Chapter 91: Strange Thoughts
After breakfast, Evan and the others walked out of the castle in heavy raincoats.
The cold rain made Evan shiver, and he saw Hermione, Colin, and Ginny shivering beside him.
Even so, it didn't dampen their enthusiasm.
As a pseudo-fan with a severe fear of heights and not a keen fan of Quidditch, Evan couldn't understand why the sport was so popular.
Outside the castle, the weather was windy and rainy, but the whole school rushed out to watch the game, running across the lawn to the Quidditch pitch and sitting in the wet stands, keeping their heads bowed against the wind.
It was a terrible feeling, half an hour earlier, Evan had intended to spend the day in the cozy, warm library.
He had already made up his mind that no matter how much Colin shouted at himself, he would never take a step towards the castle in this weather situation, absolutely not!
But Colin didn't actually come to call himself, he actually went straight to Hermione and Ginny, and Evan was pulled out by the two of them, and they said that Evan had to come out to cheer everyone on, because this game was important to Gryffindor.
Looking at their expressions, Evan was very suspicious that if he didn't agree to come out and cheer, if Gryffindor lost, then the responsibility must be all on him.
He sighed and followed the three of them out of the castle.
Contrary to his pained expression, Collin, Hermione, and Ginny were all smiles.
Needless to say, Colin is a treacherous smile, and after nearly two years of contact, he has become very familiar with Evan and knows where his friend's weaknesses are.
Ginny was amused when she saw Evan like this, after all, Evan had always given people the impression that he was too mature and calm, as if he knew everything, and he didn't look like a twelve-year-old boy at all.
As for Hermione's smile, it is relatively complicated, Colin and Ginny's reasons, she has a little bit, but it is definitely not the main factor, it is just to pull Aven out of the castle, she doesn't know why she is smiling, she seems to be happy from the bottom of her heart, is this the legendary silly smile?!
In this way, the four of them walked to the stands with different expressions.
Ron had already taken his place for them, and I don't know if it was a delusion, but Evan noticed that Ron looked at him strangely, but there was no smile on his face. If I had to say it, it was a bit like the way Snape usually looked at him!
Evan shook his head, this must be a delusion, right?!
In fact, Evan guessed correctly, looking at Hermione and Ginny who walked over with a smile on their faces, and Evan who followed behind the two of them, Ron didn't know why he had a weird feeling in his heart, most of which should be envy and jealousy.
He was already very familiar with these two emotions, and he had felt this way for his brothers and his best friend Harry in the past few years.
But he looked at Evan now, and in addition to jealousy, there was a strange sense of hatred in his heart, which he had never felt before.
Ron suddenly remembered the dream he had been having these past nights, and the girl who had recurred in the dream, that girl seemed to be a bit like Hermione He shook his head fiercely, Hermione appeared in his dream, this should be just a coincidence, right?!
Besides, why did he dream of himself and Hermione doing that kind of thing
Hermione was just his friend, but seeing Hermione and Evan sitting together made Ron feel very uncomfortable.
His instincts told him that something must have happened between Hermione and Evan that he didn't know about.
And these things are the main source of the unknown hatred in his heart.
Affected by this emotion, Ron's attention shifted from the Quidditch match to the people around him, and he found himself now more and more bored with Evan the more he watched.
is obviously a year younger than himself, why is he so good, why
Ron forced himself not to think about it, Evan had saved himself last year, and the thoughts in his head now were certainly not a good sign, he took a deep breath, and suddenly thought of other things that had happened last year, thought of the black diary, and thought of the words that Tom Riddle had written for himself in the diary.
Although the other party is Voldemort when he was a student, although the other party is evil, but deep down, Ron found that he had to admit that the other party had to admit that some of the other party's words were very right, in the face of Malfoy's malicious abuse, it was obviously he who stood up to protect Hermione, and finally vomited slugs for a week;
He had done all of these things, so why was it Evan who was sitting next to Hermione now, not himself, was it really like Tom Riddle said
No, no, something must have gone wrong, otherwise how could he have all these dangerous thoughts again?!
Ron forced his eyes off Evan and Hermione, and he looked into the center of the field, where the Gryffindor and Hufflepuff Quidditch teams began to play.
To the cheers of the crowd, Evan saw the Gryffindor Quidditch players staggering out of the dressing room, and the wind was blowing so hard that they staggered into the pitch and he couldn't even see Harry's skinny figure.
The Hufflepuff on the other side was similar, and Evan could only vaguely see seven people in canary yellow robes standing on the court, and the guy who was shaking hands with Wood should be Cedric Diggory.
Although he hadn't met him, Evan was very impressed by the name.
In addition to remembering that he was a Hogwarts warrior in next year's Triwizard Tournament, and was finally killed by Voldemort, Diggory has contributed a lot to the Hogwarts Wizardry and Wizardry newspaper this year.
As you can see from those submissions, Diggory is an excellent wizard with a very deep understanding of Transfiguration.
But Evan didn't know what his Quidditch skills were, especially in this terrible weather situation, and if neither he nor Harry could see the Golden Snitch, there was a good chance that everyone would sit in the freezing rain all day, which would be too bad.
A few seconds later, with a whistle from Mrs. Hodge, the game began!
Blurred red and yellow figures sped across the pitch, and Evan didn't know how the game was going, and he couldn't even hear the comments in the wind.
Even with his raincoat in the cover, he felt like he was drenched all over, and he found himself frozen in the cold, and through the dense rain, he saw Harry shaking at the top of the pitch, and he must have been worse than himself.
Evan saw Hermione sitting next to him shivering from the cold, but she seemed to be in high spirits, as if someone had cast a "happiness charm" on her!
It's strange when Hermione liked Quidditch so much, and how she didn't know before. I remember when Gryffindor played Hufflepuff last year, Hermione gave up the game in order to speed up the brewing speed of the compound potion.
If there's one difference between this year and last year, it's that Cedric Diggory has become Hufflepuff's captain.
He also remembered that Angelina said yesterday that the guy was very handsome. Evan suddenly became inexplicably nervous, he subconsciously raised his head to look around for Diggory's figure, and then he saw that Ron was still looking at him, and his expression became more and more strange.
What the hell is going on today, how these two guys are stranger than the other.
