The emphasis is on participation, there must be struggle in life, but we must strive on the right path of life, strive to improve all our own wrongs, strive to correct all our mistakes, and be able to bear our own filth and darkness, so as to live up to the bright side.

The power of light is not for you to see, not for you to admire, for you to use, for you to bear those darkness and exist, the realm of selflessness is not for you to worship, it is for you to bear the 'self' and exist, if you do not bear the responsibility of self and shirk it, then you are ashamed of your selfless realm, which is a kind of unethical behavior.

Needless to say, cultivating the true way, it is to face sincerely, to take on sincerely, to give sincerely, to be able to bear any result, without complaint, not to shirk, not to blame, to voluntarily bear all this, it is impossible to be unhappy, this is the so-called Mahayana mind, the popular point is the heart of sincere life, with such a heart to cultivate, do you still need to ask anything, the creation of the Great Dao itself will appear in your heart, because the Great Dao also likes your heart.

The person who has this sincere heart, the person who lives with this sincere heart, is the seed of the Great Dao, and will surely attain the Dao, without the slightest doubt, even if you don't want to learn the Tao, then the Dao will give everything to you by himself, you are the seed of the Dao, and the Tao will inevitably give everything to you, just like parents will give everything to their children, it's so simple, and it's so natural, so why bother to find it.

People who are sincere in the Tao will love life, love life, be positive, and be optimistic and cheerful, because the instinct of life is endless, that is, positive, smart and open-minded, and those who are sincere in life will also love the Tao, because that is his root, he is the Tao, the Tao is him, and those who love life will also love themselves.

The Tao contains all the light and darkness of this world, all the righteous and all the evil, and the enlightened person is like a garbage can that carries all the filth and impurities of this world all day long, because those who have not attained the Tao will always have all kinds of filth and impurities to talk about, and those who have attained the Tao will listen quietly and bear it quietly, and when the unenlightened person voluntarily takes on the responsibility and voluntarily tastes the taste of suffering, he himself becomes his own garbage can, and he has to bear all his filth and impurity, all the suffering, so he has obtained the true meaning of the Tao, and if he has not obtained the true meaning of the Tao, how can he bear the impurity and impurity, and it is precisely because he has the ability to liberate himself, so that he no longer pours out all the filth and impurity, and no longer creates a little pain to leave the world.

It is precisely because the Taoist can purify all impurities, suffer all impurities, and leave no suffering in the world, so those who see the Tao in the world are clean, bright, and happy, is this the Tao, rare in the world, because he transcends all the things in the world, why can he surpass all the things in the world, because he bears the whole world, so he can't be found in the world, so he is called outside the world.

When he has not attained enlightenment, he hates filth, yearns for light and purity, and his ideal is to go to a place where there is no defilement, and he gives up everything that is related to impurity, but he cannot see the light, because only in the darkness can he see the light, and those who really reach the light cannot see the light, and he knows that the light carries everything, and to attain the Tao is to take on the unenlightened self.

I am a bad person, I know that I am bad, I aspire to not be bad, then I will improve myself to not be bad, I am at fault, I know that I am wrong, I yearn for no mistake, then I will correct myself to a good appearance, I have a bad look, I know that I am bad, I yearn for the light, then I will get rid of the dark to no darkness, I have done it, I have fulfilled my wish, there is nothing happier than being full of wishes.

No longer run away from their own problems, start to respond, no longer shirk their responsibilities, begin to bear, the fault owed, willing to pay back with blood, all suffering, no longer suffering, that is the evil fate of what they have done, is their due burden, even if the foot is broken, still forward, what is owed must be repaid, even if the body is broken, it must be repaid, it will not be repaid for a lifetime, it will be repaid for all generations, it will be a cow and a horse, and the blood and flesh will be returned.

I don't want to get the Tao, I just want to have no debt in my heart, since it is for the sake of not owing, then I don't ask for it back if I pay it back to others, I have to pay it back so hard, so I will reduce the difficulty of others, and I will not ask for it back if I give it, even if I am starving to death and freezing to death, I will not complain.

