472 Peers outside the Jokhang Temple, popular astrology in the snowy region

"On October 10, 1980, His Holiness Ruyibao was officially erected in the Larung Gar ravine, and the Five Ming Buddhist Institute was completed. More than 100 years ago, His Holiness the 1st Dudjom established a Sutra Secret Ashram here, and thirteen disciples have attained it. His Holiness the Wishful Treasure mourned the poor sentient beings who did not know what to choose and could not leave the sea of suffering, developed a great bodhicitta and took a wide range of disciples, from the initial dozen people to the huge Sangha of thousands today.

As Buddhism has suffered severe damage over the years, the whole of Buddhism is in chaos and unstructured. From that time on, His Holiness began to focus on the propagation of the Vinaya, allowing many monks to receive novice ordination and bhikshu ordination, establishing several large-scale sangha groups to regroup, renovate monasteries, and carry out extensive meditation and meditation. Nowadays, the monasteries at home and abroad, mainly in the snowy monasteries of Tibet, are able to keep the precepts in a pure and orderly manner, which is entirely the result of His Holiness rejuvenating the turbidity and promoting the purity, promoting the good and eliminating the bad, and rejuvenating the skillful hands, and it is also an indelible milestone in the history of Buddhism.

There are three major Manjushri in Tibet, namely Gelug Guru Dzongklapa, Sakya Pandita of Sakya School, and All-Knowing Immaculate Light of Nyingma School. With his unspeakable power of practice, His Holiness met the faces of the three incarnations of Manjushri one by one, listened to the teachings of the Dharma in front of them, and received empowerment blessings. Because His Holiness had personally met with the leaders of various sects, the major sects of Tibetan Buddhism, such as the Gelug, Sakya, and Nyingma, were friendly and united, and the relationship was very harmonious.

The origins of the Dharma propagation in Han were manifested in 1986 when he gave empowerments to more than 6,000 monks. One morning, during the empowerment of Manjushri Transfiguration Net, when the ritual of welcoming the Heavenly Venerable was recited, His Holiness suddenly rose from the throne and then slowly landed on the throne, and after a long period of meditation, His Holiness calmly said to the crowd, "Just now, I felt that Manjushri and Buma Mozha from Mount Wutai in Han came here to welcome us personally. From now on, I will become attached to the Han sentient beings and transform them, and in the future, many Han disciples from our academy may come to seek the Dharma and study, and spread the Sutra and Tantric Dharma to all parts of the world." Therefore, in order to promote Buddhism in Han and accept destined disciples, on April 6, 1987 (Tibetan calendar), His Holiness led his family members to set off to worship Mount Wutai.

There are more than 10,000 Tibetans accompanying them, and monks wearing red monks' robes have almost covered the entire Wutai Mountain. His Holiness taught the Han and Mongolian followers such as the Lamrim and the Buddha's Journey, and recited the Prayers of the Buddha in front of the Buddha Relic Stupa with his entourage, and made a vow that all sentient beings who are associated with me will be reborn in the Western Elysium. In fact, before this pilgrimage to Mount Wutai, His Holiness had already traveled through this holy place in an illusion three times by relying on the Bright Dream Dharma. Therefore, in order to benefit future sentient beings, many of the treasures are given to the Dharma Protector God, and they are hidden in this holy place in various ways, and when the time is ripe in the future, those who are destined to open them will be able to open them, and then they will benefit the sentient beings of the boundless Han land.

Although Tibet is widely regarded as the "Middle Earth where Buddhism flourishes", women have been very rare since ancient times. If you don't have a certain amount of merit, receiving a woman will bring all kinds of consequences to your career, so it is extremely rare for a teacher to receive a truly wide range of nuns' dependents. When His Holiness said that he wanted to gather the nuns and establish a nun community, Tibetan women abandoned their laymans and gathered at the institute to worship His Holiness and devote themselves to the Dharma. With His Holiness's special blessings, in just a few years, the number of nuns has grown from a few dozen to a hundred, and now there are more than 4,000 nuns. In addition, His Holiness has also taken on thousands of Han women at home and abroad, and now more than 2,000 people live in the academy to practice meditation, which is a great feat. ”

Mi Cuo Jialang said with a reverent face:

"The deeds of His Holiness cannot be told for three days and three nights, and the miraculous things that happened to him cannot be finished, but the most respectable thing is his mercy. Whenever he saw someone striking a hungry dog or other bystanding, His Holiness would weep and say, "These beings have been our mothers since the beginning of time, and they are now turned into bystanders because of their negative karma. It's already so miserable and pitiful, and you still can't bear to beat them, it's better to beat me. "Once, I showed illness because of a strong sense of compassion.

