474 Supreme Buddha Kingdom, Dharma Protector Dragon God!

"It is rumored that once upon a time, the presiding officer of a temple in the snowy region died, and the monks of the whole temple placed their bodies in the temple hall, and then everyone sat in the hall day and night to chant and pray, for three consecutive days and three nights without closing their eyes, on the third night, those exhausted monks could not help but fall asleep one by one, snoring like thunder. One of the timid little monks had no sleepiness due to terror, staring intently at the body of his master. In the middle of the night, he suddenly noticed that the zombie had sat up. The little monk was so frightened that he forgot to wake up the monks, pulled out his legs and rushed out of the door, slamming the temple door and running for his life. As a result, hundreds of monks in the temple were all turned into corpses overnight. Fortunately, they couldn't make it out of the temple gate, but just rampage through the temple, turning the world upside down.

Later, a hermit with boundless power discovered the uncontrollable scene, he was dressed in a robe, holding a magic weapon in his hand, reciting a mantra, and came to the temple alone, opened the temple door and danced the divine dance, dancing slowly forward, and the corpses also danced behind him and followed closely. Gradually, they came to a river, and the hermit led the corpses up to the wooden bridge, and then took off their robes and threw them into the river, so that the corpses jumped into the middle of the river with the robes and never got up.

Whether it is a reality or a legend, this has undoubtedly created an invisible pressure on the Tibetan people's psyche. In order to prevent the terrible corpses from rushing in, according to the characteristics of the corpses that cannot bend over, the kind of houses with low doors are specially designed and built, which is an obstacle for the corpses. Of course, in those ancient times, this kind of prevention of corpses was only used in those areas where houses were lived in in southern and eastern Tibet, but in the vast areas of northern Tibet, especially the herdsmen living in the border areas of Hoh Xil, they could not use this precautionary measure, and the herdsmen often lived in fear.

The herdsmen living in this area, due to the forced environment, can only wander around, live in water and grass, move once every three days, and live in a nomadic state all year round. The people there did not have a stable place to live during their lifetimes, and there was no fixed burial platform after death. At the same time, there are no temples or monks in these areas, let alone those complicated funeral ceremonies, and people generally practice wild burials and abandoned burials. Wild burial is when a person dies, strips his body naked and throws it in the wild, where he dies, where he is lost. Abandonment of burial means that after a person dies, the living family members pull out the tent and move away, and abandon the deceased on the old site. Whoever uses this method of burial generally undresses, and the clothes he covered before his death are untouched on the deceased's body, as if he were a living person sleeping.

This nomadic burial custom is more likely to cause corpses. Although they were unable to build a low gate to ward off the corpses, people also took some measures in the absence of other means. For example, when a corpse, especially a corpse with signs of corpse finding, is thrown into the wild, a rope is tied to a natural stone pile or large rock block to prevent the corpse from running away to harm people.

One day in the early spring of 1967, Mrs. Garb finally ended her miserable life and lay quietly in the tattered tent that could only accommodate herself. Although this place belongs to the hinterland of the county, different remote areas, she can be sent to the road to the home of life by the crisp sound of the law bell, but because she is alone, she cannot enjoy the last treatment in life. One of the monks of the Monastery of Andom and the head celestial burial master, Dallo, went to recite the sutra for her out of compassion and sent her to the celestial burial.

When they came to her, the poor old lady had half her face exposed, her eyes closed, her mouth half chapped, and her thin body taking up all the space in the tent. While chanting the scriptures, the senior monk uneasily asked the celestial burial master to go over to see the body of the old lady.

When the undertaker went to look, he found that the old lady's head was all exposed outside the collar, and when she went to see it for the second time, the old lady had already sat up with her eyes open, her complexion was dark, and the blood vessels on both sides of her nose were swollen to the thickness of fingers. He quickly told the monk about the scene. The monk immediately blew the human bone trumpet, used tantric spells to break the blood, and after a while, saw blood flowing from her nostrils, and then fell down and restored her original calm. It can be seen that she belongs to the "blood" category. Somehow, when they carried the old lady's body on horseback to the burial platform, they found that her body was heavier than any corpse, so heavy that the strong male fell down several times on the road. This is what the celestial burial master Darlo saw with his own eyes, and he also told it himself. ”

Mi Tso Jialang is obviously familiar with these stories, and has experienced a lot of them himself, so the story is also reasonable and vivid.

"This kind of thing happens from time to time in the mainland, Hong Kong and Taiwan, but we call it corpse fraud there. ”

Wang Zhong nodded in approval.