Thousands of lifetimes of flesh and bones, in exchange for flesh and blood, thousands of lifetimes of repayment, in exchange for life full, thousands of lifetimes of giving, in exchange for wisdom and goodness, and how many life and death tribulations have been experienced, in exchange for sincere willingness, counting endless years of calamity, in order to say, I will.

From birth to death, how many times you have been born, how many times you have died, and between life and death, how much knowledge you have to learn in exchange for entering the true Tao, how much you have learned, how much you have forgotten, and in the end, you can only keep this heart without changing.

When I see the scriptures, how can I not sigh, because I know the difficulties of the saints, and when I see the monks, how can I not sigh, because I know that the practice is difficult, no matter how weak the mind is, how can I not be amazed, the saints leave a piece of sincerity, and the monks return their sincerity, it is difficult to be born, it is difficult to enter the world, it is difficult to live in the world, it is difficult to leave the world, and it is difficult to see only the bright side of morality, how can we appreciate the difficulties of virtue and carry the darkness, it is difficult to carry the Tao, how can we carry the ability of the great road to create without the resoluteness of the broken bones, it is difficult to make the heart, it is difficult to hold the heart, it is difficult to keep the heart, and it is difficult to see the charm.

It's easy to change the heavens and the earth, why, because the heaven and the earth are changeable, this heart is unchanged, the heaven and the earth can be changed, this heart is not changed, life after life, this heart is not changed, the heart is sincere, the Tao is a few points, and who is convenient to open it. Why is it useless to use magic to the Taoist, because the life and death of every Taoist master exceeds the limit of magic, and the calamity experienced exceeds the limit of supernatural power, the Tao Sutra says: To visit the world with the Tao, its ghosts are not gods, not its ghosts are not gods, its gods do not hurt people, non-ghosts do not hurt people, saints do not hurt people, only the husband and the two do not hurt each other, so the virtue is returned.

For those who are true to the Tao, where is the Tao to be obtained, just like how can those who enter the light see the light, so Zhuangzi said: The Tao is in the dung and urine. The Tao is in heaven and earth, it is obtained for heaven and earth, the Tao is in ghosts and gods, it is obtained by ghosts and gods, the Tao is in all beings, it is obtained for all beings, and those who do not know the true Tao are only delusional.

The heart is not delusional, the truth is self-explanatory, how can he seek, find another way, the machine is in the control of the heart, can be autonomous, if the heart is by itself, the life is free, it is for pragmatism, where the true life lies.

The key to the control of the heart, the first training to be still, can stop its heart, so that the rest of the mind, the life is to return to the root, keep the quiet and restore the life, and reach the Ming, the wisdom is suddenly, the life is complete, the movement is arbitrary, and the intention is with the fate.

More movement and less quiet, then the training in the view, the heart is moving, the view can take the heart, the return to the quiet, such as the root of the ear is pure, the heart is dry in the sound, then listen to the ear, the view is also restored, the heart is more thoughtful, then the view is in the view, the heart is back to the root, the nature is quiet, the quiet is said to be normal, the life is clear, the virtue is wise, is for the true life.

More static and less moving, then the training is stopped, the heart is at ease, blindly quiet, moving is the view, or let nature, quiet and unshakable, do not lose the fundamental, life returns to the root, care about this situation, wisdom and enlightenment, in this line, as for the whole quiet, the body and mind are not separated, the mind and thoughts, but also in the quiet, longevity and long-term vision, is in the rules.

Stop the observer, the movement is also, such as the blood vein, such as the track of the car, such as the gap between the cow, find the gap and enter, skillful training, the heart is not controlled, the life is all gone, practice makes perfect, such as the blade of the ox for 19 years and no damage, if the new hair is in the middle, it is said to be the key to health, for doing nothing, no thick into the room, can find the gap in the world, then there is no treatment, can find the gap between life and death, then there is no incomprehension.

Heaven and earth, yin and yang, the sun and the moon are exchanged in space, such as Yi Yuan turned in Zhou Tianye, looking for the gap of Yi, splitting yin and yang, the number of Zhou Tian, it is not yin and yang, there are gaps to take advantage of, the dead and the dead, also yin and yang, looking for its gaps, can be separated from life and death, it is so immortal, there is a reason.

