When the capillary moisture content of concrete exceeds the 91.70% threshold, the ice expansion stress will be about 2500kg/cm.

This ice expansion stress value usually causes different degrees of damage to the concrete, and after the concrete is damaged, its strength will be greatly reduced, and deformation and cracking will occur.

If the bottom of the lake is forcibly treated to prevent seepage in such an environment, the cracks in the concrete caused by the low temperature will still not be able to prevent water seepage next year.

Therefore, the reality is that if you want to treat the seepage water of Fuzhou Metro Line 1, you can only wait until the beginning of spring. In the meantime, it was clear that construction could not be started.

However, after learning the performance parameters of ZXLS-1911 and simply measuring the pumping capacity of these two anti-sky machines, a cadre of China Railway Group who had been an engineer as early as the 12th Bureau of China Railway was still called the "Second Division of the Railway Corps" slapped the table and worked out an emergency solution with a large group of engineers.

The engineers of China Railway considered the greenhouse effect formed by the emptying of the lake and the sunlight passing through the ice. At present, the temperature at the bottom of the lake is likely to be higher than four degrees, reaching about 6 degrees Celsius.

Although the lake has been drained, the ice on the lake is still there. If lime is poured into the bottom of the lake, heat is generated. The presence of ice will play a certain role in heat preservation.

But because the temperature in Fuzhou City is too low, the time for heat preservation will definitely not be too long. It has been estimated that at the current temperature in Fuzhou, the minimum temperature required to maintain the concrete setting at the bottom of the lake is one night.

If this opportunity is seized, it is possible to prevent seepage in the artificial lake in a short period of time.