"Modern medicine judges death by stopping breathing, which is called pharyngeal breath, as a sign of death. Some people may recover after a short period of time after they breathe, and they have the so-called deception.

What is now called a corpse is a situation in which a person is confirmed to be dead and suddenly resurrected for unknown reasons.

Perhaps it was the surrounding electric ions that gave the deceased some life characteristics. ”

"Tan Yue, please, His Holiness has been waiting for a long time!"

Mi Cuo Jialang found that the conversation with Wang Zhong was a little long, and said a little embarrassed.

Wang Zhong raised his eyes and saw a group of people at the gate of the Jokhang Temple, no, it should be a large group of people who were bowing and worshipping in the direction of the temple. These men, women, young and old, folded their hands above their heads, bent over their heads, and then stood upright, and so on. It's not clear when they started, and certainly not when they'll end.

On snowy mountain roads, there are often only one or two people who see kowtows. But when many people are doing the same action at the same time and in the same place, on a large scale, it is like the scene of the pilgrimage to Mecca ******, first hitting people's eyeballs and then hitting people's hearts, the best adjective is "spectacular + shocking". In this situation, put himself in his shoes, Wang Zhong couldn't help but bow his eyebrows and stand up solemnly.

As the long procession slowly walked into the Jokhang Temple, it was greeted by a square courtyard with several rows of butter lamps shining brightly on the east side. Unlike the brilliant light of the Jokhang Temple's golden dome, the light here is dim even during the day, except for countless butter lamps illuminating the heavy walls, revealing such sacredness and solemnity.

Behind the butter lamp is the main entrance of the main hall, from which the earliest buildings of the Jokhang Temple in the Tibetan period began. When you enter the gate, you will feel like you have come to a hall where Buddha statues gather. In addition to the main Maitreya Buddha, Padmasambhava, and the thousand-armed and thousand-eyed Guanyin Bodhisattva, there is also a circle of small but delicate halls around, such as Medicine Buddha, Tsongkhapa, Milarepa and so on, which are dazzling and dizzying.

The statues of Songtsen Gampo and Princess Qizun and Princess Wencheng also have a special palace. Songtsan Gampo is heroic, the two princesses are dignified, and the woman with her hair in a high bun and a typical Tang Dynasty costume is obviously Princess Wencheng. According to Tibetan Buddhism, Songtsen Gampo is the incarnation of Guanyin Bodhisattva, and Princess Qizun and Princess Wencheng are the incarnations of White Tara and Green Tara, respectively. Therefore, in the minds of the Tibetans, the three of them are not just ordinary kings and queens, they are Buddhas and Bodhisattvas who became kings and queens and educated the Tibetans.

In the main hall, you can also see sandalwood pillars from the seventh century and their elaborate carvings. The Jokhang Monastery was listed as a World Heritage Site in 2000, and the most important of these conditions are the wooden pillars and carvings that are not seen in other monasteries in Tibet. Over the course of more than 1,300 years, the wooden pillars have become as hard as iron, and when struck by hand, they make a metal-like sound.

In the past, many people had kowtowed to Lhasa on the way, and some old and infirm people died halfway through, and the people behind would pluck out one of his teeth and insert it into the gap between these wooden pillars with ghee after arriving at the Jokhang Temple. Perhaps, the human beings have not reached the teeth, the body has not come, and the soul has come, and the wishes of these pilgrims have been fulfilled! I searched up and down a pillar, and I saw a few white things like teeth.

Immediately after the main hall is the Buddha hall where Tibetan Buddhists are holy and holy, enshrined the 12-year-old statue of Shakyamuni. Gazing at this Buddha statue, the color is like ripe gold, solemn and kind. According to the information, the posture of the Buddha statue is to make a knot with one hand and press the ground with the other hand, which is not visible due to the large number of offerings in front of it. At the beginning, Princess Wencheng climbed countless mountains and mountains, crossed countless rivers and rapids, passed through countless violent storms and snowfalls, and brought to Lhasa through countless hardships! This gives people a dreamlike feeling of traveling through time and space.

There is a platform on the second floor of the Jokhang Temple, where you can enjoy the bustling city view of Lhasa and the majestic Potala Palace in the distance. I used to wonder what kind of grand building the Kashag government office of the old Tibetan Ganden Phodrang regime would be, but I was still surprised when I learned that the two floors were located above the Jokhang Temple. It is entirely conceivable that during those long years, there was smoke and Sanskrit chanting on one side, and at the same time there were many people with instructions in hand and uploading and issuing instructions coming and going. What a bustling situation!