Another example of His Holiness transferring poison to his own rescue disciples: a lama named Genlo was asleep at night when a poisonous snake got into his bedding and bit his feet twice, causing him to wake up from his dream and sit up, and the snake was scared away. The next morning, when His Holiness learned of this, he immediately gathered the monks to recite for him the ritual of saving the snake from the Twenty-one Tars, but there was no obvious effect. But the next day, when Genlok Lama woke up, he felt that his foot did not hurt at all, and he was deeply surprised that the wound on his foot had disappeared completely, leaving no trace. However, His Holiness had a very swollen right foot, which was exactly where Genlo Lama was bitten by a snake, and there were traces of a poisonous snake bite, and he was sick for fifteen days in a row. Everyone knows that His Holiness transferred the poison of Genlo Lama to himself to suffer in his own place. ”

"What mercy!"

After listening to Mi Tso Jialang's description, Wang Zhong slowly drew a picture in his heart, that is, a practitioner who takes the propagation of the Dharma as his own responsibility and is truly compassionate. I was fortunate enough to see His Holiness the real face, and I don't know why Wang Zhong had an indescribable sense of familiarity with His Holiness, as if it was not the first time they had met. This feeling is strange and inexplicable, but Wang Zhong firmly believes that this feeling is correct. He must have met this mysterious Dharma King.

"I've met this Dharma King!"

Wang Zhong said affirmatively.

"How is it possible? His Holiness has been practicing in the snowy region all these years! He has never been to the mainland at all, let alone to Xiangjiang!"

Mi Cuo Jialang said without any hesitation.

"I did see him, but not in reality, but in Dingzhong, and he once gave me a scripture and taught me a scripture!"

Wang Zhong said affirmatively.

"What a blessing in a dream!"

Mi Cuo Jialang said with some envy.

"His Holiness once gave a memorial that the scene was very special, and all sentient beings who were associated with His Holiness would be able to rebirth in the Elysian World. The supreme Dzogchen Dharma, the pinnacle of the Nine-vehicle Dharma, is increasingly radiating a dazzling light (the Buddha and the patriarch also gave instructions on the end of the Dharma period). For example, His Holiness presided over the 15-day Bliss Puja attended by more than 430,000 people, so many people came here not for honor and wealth, but for His Holiness compassion, and brought their own tents and dry food to come here to make a wish to be reborn in Elysium. In Xinlong County, during a Bliss Dharma meeting presided over by His Holiness His Holiness, many relics fell in the sky. Every year at the Bliss Festival, participants make a vow to recite the Buddha's name one million times to live in Bliss. ”

"You can get a separate mandate from the Dharma King, but it is also fateful, and you will definitely die in this life!"

"I am a Taoist believer, even if I return, it will be the Nine Heavens Palace!"

Wang Zhong glanced at Mi Cuo Jialang and said slowly.

Mi Cuo Jialang obviously didn't expect Wang Zhong to answer like this, and couldn't help but be stunned, it was difficult for many devout believers to see His Holiness. A Taoist believer actually received a personal instruction from the Dharma King, saying the Dharma, and I don't know what to say. In silence, the two left the Potala Palace, got into the car that had been prepared, and drove towards the residence of the king.

His Holiness usually stayed at Wuming Academy and rarely returned to the snowy region, so he did not have a place to live in Potala.

Wang Zhong followed Mi Cuo Jialang into a relatively simple small temple, the scale of this temple is not as large as the Potala Palace, but its status is not inferior to the Potala Palace, because his name is Jokhang Temple!

Jokhang Temple, also known as "Zulakang", "Juekang" (Tibetan meaning Buddha Temple), located in the center of the old city of Lhasa, is a Tibetan Buddhist monastery, built by the Tibetan King Songtsen Gampo, Lhasa has the reputation of "holy land", and this Buddha statue is related. The temple was originally called "Jalan Sa", which later became the name of the city and evolved into the current "Lhasa". After the completion of the Jokhang Temple, after the Yuan, Ming and Qing dynasties repeatedly modified and expanded, the current scale was formed.

Jokhang Temple has a history of more than 1,300 years and holds a supreme position in Tibetan Buddhism. Jokhang Temple is the most glorious building of the Tibetan period in Tibet, and it is also the earliest civil structure building in Tibet, and it has created the Tibetan Pingchuan style temple city bureau style.

The circle of the Buddha Hall of Sakyamuni in the center of the Jokhang Temple is called "Nangkuo", the outer wall of the Jokhang Temple is called "Bakhor Street", and the street radiating out of the Jokhang Temple is called "Barkhor Street", that is, Octagonal Street. With Jokhang Temple as the center, a large circle that includes the Potala Palace, Yaowang Mountain, and Xiaozhao Temple is called "Lin Kuo". These three rings, from the inside to the outside, are the routes used by the Tibetans to perform the prayer turning ritual.

