Chapter 364: Hero
"Ryan, are you alright?" Seeing Ryan walking down the stairs with a tired face, Hermione directly greeted her, grabbed Ryan's hand, and asked a little nervously.
"It's fine. Ryan gently patted Hermione's hand and comforted. "It's just a bit too much mana to consume at one time, just take a break, you don't have to worry. β
For Ryan, that last full output just now did make him a little discouraged. But it can also be seen that his own progress is at least much better than when he got the diary and had to ask for help. Now his level is already able to block Voldemort's full force head-on according to his last judgment, although his level is still not up to the level of Folido or Voldemort, but it is no problem to fight head-on and withdraw smoothly.
Looking at Sirius, Lupin and Kreacher with anxious faces. Ryan turned his face to them and said, "Dumbledore has already taken care of the locket, and he told you to tell you that you can now go upstairs." β
After learning that the locket had been settled, everyone hurried upstairs. The first one was Kreacher, who snapped his fingers and hurried upstairs with his apparition apparitions, while the others could only climb up the stairs.
When Ryan and Hermione climbed the stairs, they found Kreacher sitting on the living room floor with the destroyed locket in his arms, crying bitterly. Beside him, Sirius sat on a couch and sobbed, while Lupin patted him on the back and comforted him.
"Regulus was very brave. Dumbledore said in a very solemn tone. "It's a pity that he didn't join the Order of the Phoenix, otherwise he wouldn't have to fight alone, and he wouldn't have sacrificed himself to deal with such things. β
After saying that, Dumbledore turned to Kreacher: "You must know that Regulus was killed by Voldemort. β
Kreacher listened to the name and fought a cold war.
"What I want to tell you is that everything we do here is to kill Voldemort with all our might to end this war. So I'd like you to be a little bit more cooperative with our work. Dumbledore said very seriously.
"In this way, so that you can avenge my master, Regulus, by killing the great devil whose name you can't even name?" said Kreacher, sobbing.
"Unfortunately, because of his evil and strength, we can't make this guarantee. Dumbledore bent down and looked at Kleche and said that there was no need to deceive a house-elf in his identity. "But as long as we're alive, we'll keep fighting him. Until we or he dies completely. β
"Yes, so do I. Hearing this, Sirius also raised his head. "I swear I'll fight Voldemort with all my energy before he subdues. Avenge that stupid brother of mine. β
Kreche got it. Kleeche stood up and bowed deeply, even touching his head on the carpet. Although Krecher still considered Sirius a loser, he was now willing to recognize him as his master and serve him. β
"I want to bring him back. Sirius said suddenly, "I can't leave my brother alone at the bottom of a cold lake. With that, Sirius stood up and walked towards the door. "I'm going to take him home. β
"Sirius. Ryan stopped him. "Kreacher said that the cave is full of corpses, and I have a way to contain them without destroying them, so you can find your brother's corpse. I need some materials to make something in advance though, can you wait for me for an afternoon. Tomorrow we will set off together. β
"Really?" Sirius lunged at and grabbed Ryan by the shoulder. "Is everything you say true? Tell me what you want, and I'll buy it now." β
"What he said should be true. Professor Dumbledore's voice rose beside him. "Ryan's alchemy skills are not low, and he is not a person who likes to talk big. If he says he's sure, I'm sure he should have a way. β
After watching Ryan write out a shopping list of more than a dozen materials, Sirius immediately hurried downstairs. Ryan, on the other hand, began to ask Kreacher about the exact layout of the cave.
"Do you need a wizard's blood when you enter the door?" Dumbledore nodded, his tone full of contempt and even disappointment. "It's a good fit for Voldemort, who likes this kind of design that allows opponents to weaken themselves before they can enter. It has always been so. β
"Shall we go to Diagon Alley and buy some blood?" Ryan suggested, "There are a lot of down-and-out wizards out there, and if we're willing to pay Galleons, there must be people willing to sell blood." β
"I'll go. Lupin volunteered. "I'm familiar with dealing with wizards. After quickly taking the money bag handed over by Ryan, Lupin hurried downstairs and left.
Half an hour later, both men returned. Sirius carried two large pockets, while Lupin pulled out two 400cc or so bottles full of blood from his arms.
When they got home, Professor Dumbledore left. In this situation, as the Headmaster of Hogwarts and the supreme leader of the Order of the Phoenix, he is very busy. He only rushed here because of an important incident just now, and now that the matter is dealt with, he naturally needs to leave quickly to do his business.
For five or six hours until the Weasleys' arrival in the afternoon, Ryan had been drawing one corpse talisman after another on the kitchen table. Since he didn't know how many Yin corpses Voldemort had hidden in that lake, he could only draw as many as he could.
At dinner, the Weasleys rushed over. Under the manipulation of Kleeche and Mrs. Weasley, the dinner was very generous. In particular, the French onion soup and charcoal-grilled lamb chops are some of the best flavors Ryan has ever tasted.
"I'm ready, when are I leaving?" Ryan asked Sirius as he ate.
"We'll set off after eating, I can't believe my brother has been in that place for more than ten yearsβ" Sirius was visibly a little restless since learning of Regulus's whereabouts.
"Sirius's brother, what the hell is going on?" asked Mrs. Weasley, looking at Sirius with some grief as Lupin began to slowly tell the story of the warrior's life.
"He's such a hero. After listening to the short introduction, the atmosphere at the table suddenly became dull. As people who lived through that dark era, the Weasleys naturally knew how much courage and perseverance it took to stand up to the Dark Lord alone in that situation.
"By the way, I'll go and help too. Mr. Weasley said. "It's still a bit dangerous for you two to bring another underage wizard to that kind of place, I've fought in those dark days, and I think it should be able to help you somewhat. β
The twins were clamoring to follow at this time, but they were easily suppressed by Mrs. Weasley. After calming the family children, Mrs. Weasley looked at Mr. Weasley with some concern, but did not say anything to stop him.
The clock went to eight o'clock in the evening. After hugging Hermione goodbye, Ryan left the kitchen with Sirius, Lupin, and Mr. Weasley, plus Kreacher, and walked towards the exit of the house.
