township in an orderly manner, and the district and county have held on-site meetings here many times to promote the experience and practices of Pozilab Township. Pozilab Township has also successively won the title of Autonomous Region-level Civilized Township, Advanced Village of Prosperity and Prosperity, Advanced Grass-roots Party Organization of Autonomous Region-level, and Advanced Township of Comprehensive Management of Autonomous Region. Min Haoran soon became the secretary of the township party committee.

Min Haoran put all his energy into his work, his 'home' was in the village, his 'heart' depended on the masses, and even when his daughter was born, he only stayed at home for one day.

Min Haoran felt that there was too much work to be done in the countryside and there was not enough time. In the past, I often heard others say that the peasants' thinking was too conservative and backward, and that their work was like pushing a train. But Min Haoran doesn't think so, there are only backward cadres, there are no backward masses, otherwise, what do you want us cadres to do, cadres and cadres, only by working one step ahead can society progress.

Now that the peasants' enthusiasm has been aroused, the cadres are relaxed. It is better to make an appearance than to shout at a broken throat, but now it is a soft whisper.

Although the work is easy to do, Min Haoran does not feel relaxed, and he arranges himself full every day, feeling that he has endless 'homework'. There are 'math problems': calculating the income of the peasants, and there are 'biology problems': how to make more money grow in the fields, that is, there are 'language lessons': reading and learning Uyghur every morning, and there are 'philosophy lessons': eliminating the masses' stereotypes.

Behind Min Haoran, there have been a pair of eyes staring closely. Just when Min Haoran was doing a good job, a piece of red paper transferred him to a place where birds don't.