Jokhang Temple integrates the architectural styles of Tibet, Tang, Nepal and India, and has become a model of Tibetan religious architecture through the ages.

The incense burns in front of the temple all day long, and the devout worship of the believers has left a deep imprint on the bluestone floor in front of the door. Ten thousand butter lamps have been shining for a long time, leaving traces of time and pilgrims.

But what made Wang Zhong most interesting was that there were many of his peers at the gate of the Jokhang Temple. However, there is also a difference with Wang Zhong, Wang Zhong uses Zhou Yi for divination, and these peers are astrology!

"The people of Snowland believe that the future can be predicted. In our opinion, divination is a science, and an exact one. We believe in "astrology", where the so-called "astrological influence" is nothing more than cosmic rays that are "colored" or altered because their bodies reflect the earth. As you know, we can take a picture of a certain food with a camera and daylight, and put different color filters on the lens, so that the photo can produce a number of different effects, such as positive color, full gold, infrared photo, and so on, and in the same way, people are also affected by various chemical and biological influences due to different cosmic rays.

Since 1027, all major decisions in the snowy region have been made without the help of astrology. In 1904, when the British invaded our land, there was an accurate prediction. It is translated as follows: "In the year of the Wooden Dragon." In the first half of the year, the people protected the leader of the lama, and after the war, thieves rose one after another. There are many enemies, the sword soldiers are troublesome, and the people are about to fight. At the end of the year, someone came forward to mediate a truce. This prophecy was written before 1850, but it was about the year of the wooden dragon in 1904, and Colonel Younghusband had seen it with his own eyes in Tibet before the British invasion led by Colonel Younghusband Peng. There was a Mr. Wadel in the British Army who also saw it around 1902. Some of the other events that have been prophesied are as follows:

In 1910, the Qing army entered Tibet;

In 1911, the Han Revolution established the Nationalist Government;

After 1911, the Qing troops withdrew from the snowy region;

1914, Anglo-German War;

In 1933, the 12th Chief died;

In 1935, the thirteenth chief was born, etc. Mr. Bell, who was later knighted in England, had seen all these prophecies in Lhasa. As far as I am concerned, all the prophecies about myself have been fulfilled, especially about the hardships of my life. ”

Mi Cuo Jialang said seriously.

"The Han people also have similar prophecies, such as pushing back pictures, baking cake songs, etc.!"

Wang Zhong nodded in approval.

"Astrology is a science, and in short, the most important thing in astrology is to draw an astronomical map that shows the position of the celestial bodies at the time of reincarnation and birth. Not only must the date of birth be correct. It is clearly understood, and it has to be converted into "interstellar time", which is quite different from Earth time. The earth moves 30 kilometers per second, which shows that the so-called "difference is a thousand miles", which is not true, the earth is tilted in rotation, such as in autumn, the North Pole can be 5,000 kilometers ahead of the South Pole, and in spring it is the opposite. Therefore, the longitude of one's place of birth is very important, and this cannot be ignored.

Once such an astronomical table is drawn, it is not difficult for anyone with basic training to explain its significance. The correlation between constellations and constellations can be measured, and its impact on the parties can be calculated. We develop a "birth table" to indicate the effect of potential energy on a person at the beginning of life. The birth chart shows the potential energy of the person when he or she enters the real world. We also have a time chart that is used to predict the future, which is in contrast to the birth chart. One might ask, "Can you predict who will be second or third in a race?" and the answer is, "We can't do that unless we create a destiny map for each person, every horse and every owner involved in the race." In terms of personal fate, we can predict whether someone will recover or whether Tom will marry Mary and whether they will be happy after marriage. ”

Obviously, Miso Garang was very accomplished in astrology, and it was rare to find someone who listened and talked endlessly.

"The attitude of the people of the snowy region towards death is very different from that of the West. In our view, the body is nothing more than a "shell" - nothing more than the material cloak of the immortal soul that dies, that is to say, not as a result of misfortune, then we see it this way: the body is sick, defective, and no longer fit for spiritual use, and therefore it is time to abandon it. The spirit will gradually withdraw from this physical body. The spirit has a shape that is completely similar to the physical shell, and those who have the eye can see it clearly. When a person is dying, the thread that connects the physical and spiritual bodies (called the "silver belt" in the Bible) takes place. But death is not perdition, but a new life, because the "silver belt" is like the umbilical cord of a baby that must be severed in order for the newborn baby to enter the realm of its own existence. When a person dies, the "light of life" begins to extinguish from the head. This light is called the "golden bowl" in the Christian Bible, and it is also visible to those with discernment. I'm not a Christian, so I'm not familiar with the Bible, but I believe that the following sentence must be related to the issue I discussed above, which says, "Prevent the silver belt from breaking and the golden bowl from breaking." (To be continued.) )
