I didn't seem to really see what my problem was, so I just thought I had to do everything I had to do. That's just a positive blindness.
If you look at yourself seriously, the biggest problem should be indecision and procrastination.
I want to do something, but I think about a lot of unnecessary factors, which leads to the delay in doing that thing. The more you put it off, the less confident you are, the easier it is to sink and fall.
So what I really want to change is to give myself a "punch" when I want to do something, but I think too much and hesitate!
Wanting to do it is the premise of doing a good job.
Now that you have a "want to do", you have to act on it.
And the factors that block "want to do" are the real obstacles that I want to get rid of.
If there is no obstacle, when you really do it, you will understand that what you want to do is not as exaggerated as those factors that you think too much, and it is completely your own hands and feet.
Well, this kind of self can be regarded as good growth.
If you want to do it, you will have enthusiasm, and if you have enthusiasm, you will do one thing with your heart.
What I want to get back is the self that is passionate about those good habits, not the need to force myself to adapt to good habits when I am not yet enthusiastic about them.
Find the key point and cut in with the right amount of force to hit the target.
