There is a high-quality method, sincerity and meditation, thinking about the mind, a little to breathe and contemplate and listen to the retrospective, if it seems to be wonderful, but also get a trick, and the previous line of kung fu and mental virtue is slightly inferior, so the middle grade, this method to get the trick, can also be pure, first refine the essence and spirit into the trick, to the trick for the middle, the inside of the body, the outside of the heaven and the earth, the first to get this trick, shallow only, to nurture this trick, fit in the body and mind, straight to the heaven and earth and raise the Tao fetus, all by inaction, the soul self-realization, the wonder is boundless, this in the quality of the law, get the trick, difficult and this micro, the knack in the body and mind is also different due to practice, a little need to identify the timing and practice, hence the name of the product。
There is a lower quality method, sincerity and meditation, intention to contemplate, pranayama and contemplation, listen to the retrospective and visualize the images, he refines the essence and turns the image of things, the inner vipassana can be seen, the inner state of the heart, and the smug is also proud, in the vipassana such as the second world, also open the spiritual eye, to see the essence of the world and the manifestation of the image or circulation, the inner vipassana has the world, the appearance also has the information realm scene, the inner cultivation of the essence and the body of the immortal fetus, the immortal fetus is not the top grade fetus, nor is it like the middle grade fetus, such as the woman raising the fetus has a baby, they also have the baby of the fairy fetus, there are psychic eyes, observe the heaven and the earth, there are many scenes, this method is dangerous, the practice is complicated, there are many taboos, and it is a little farther away from the true road, so the name is the next product。
If it is said that the three products of the Jindan law are a little thing, the middle and upper two products, you can learn from virtue and wisdom, with virtue and wisdom, so there is no danger and worry, and the law of being superb, although you can also enter the middle grade, it is very difficult, no teacher can not be cultivated, since ancient times, all are secretly taught, mostly single-handed.

Bodhisattva practice, there is a difference between the practice of cause and the place of fruit, because of the place of practice, has developed a great bodhicitta mind, has not proven the bodhisattva fruit, such as the bodhisattva although he lives in life and death, the mind or wanders, and the ambition is not bad, after all, as for the bodhisattva fruit land, the fruit land practitioner, has proved the subtle realm of the great bodhi, the heart lives forever, the wonderful pure realm, the above wisdom, gathers and appears, or shows life and death in the world, or to be close to the Buddhas and saints and plant good roots, this fruit land practice, the mystery is difficult to impoverish, the world's rhetoric, can not be exhausted.
When there is Buddhism, see and hear the Dharma and realize Bodhi, the mind takes self-realization, which is called Yuanjue, and when there is no Dharma, self-cultivation and self-enlightenment, and the heart dwells in the place of enlightenment, which is called Dujue.
In the practice of the Shravaka Dao, in the Dharma, listening and meditating on the practice, renunciating the five desires, eliminating the three poisons, practicing meditation, wisdom is complete, all the hearts are exhausted, and the desires are liberated, and at the end of the leakage, there are two kinds of differences, one is the great arhat who returns to the heart, who has made a Bodhi vow in the past, cultivates the bodhisattva line, and in the fourth meditation, the above multiplication, and the sound and hearing fruit, one is a dull arhat who does not return to the heart, and in the fourth meditation, the wisdom is not round, and the four empty realms are exhausted and destroyed, although they are liberated, they are not wonderful.
Briefly talking about the four kinds of meditation and the four kinds of emptiness, these eight kinds of concentration, in the three vehicles of the Bodhi monks, all can be, all can be obtained, because the eight concentrations are the common law, the outer path side door, all can be, you should know, meditation has no good or evil, the practitioner's mind has it, and that's it.
Before the four meditations, there are still three kinds of fixed realms, and the practitioner should clearly verify them, the so-called coarse determination, fine determination, and desire to define, the quiet one is not chaotic, the fixed one does not move, and the coarse determination is the coarse mind and dwelling, this is the beginner's mind and body and mind are at ease, and the first mind is dwelling, as for the skill, you can subtlely think about it safely, and the practice is skillful, and all desires and minds can be immovable, so it is called the definition of the desire heart, at this time the body and mind can be settled and unmoved, and the mind can be separated from the desire to be in the state of mind, and the leaking mind is not moving in this place, and the nature of the good and pure is constantly turned, so it is called the first meditation.
In the initial meditation, all the leaks do not move, the pure mind is still swimming, the state of mind is perceived, although the mind can not be chaotic, it is still shallow, the initial meditation is coarse, good practice, after the right stay, repeated good practice, should be complete, after the initial meditation is complete, the joy of the perception of joy, and the nature of one mind, gradually clear and pure, so that the so-called observer, such as the immortal scholar to return to the light of the light, this Ming has a second, gradually clear, not the worldly Ming, the first Zen is complete and free to wander the mind, the mind is detached, and live in the two meditations.
In the two meditations, the gross leakage has been subdued, the joy of the heart is gradually flattened, the contemplation of the mind is also slight, the experience of the first dwelling, the right dwelling, the perfection, the freedom of the four stages, so the joy of separation, the absence of consciousness, the unity of body and mind, the joy of solitude, the three meditations, there are also the first dwelling, the main dwelling, the perfection, the freedom of the four stages, in the three meditation perfection, there are two paths, one is the wisdom of the light, the good fruit, into the free travel, the fourth Zen, the two wisdom and light although clear, but not round, self-dwelling without thinking realm, although seeking purity, not pure.
The four kinds of meditation, the wisdom of the mind, the wisdom of the three meditations, the wisdom of the mind, the wisdom of the mind, the wisdom of the four meditations, the third meditation, the wisdom of the mind, the wisdom of the four meditations, the four kinds of emptiness of the definition, this in the determination of more wisdom and less, the four emptiness and the liberation of the wisdom circle, it is difficult to taste the supreme Bodhi wonder, so although its wisdom seems to be endless but really shallow。
If one is able to practice the four meditations in a nutshell, play freely in the four meditations, regain the ability to cultivate a pure and good mind, and attain pure desires in all the wisdom of the Great Bodhi, then the good can be practiced in the bodhisattva's wonderful actions, and he can also be good at seeing the four empty realms.
Practitioners often distinguish the realm by the various meditation branches mentioned in the scriptures, but when they practice, although the realms of meditation are very different, it is often difficult for practitioners to complete the meditation and enter the later concentration, so the meditation stages are not rounded, and the wisdom cannot be evenly developed, so they cannot use the four meditations to know the results of their cultivation.
Those who self-study and self-study meditation often listen to the hearsay, thinking that to obtain the four kinds of meditation is to obtain the four kinds of sound and hearing Tao fruits, which is absurd to the extreme, and to practice the four meditations and the four meditations is to cultivate immeasurable merit, and as for wisdom, it is not possible to give it, so the four Zen names are fixed, the four empty names are fixed, the fixed wisdom is equal to the Zen, the fixed wisdom is said to be fixed, and the four Zens must be completed in each of them in order to obtain their full wisdom.

