I studied Chinese and Chinese undergraduate at HLJ Provincial Correspondence Broadcasting College and Education College, and I studied diligently and achieved excellent results, and obtained the certificate of outstanding student and outstanding graduate. In the teaching work, students can systematically learn the basic theories and methods of education and psychology, master their essence, and flexibly apply them to education and teaching practice. The language subjects taught have a systematic and solid foundation of theory, professional knowledge and basic knowledge of pedagogy, and combine the two in practice. Self-compiled teaching content "Noun Discrimination Method" and so on. Prepare lessons carefully, impart knowledge accurately, fully mobilize students' subjective initiative, and the classroom effect is good. Jia Changshun, director of the Municipal Education Commission, Dai Yanming and Zhao Huanqin, Chinese teachers and researchers of the Municipal Advanced Education School, and Zhang Shubao, director of the Secondary Education Department of the Municipal Advanced Education School, fully affirmed that the Chinese teaching done in the city's high school quality education quality course evaluation activities was rated as a high-quality course. I also gave lectures on the knowledge of this discipline and held many competitions and other tasks. Guo Yue, Wang Lei and others' Chinese scores have increased from failing to more than 100 points, and 25 outstanding students such as Shi Yunxia and Sun Wei have been admitted to Peking University, Southwest Jiaotong University and other colleges and universities with high scores. Over the years, teaching and educating people have sent away batches of talents, and many students have made outstanding contributions in all walks of life.

He has organized and guided extracurricular activities for many years, achieved outstanding results, and established four groups, including the Literature Club and the News Group, and the activities were unprecedented. In extracurricular activities, students are also well-rounded, of course, focusing on the teaching of literary and artistic theories and literary and artistic creation, cultivating a large number of literary and artistic backbones, enlivening the campus atmosphere, creating a new era of literature and art in the school with a history of more than 40 years, organizing and carrying out various literary and artistic competitions, publishing books and tabloids, integrating artistic creation, news collection, and data collection, and melting poetry, calligraphy, and painting into one furnace. I am the Head of the Language Teaching and Research Group. This group is an organization that combines the old, middle-aged and young people, and it is well known that it is very difficult, but I myself have been able to proceed from the overall situation, adhere to principles, unite comrades, and actively participate in and carry out various activities, and have achieved remarkable results. I often organize teaching and research activities, explore new ways of teaching, constantly sum up experience, and strive to improve the teaching quality of Chinese subjects, and play the role of the leader of the discipline. Over the years, the group has been rated as an exemplary group, and I myself have been named an exemplary group leader.

I have a systematic foundation in educational theory, and I have many years of teaching practice, and my literary works and teaching papers have won awards at all levels of the state, and some have been published in national and provincial journals. I am an invited researcher of Central China Normal Education Information Center and a member of HLJ Provincial Education Society.

I myself have been teaching at the school for many years, and I have grown from a young teacher to a veteran teacher with some experience and experience. Over the years, we have carefully cultivated new forces, been able to be full of love for new comrades, done patient ideological work for them, and educated them to love their jobs, study their business, and be proactive. In terms of business, I can teach them by word and deed, so that they can master the knowledge and skills of education and teaching as soon as possible and complete the teaching task satisfactorily. Under my guidance, many young teachers have grown rapidly and performed outstandingly, such as Liu Jingfu and Zhang Yajuan, who have won awards in various competitions and become outstanding teachers, teaching experts and teaching backbones.

In short, for decades, I have a strong business foundation, strong work ability, outstanding achievements, and I am a regional backbone teacher, an advanced educator and an excellent teacher at the district, city, town, and school levels, a model teaching and research team leader, a 38 red flag bearer, a model party member, and a model class teacher.

My own achievements are inseparable from the party's cultivation and the help of the leadership, and there are many deficiencies in my own body, in the future, I will continue to work hard to make due contributions to the cultivation of talents for the construction of the four modernizations.
