In the oven stage, the coke oven will lay fire beds on the front and back sides of the carbonization chamber, that is, the skeleton will be built with bricks, which is conducive to heat conduction and can protect the bottom and wall of the carbonization chamber. The fire bed is gradually lowered from the entrance of the small stove from one meter high to the furnace, and the farthest point has extended into the carbonization chamber three meters. When the sealing wall of the carbonization chamber is broken, half of the sealing bricks fall into the carbonization chamber and collapse the fire bed to form a pile of bricks. The pile of bricks is not large, and it is not difficult to clean by volume, but it is not easy to clean in high temperatures. First of all, the tool must be heavy enough so that it will not deform in a short period of time under high temperatures, and secondly, the impact of high temperature on people, high temperature will make people quickly lose their strength and surrender.

The work of the carbonization room to seal the wall was carried out for a total of three days, the task of the workers of the storage and distribution station in the first two days was to beautify the factory area, and the working area of the non-cement pavement was unloaded with sand piles of different sizes, flattened and sprinkled evenly.