The Ganden Podrang regime is the regime of ********. From a practical point of view, if the head of the Potala Palace is more of a symbol, the Kashag government in the Jokhang Temple has the authority and power to operate on a daily basis.

In the Jokhang Temple, there is more to imagine than these, there is also an annual summoning ceremony.

The summoning of the Great Dharma is held at the beginning of each year, and Wang Zhong's time is not right, so he can't see it. The festival is said to have two contents: first, prayer chanting, chanting by thousands of monks in a well-trained chest voice, with a voice as turbulent as the waves of the sea, and then a public debate in which all the monks can challenge the examinee, the highest degree of the Gelug school, in which all monks can challenge the examinee, and many of the debates are complemented by high-fives, shouts and drawings, with long strings of prayers dancing with gestures.

From this point of view, in the final analysis, the atmosphere and power of Jokhang Temple Buddhism is its true connotation and the most essential thing.

However, in Wang Zhong's eyes, in addition to these, there are also great existences that others can't see. I saw a big Buddha sitting on top of the lotus, and there were countless Bodhisattvas around him, and he was surrounded by Buddhas.

From time to time, smallpox fell, turning into a little golden light, completely dissipating in the air.

There are more gods, mountain gods, water gods, all kinds of protectors, guarding the surroundings, protecting the solemnity of the dojo, if Wang Zhong in the Australian dojo is a small spiritual realm with a radius of more than ten miles, then the dojo in front of him is a Buddha country with a radius of more than 10,000 miles.

After the death of countless people in the snowy region, they were sheltered here, and Wang Zhong noticed that in front of the tall Buddha, there was a lotus pond with a radius of 100 feet, and there were hundreds of lotus flowers in it. As a lotus flower bloomed, an old man dressed in a snowy costume appeared inside, and then clean water fell from the sky to wash his body. Wash away the breath of the world and let him completely merge with the Buddha Kingdom.

As if discovering Wang Zhong's prying eyes, a thousand-foot-long Dharma Protector Dragon God suddenly flew out of the Buddha Kingdom, his head was as huge as a hill, his eyes were better like the sun and moon in the sky, and the power on his body was surging like a great river.

Wang Zhong instantly had a feeling of being locked in, and no matter how much he tried to change, he couldn't get rid of this feeling.

The muscles of Wang Zhong's whole body suddenly became stiff, the qi and blood in his whole body were surging, and even his hair was upside down one by one, although this Dharma Protector Dragon God gave him an unbeatable feeling, but Wang Zhong was not the kind of person who sat still and waited to die.

His right hand has been pressed to the Xuanwu Sword, this magic sword has been passed down by the Nine Palace Sect for dozens of generations, and has been cultivated into a powerful magic weapon, as long as the Protector Dragon God has a little intention of attacking, Wang Zhong will not hesitate to cut it down with a sword.

Miso Gyalang obviously felt this tense atmosphere as well, and saw him hurriedly step forward, fold his hands, and respectfully communicate with the Dharma Protector in front of him in Tibetan.

But obviously the Dharma Protector in front of him didn't buy Mi Cuo Jialang's explanation, as if Sun Yue's eyes were full of anger and tyranny, and there was a trace of greed, as if Wang Zhong in front of him was a fragrant piece of fat, and he wanted to swallow it in his mouth at once.

"This Tan Yue is the honored guest of the Dharma King, don't be presumptuous with the Dharma Protector Dragon God!"

Mi Cuo Jialang felt the idea of the Dharma Protector Dragon God, and hurriedly moved out the Dharma King's brand, hoping to suppress the evil thoughts of the Dharma Protector Dragon God, but he obviously thought wrongly, the Dharma Protector God in the Snow Land used to be mostly evil gods who harmed one party, and was later suppressed by the Dharma and became the Dharma Protector God. However, the evil thoughts in the hearts of these Dharma protector gods have not been completely eliminated, so the faces of many gods in the snow region are hideous, and many rituals look very cruel.

This Dharma Protector Dragon God used to be an evil god who ate **** raw, and he had not eaten people in the Buddha Kingdom for hundreds of years, and now when he met Wang Zhong, a person who offended the Buddha Kingdom, how could he let him go.

"Heretics, they should be punished!"

The mouth of the Dharma Protector Dragon God opened and closed, and he said lightly, his mountain-like mouth opened, as if it was a huge endless cave.

A suction force that ordinary people can't feel is instantly generated, and Wang Zhong's body seems to be a rootless duckweed, which is instantly attracted to it. (To be continued.) )
