The third stage: the yin and yang cycle, that is, the great week, is to expand the qi to the lower body, the previous exercises have practiced the qi deeply, so the qi can be extended to the whole body, exhale with the mouth, inhale with the nose, exhale with the abdomen, inhale with the abdomen bulge, inhale when the abdomen contractions, exhale to realize that the qi from the top of the head through the dantian to the spring, inhale to realize that the qi from the dantian through the tail vertebrae, spine, cervical vertebrae to the top of the head.

The fourth stage, pranayama, is more or less the same as the first stage, but with much deeper and longer breathing than the first stage, in order to balance the internal organs so that there are no deviations。。。。。。