The sky net is magnificent, there is no gap, there is no dismantling, yin and yang are exhausted, it is easy to count, Zhou Tian does not turn, there are a number of life and death, and there are countless living people, which is called the noble food mother, such as easy to be in Zhou Tian and not stop, such as the sun and moon in space and not dying, eating in Zhou Tian and long, and being mixed with too void and not dying.

It has life and death, its life is born, the extreme of life, the extreme of the void, the Taiji, the birth of the extreme, the birth of the first, so the cloud is not born, the infinite is formless, the Taiji is like an egg, the space is born, reborn in the matter, its nature is round, why is its mother like an egg.

Heaven and earth are chaotic, full of living beings, spiritual and vivid, dynamic and static, pure circle in nature, including birth in life, earth nature mixed circle, born in life, carrying the form, without losing affection, containing the person for the god, the carrier for the shape, the form and the god embrace, born for the life.

Like a fish in the abyss, do not distinguish between the west and the east, born in the ground, suspended in space, in the sea of life and death, how to know always, although not seeing God, but for daily use, return to the heart of the form, the roots and dust are self-evident, the inner darkness is broken, the birth is born, the mother of the Zhou Tian, movement and creation go together.

The fish is in the abyss, knowing that the water is water, people are in the abyss of heaven and earth, knowing that the heaven and the earth are the heaven and the earth, and the heaven and the earth are also in the abyss of the void, the void is not in the abyss, the void is like an egg, the infinite is born, the void is in the void, and the people who are unmeasured and infinite, why is it that the abyss of the abyss does not know its extreme.

Clearly, in its form, and the shape of the birth, slender, in the know, and know the heaven and the earth, trance, in a corner and measure the sect of all things, the dark, in the heaven and earth and reach the root of Taiji, the abyss is quiet and ten thousand are born, the silence of creatures, and the abyss dwells together.

In the Yi, there is no life and death, in the abyss, who gives up the movement, the void, does not abandon yin and yang, where there is a gap, there is no indismantling, yin and yang can be dismantled, life and death can be separated, as for the heart, who is self-demolition, Ku Ding is good at understanding, flesh and blood are separated, and the blade is not damaged, who understands the heart, if the solution is good.

Rivers, forests, mountains, and rivers, all have a knack, the wind breath to blow, the movement of yin and yang, make good use of its time, you can be evergreen, the sky has a star position, the four times have a degree, make good use of its number, you can be a prophet, the sun and the moon have light, day and night have changes, make good use of its brightness, you can maintain health, the heaven and the earth blow, the four seasons have a quantity, make good use of its qi, you can restore your life.

The human body has a knot, no different from the earth, the number of knots is the same, and the stars are the same, there is yin and yang, and the light of day and night, the four times are moving, no different from the sky, the form and the god embrace, such as the heaven and the earth, man and the heaven and the earth, so there is a difference, only in the heart, as the thought of thought, and the death of the element, the root of it, the mind disturbs the heart, the heart disturbs the god, the god does not hold the form, the form is bad, the sincerity or someone, the mind is not disturbed, the heart does not disturb the god, the form and the god holds, self-satisfaction for a long time, there is no doubt.

Self-cultivation and life cultivation are not for long-term purposes, for the elimination of diseases, for meditation, not for the sake of seeking knowledge, for the elimination of foolishness, for the sake of abandoning the world and cultivating the Tao, not for the sake of immortality, for the sake of cultivating the mind and eliminating greed, rather than sacrificing one's life without harming sentient beings, not for the sake of cultivating blessings, for the elimination of hatred, and the elimination of resentment.

Gou or no disease and no ignorance, no greed or hatred, no resentment, or life or death, are happy, if you talk about leisure, who is concerned, if you get this, what to ask for.

On the sixteenth day of the first month of the first month of the year of Jihai, the law of life and death was dismantled, and it was briefly described to comfort the heart, and I hope that all cultivators will be correctly understood, and there will be no side explanation, and all will be correctly entered, without all worries, and the Tao will be quickly followed, and there will be no other way to go.
