Chapter 814: Continue Visiting

Throughout the morning, Jiang Hui, under the leadership of Pi Wei, Kato, and others, visited the stamping and welding workshop of Guanghui Automobile, and ate in the temporary canteen of Guanghui Automobile at noon.

Although the Guanghui Automobile Base has not yet been fully built, many people work here every day, and the problem of eating must be considered, and the temporary canteen came into being.

"When our canteen is outsourced to other companies, we must choose a big-name company, and we can't save money in our mouths", for the food in the temporary canteen, it is not how delicious it is, nor how unpalatable it is.

However, for the glorious car with tens of thousands of people in the future, the construction of the canteen is actually not a small problem.

In the cycle of eating, going to work, and sleeping every day, eating is a frequent occurrence, and if you don't eat well, it will affect your work efficiency.

It's like some consulting firms that require business class instead of economy class for flights longer than four hours, because they think it will affect productivity.

Compared with the labor cost of the entire company, Jiang Hui felt that the cost of eating a little bit could not be saved.

"I understand, we have now selected two suppliers, and they will run the No. 1 and No. 2 canteens, respectively, so that all kinds of dishes can be found in the canteen," says Pi Wei.

"It's good to use the two families together, everyone has a competition, and there is competition to make progress, otherwise even if the dishes are good at the beginning, the inertia will slowly come up, and the level will drop," Jiang Hui said.

The importance of competition is undoubted, look at the things encountered in daily life, where there is full competition, the price is relatively reasonable, and everything that is monopolistic in nature, the price is ......

The oil price of the Celestial Empire is the most obvious representative, and of course, the price of salt.

"Yes, that's what we think about, and our contract is for one year, and if the employee satisfaction is very poor, it will not be renewed for the second year."

After eating, everyone didn't have much rest, so they went to visit the factory.

Adjacent to the welding line is the paint shop.

Once the body-in-white is manufactured in the welding shop, it is transferred directly to the paint shop via a conveyor chain.

"Mr. Jiang, after our body-in-white arrives at the painting workshop, we will first carry out pre-treatment in this area, including washing, pre-degreasing, degreasing, surface adjustment, phosphating, and passivation, which are mainly used to remove the oil stain on the surface of the body, so that a flat phosphating layer is formed on the surface of the body, so as to better carry out electrophoresis and increase the adhesion of the electrophoretic paint," Pi Wei pointed to an area under construction inside the paint shop.

The paint shop, as the name suggests, is a workshop for painting cars.

The colors of the colorful cars we usually see on the road are all painted in the paint shop.

As we all know, the use of cars is very complex, whether it is windy, rainy or scorching sun exposure, whether it is tropical heat or cold in the north, whether it is an area with abundant salt by the sea, or an area under the pressure of the plateau, the car is used.

Since the use of the situation is so complex, in addition to the high performance requirements and stability requirements of the car, the paint quality of the car can not be ignored.

You must know that the vast majority of the body is made of iron, and iron will be corroded when exposed to the air, and if the key is seriously corroded, it will be dangerous......

That's the possibility of killing!

Naturally, the process requirements of automobile coating are very high, and it can be said that among the general industrial supplies, the coating requirements of automobiles are the highest comprehensive performance requirements.

It is necessary to consider not only corrosion resistance, but also stone chipping resistance, high and low temperature resistance......

In this way, the importance and technical content of the paint shop are self-evident.

"After the pre-treatment is completed, it is electrophoresis and washing, electrophoretic paint is the first layer of paint film on the steel plate of the car body, and its main role is to prevent corrosion, drying, grinding, and remove defects such as sheet metal and PVC left by electrophoretic sagging and the body," Pi Wei continued.

"Followed by the sealing line, the gap of the body is sealed, to prevent water leakage and sound insulation and other functions, and then the middle coat spraying, the main role of the middle paint is anti-stone chip, anti-ultraviolet, drying, grinding, removal of sagging, sealant and other defects caused by the middle coat."

"Then the topcoat is sprayed, which is divided into color paint and varnish, needless to say, the color of the body is determined, and the varnish mainly increases the gloss of the body, chemical resistance, weather resistance, corrosion resistance, and also has a certain hardness and flexibility," Pi Wei continued.

"Most of the paints and solvents used in the paint shop are toxic substances, right?" Jiang Hui asked.

"Yes, all kinds of paints and other paints form paint mist, organic solvent vapor and dust in the work, etc., and long-term exposure and inhalation of the operator can cause chronic poisoning and damage to health. Long-term work in the paint shop can produce varying degrees of chronic poisoning.

Mild benzene poisoning: headache, dizziness, general weakness, fatigue and drowsiness, palpitations and loss of appetite, and occasionally nosebleeds and bleeding gums.

Moderate benzene poisoning: white blood cells drop below 3000, red blood cells and thrombocytopenia, frequent bleeding from the nose and gums, bruising and purple spots may appear under the skin, women have prolonged menstruation, and resistance is reduced.

Severe benzene poisoning: white blood cells drop below 2,000, a large decrease in red blood cells and platelets, oral mucosa and subcutaneous hemorrhage, extensive retinal hemorrhage, liver enlargement, significant changes in bone tissue, polyneuritis, aplastic anemia, etc.", explains Kato.

"The regulations in our paint shop are that when carrying out rust removal, sanding, spraying and other work, we must wear protective glasses and filter masks to prevent grit, paint mist and other damage to the eyes and respiratory system.

When using pickling to remove rust or lye to remove rust, you should wear acid-resistant gloves and protective glasses.

When using double coatings, especially those containing isocyanates, they must be carried out in a sealed and well-ventilated paint booth, and the operator must wear an activated carbon filter breathing mask or an air supply mask," explains Pi Wei.

"The most important thing is that our coating line has the highest degree of automation of all production lines, and the paint used is also water-based, so that occupational diseases can be avoided at the source as much as possible," says Kato.

"Is there any difference between water-based paint and ordinary paint?" Jiang Hui looked at Kato with a questioning expression.

"If you want to talk about the difference, the most obvious is the price, water-based paint is more expensive, but it is more environmentally friendly," Kato said with a smile.

"Water-based paint is a dilution solvent with water as a dilution solvent, ultra-low VOC content, lower than the national mandatory standard of 200mg/L, and is a truly non-toxic and tasteless high-tech environmental protection product.

Ordinary oil-based paints use organic solvents as diluents, and their products contain benzene, toluene, xylene and their derivatives, plus polyester paints also use curing agents, so the toxicity of polyester paint is the highest, and the toxicity of nitro paint is second," interjected the project manager in charge of the construction of the paint shop next to Kato.
