The fourth stage is to assemble the autonomous high-pressure common rail system on the machine to carry out the emission calibration, optimization of the engine and the reliability test of the common rail system. High-precision projects can often drive the development of a large number of new technologies, Zhonghua Group's independent high-pressure common rail system has realized the key technical difficulties such as multi-axis composite machining, precision small hole machining, ultra-high pressure cleaning, assembly and testing of precision parts, solved the problems of machine tool structure, control system, measurement system and tool system, and formed independent intellectual property rights and processing solutions for electronically controlled common rail parts.