The first Zen wisdom is not round, and the second Zen is not round,
Even if you have eight kinds of determinations, your wisdom will not be extinguished,
They think they have fruit, but the fruit is empty,
If there is a fruit, the Buddha said,
But there is nothing to say, the Tao fruit is all fake.
There are many people who are greedy for the fruits of the Tao and practice meditation, if the heart is greedy, it is far away from the fruit, and there is no fruit in the heart, it is the true fruit of the path, and the mind is the fruit of the Tao, and the intention is not left.
For example, if you can always and everywhere, in the body and mind, all the leaks do not move, that is, the first fruit Sutuohuan, which is called the holy popular person, there are two ways to do this, one is to subdue the greed and hatred of the heart, want to leave the world, and practice the first fruit with the birth mind, this sound is the practice, the two kinds of self-subduing and three poisons, seeing good and evil without sending out the world's mind, living in the world of five desires with a pure heart, not tired of love, although this has the first fruit heart, not the first fruit line, the rest of the three fruits, the same.
Said that the Bodhi Dao meditation has been, and then said that the Jindan Dharma in the quiet things, the Jindan Dharma, there are also all the meditation realms, similar to meditation, not meditation, the immortal Dao Law and the Bodhi Dao Method, the fundamental is not one, can not be confused, can be used for reference, can not be copied, for example, when Danshi is just learning to be quiet, he must be pranayama and concentrating, focusing on the mind, regardless of the three products, all must listen to the retrospective, among the three products, if there is no vipassana and internal light, if there is no inner knowledge, they are not into the door of the three products, there are two kinds of inner knowledge, one is clear, the two are shrewd, the heart is clear but invisible, shrewd and gorgeous。
Concentrate on the heart, natural and empty, start with the top grade, go straight into the void spirit, the two are the same as the spirit, wonderful, the middle grade starts, more to be shrewd first, and then the heart is clear, and then the two are one, and then the Tao is turned into a trick, refining the qi and the gods, refining the gods in the void, the tricks are mysterious, and there is no trick.

The avenue is incredible, one is also separated from one, there is a world of speech, and there is no drama in heaven and earth,
All wisdom is achieved in the wisdom of the earth, and the wisdom of the heart is transformed, and the root of the heart should be found,
Hinayana is one, the middle is one, Mahayana is inconceivable, and it is separated from one.
In the Jindan method, the key to the Tao is very crucial, but in the three products, there are differences, the Tao has thick and shallow depths, different realms, different cognitions, people who cultivate the truth, should be cautious, do not be hindered by knowledge, want to cultivate in the truth, when seeking knowledge, when looking for people, the most important thing, when you must find the virtue of your own heart, there is no virtue in your heart, or there is no blessing, cultivation will not succeed, or you will suffer disasters, life events, be cautious.
