Therefore, the central idea of the Fudo Heart Sutra of the Fudo Zen Master is to break the seven emotions and six desires, to do nothing and not to suffer, to have a pure mind, and to keep the precepts and practice the precepts, so that there will be no invasion of troubles, and the fatigue and worries of life and death, that is, the so-called non-harm.

And those who do not move their hearts are not annoyed when they encounter hardship, they are not angry when they are ridiculed, they are not sad when they are in trouble, they are not worried when they are poor, and they are not afraid of death, so that they will not be hurt. Because Buddhism believes that the body and mind of the Buddha practitioner come first, and the world comes second. Therefore, as long as the body and mind achieve cultivation, they will be able to transcend the shackles of the world and achieve transcendence.

The Immovable Heart Sutra clearly states that everything in the world is incarnated, and if the mind does not move, everything does not move, and if the mind does not change, everything does not change. Quiet and far-reaching, it is for all laws not to touch.

Compared with the detailed explanation of the previous sentences, Shao Gong loves the last ten thousand laws not to touch the body, and in his thoughts, the realm of ten thousand laws not to touch the body is a higher level than the immovable state of mind.

And Shao Gong cultivates ten thousand laws without touching his body, intending to create a world of mind that belongs to him alone.

There, everything is static, because only stillness is eternal.
