Chapter 204: Inspection
Alan's carriage was very bumpy, and soon, Ginny couldn't take care of Thestrals.
She grabbed the handrail of the carriage and tried her best to keep her balance so as not to crash into Alan's body and make a fool of herself in front of her.
Luna sat firmly across from Ginny and Allen, staring at Ellen with wide eyes, sometimes looking at Ellen and sometimes at Ginny.
The carriage drove to two imposing wrought-iron gates, flanked by stone pillars topped by winged boars.
Two horrible dementors in hoods, one standing guard at the door.
Suddenly, another uncomfortable feeling hit them.
Ginny quickly shrank into the uneven seat, leaned over to Allen, and closed her eyes until she passed through the middle of the door.
The carriage sped down the long uphill drive to the castle.
Alan poked his head out of the small car window and watched as the many corner towers and towers drew closer and closer to them.
Finally, the carriage staggered to a halt, and Alan jumped out of the carriage first, followed by Ginny and Luna.
There was a commotion ahead, and it sounded like Harry was arguing with Malfoy, and Ginny ran over quickly.
"She trusts you, but she admires Harry Potter even more!" Luna's singing, swaying voice rang in Ellen's ears.
Alan couldn't help laughing, Ginny didn't just worship Harry, but also liked and loved!
"Did you faint too, Weasley? that horrible old Dementor scared the hell out of you, Weasley?"
Alan didn't intervene, as he saw Professor Lupin get out of the carriage with a tattered suitcase.
With Professor Lupin here, Harry wouldn't have suffered anything.
"Let's go, let's go to the auditorium. Allen's tone was extremely gentle.
The two followed the crowd up the stone steps, through the majestic oak door, and into the large and deep foyer.
There were flaming torches, and a magnificent marble staircase led upstairs.
To the right, the door to the auditorium was open, and Alan could see at a glance the enchanted ceiling—it was a dark, dark sky tonight.
The little wizards of Ravenclaw couldn't believe their eyes when they saw Alan and the mad girl Luna come in.
One is a genius boy who is praised by everyone, and the other is a crazy girl who behaves strangely.
No matter how you look at it, neither will be a one-way person.
"Alan, come here!" Professor Flitwick's recognizable voice rang out.
Alan turned his head in surprise to find him standing on a high staircase, with Professor McGonagall behind him.
Alan hurriedly turned around and walked towards Professor Flitwick, and the little wizards of Ravenclaw who saw this scene gave way to let Alan pass more quickly.
"Alan, I'm proud of you when I hear you've cast a very good Patronus!" Professor Flitwick patted Allen's arm with satisfaction.
"I'm going to pick up the first-year students right now, and you follow Professor McGonagall. Professor Flitwick looked anxious and hurried away.
Professor McGonagall has a stern expression, her hair is tied up in a tight bun, and she wears a pair of square glasses over her sharp eyes.
Professor McGonagall ignored Allen, instead scanning the crowd, looking for something.
She suddenly shouted into the crowd, "Potter, Granger, I want to see you both!"
Hermione and Harry, visibly surprised, squeezed through the crowd and walked over.
The little wizards of Gryffindor had apparently not thought of making way for them.
Professor McGonagall's lips pursed into a straight line.
Seeing this, Harry and Hermione were very nervous, and they didn't know what they had done wrong.
"There's no need to be so nervous – I just want to talk to you in the office. Professor McGonagall said to them.
Professor McGonagall's office is small, but it has a warm fire.
As soon as they entered, Professor McGonagall motioned for the three of them to sit down, and she herself sat down behind her desk.
Then, very suddenly, she said, "Professor Lupin sent an owl ahead of time, saying that you are not feeling well on the train, Potter." ”
Harry felt himself blush. Whether he fainted on the train or something else was bad enough, and now he felt even more embarrassed to see everyone making such a fuss.
Before Harry could reply, he heard a soft knock on the door, and Madam Pomfrey, the school doctor, hurried in.
"And you, Ellen, I didn't expect you to be able to confront the Dementors head-on, or even drive them away!" Professor McGonagall looked at Alan in surprise.
Hearing this, Madam Pomfrey also set her eyes on Allen.
"Bobby, Professor Lupin told me that Alan cast the Patronus Charm three times in a short period of time, and confronted the Watching Dementors. You help him see if he's hurt. Professor McGonagall said.
Embarrassed that it was Alan's turn, he quickly shook his hand and said, "Thank you, Professor, but I know I'm fine." ”
"Three successful Patronus Charms!" Madam Pomfrey leaned over to look at him as if she hadn't heard him, "It's incredible for a young wizard of your age!"
"I'm your age, and I don't know what the Patronus Charm is!"
After careful examination, Madam Pomfrey turned to Professor McGonagall and said, "What's even more incredible is that he's fine. ”
"And Potter, he fainted. Professor McGonagall raised her jaw.
Harry felt a fever on his face, and Alan could cast a Patronus Charm to drive away the Dementors, while he fainted shamefully.
"It's not surprising that he won't be the first to faint. She muttered as she brushed Harry's hair back and touched his forehead, "yes, he's cold and wet." Dementors are terrible creatures, and the effect they have on those who are already vulnerable—"
"I'm not vulnerable!" Harry said annoyedly.
"You're certainly not vulnerable. Madam Pomfrey said absent-mindedly, feeling his pulse again.
"What does he need?" Professor McGonagall asked crisply, "Bed rest? Maybe he should spend the night in the hospital on campus?"
"Well, at least, he should have some chocolate. Miss Pomfrey said that she was looking into Harry's eyes again.
"I've eaten some," said Harry, "and Alan gave me some. He gave the chocolates to all of us. ”
"Really?" said Madam Pomfrey approvingly, "no wonder you can resist the Dementors, you know them well!"
"Do you really feel alright, Potter?" Professor McGonagall asked sternly.
"yes. Harry said.
"Good. You and Alan can go downstairs to the banquet first. I told Miss Granger about her class schedule. Professor McGonagall ordered an eviction.
