The standard requirements for bodyweight squats are the same as push-ups, and they also have their technical details;

Pull-ups comprehensively examine the strength of the muscles in the back and front of the upper arms.

After the first two movements, the muscles have accumulated a lot of lactic acid, and although the muscle groups they use are not used for pull-ups, the energy consumed cannot be replenished.

In addition, standard movements consume 2 to 4 times more energy than non-standard movements.

Ji Ke witnessed a large number of coaches who came to take the exam like him in the examination room, because their movements were not standard and their physical fitness was not up to standard, they were directly passed by the examiner, and they were directly eliminated without even having the opportunity to participate in the next exam link.

In the theoretical part of the intermediate examination, in addition to the six muscle groups (chest, shoulder, back, legs, abdomen, and upper arms), the rotator cuff, neck, forearm, calf, and body side are added to the small muscle groups that most people do not pay much attention to, as well as sports nutrition, exercise physiology, and rehabilitation training.

The practical part, as the last part, is not only random, but also the designed exercises must be trained in a freehand situation.

In the face of the muscle names randomly given by the examiner, the candidates should not only give the training plan within the specified time, but also patiently and meticulously enable the members to successfully complete the training actions listed in the plan through various methods such as action demonstration, correction, and language, assuming that the members do not understand anything.

It stands to reason that this is nothing, but it is important to know that not all parts are usually trained with bare hands!

Back, rotator cuff, big arms, many coaches usually use equipment for training, and it is difficult to suddenly ask him to design a freehand training program;

Forearm clusters, neck muscles, serratus anterior muscles on the side of the body, muscles around the pelvis, calf muscles, these muscles are almost never on the schedule during regular workouts, and needless to say, not many coaches will pay attention to the muscles that these members don't like to see, let alone work on them!
