After repeated adjustments, and finally there was no error in the positions at both ends of the track, Xu Yi moved the sports car back to the track.

After rechecking the position of the lower track and confirming that there was no displacement of the track, Xu Yi pushed the sports car to slide along the track in the direction of the band saw. When the sports car was about to approach the band saw, Xu Yi bowed down and pushed the sports car forward. The machining accuracy of the lower edge of several rams is not high. Therefore, there was a certain height error, but there was no collision along the way. Xu Yi walked to the side of the band saw machine again, repeatedly pushed the sports car to stop a few rams on the saw table, and measured the distance between the operating table and the ram with a ruler.

In the end, Xu Yi found that there was still a gap of about half a centimeter between the workbench and the lower edge of the lowest ram, and there would be no collision at all. Such a height difference should be said to be completely suitable, basically will not waste the processing space of the saw band saw, and when working, it will not hit the saw table due to the vibration of the sports car.

Xu Yi parked the sports car next to the bandsaw, ready for the final inspection, he shook the handle to control a few stuck wooden stakes to move in the direction of the bandsaw machine, and observed the situation of the stuck hook on it.

Sure enough, if it is installed according to the current standard, if the stake process reaches its maximum, the front end of several hooks will almost exceed the plane of the band saw blade by more than an inch. As long as the band saw is installed accurately, in order to improve the utilization rate of wood, it is necessary to reduce the amount of board skin, and a few saws on one side will turn over the wood on the sports car, and then saw the other side.

In order to save time, you can process all four sides of the wood according to the corresponding correspondingly, wait until all the wood is processed, leave the middle piece of heartwood, wait until all are processed, and then readjust the length of the hook, and then process these heartwoods in a unified manner. In this way, you can completely readjust the length of the hook to avoid such accidents.

Not only does this reduce the number of skins, but it also makes as much use of the material as possible, and it is definitely easier to turn the wood in the direction each time than to adjust the hook length every time.
