Chapter 246: The Short Body (Part II)

The five aggregates refer to the five aggregates, which are not distinguished, and are called the five aggregates. This word and the outside world are combined, and the collective name is color. A color word includes five words, and it includes everything that has all kinds of phases on the outside, and all aspects of thought that have no phases on the inside. The outer world is color, but so are my eyes, ears, nose, tongue, body, and mind. When the outer color and the inner color come into contact, there is a subject; When you have received it, you have to imagine him, this is thinking; When I thought of it, I thought about it, and I thought about it, this is the line; To turn out that knowledge is knowledge; Therefore, the four of the four are still colored, and they always play the role of illusion and achieve all kinds of illusions. These five aggregates are the capital for sentient beings to create sins and sufferings and establish the six realms of birth and death, but they are also the tools for opening up Prajna, removing habits, overcoming suffering, and life and death, that is, the tools for Buddhas and Bodhisattvas to become enlightened and save sentient beings. The same should be used with the five aggregates, but the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas can see the emptiness and make good use of it, and they will not be turned around, but sentient beings will be bound; It is unconscious, the difference between the clear and the empty and the empty, and not to designate it as a bad thing, but to give birth to prejudice.

[all] all-encompassing, that is, the meaning of everything. Not only is the person empty, but the Dharma is also empty, and even the illumination is also empty, because illumination is also the five aggregates, so it is called all.

People in the world often do not understand the principle of emptiness, and generally say: emptiness is nothing. I don't know that "emptiness" has the distinction between space, emptiness, emptiness, and emptiness. Now it is divided into two kinds: one is empty, which is phased, such as an empty house, full of people, and the void phase is broken, so "being" and "emptiness" are relative, which is what the world says that there is no is emptiness. There are eighteen other empty meanings in the scriptures, and there is no need to say them all.

As for the "emptiness" mentioned in the Buddhist scriptures, it is emptiness, emptiness, emptiness, emptiness, harmony with all things, not relative, not non-existent, existence and emptiness. To understand the meaning of emptiness, we must first understand a few points: everything in the universe, mountains, rivers, earth, sun, moon and stars, down to all objects, plants, animals, and my body, all have phases; and my thoughts, principles, personnel, human feelings, joys, sorrows, and sorrows, all of which are incompatible; All things included, the general name is color, and they are always empty on the earth. Because of all the above colors, none of them can be found to be independent. The first is that there is a phase: compare cloth with cloth, cloth has no independent self-nature, and what becomes cloth must be made of yarn; Yarn cannot be its own yarn, it must be cotton; Cotton cannot be owned by itself, it must be made of seeds; Seeds cannot be planted by themselves, they must rely on artificial fertilizer, time and earth, and so on. There is no need to analyze the emptiness, before the cloth is made into a yarn, and when there is a cloth and a yarn, his own is formed by the harmony of all fate; Because it is born of karma, there is no substance, and it is impossible to obtain its ultimate appearance, and the same is true of the body. Therefore, everything has no self-nature, no substance, is born of causes, is unattainable, so it is emptiness. The second is that there is no aspect: what is the mind? There is no mind at all, but it is the mind that is only gathered. For example, on a cool mat in summer, people sleep very sweetly, and then there is no me, no heart; Suddenly, the mosquito took a bite and felt it, and this feeling was the heart of the mosquito and me. In addition, everything is the same, so the mind is also non-self-natured, cause-and-effect, non-substantial, unattainable, so it is void. Therefore, both matter and mind are empty. But there is emptiness, it is illusory, this is emptiness, and it is inseparable from everything; It's not that there's an emptiness outside of the mind, it's not that this one is empty, and that one isn't empty. So when it comes to color, that is, it cannot be separated from emptiness; When it comes to emptiness, we cannot leave all colors. However, in order to recognize that it is an illusory existence, we must truly know that this emptiness is the original emptiness of the earth, the emptiness of nature, and that it can be seen and heard by non-eyes and ears, and that its meaning is really empty.

If I have decided to know that everything is empty and illusory, then why should I insist that it is true? But how can all the things in the world be abolished, I still deal with them. It's not that you're numb and unintentional, it's just that you don't live, and you're at ease everywhere, which is the emptiness of your heart. The Buddha said that emptiness is the truth, and it is not a pity that the world blindly criticizes it! If the people of the world can understand the emptiness, they will naturally not grasp it, and the greed, hatred, and obsession will not go deep, and there will be no extreme contention in the world. Isn't Buddhism the greatest benefit of society, and what superstition is there to talk about? Practitioners often have a mantra saying, "Don't be empty!" This is because he is afraid that he will cling to emptiness, precisely because he has never understood emptiness at all, and he always makes reason about emptiness and emptiness, which is particularly disturbing. Therefore, the clear sky will break the color, and the broken color will be empty, which is the first way to break the suffering!

The meaning of detachment is to ascend to the other shore, and the Dharma is purified.

As for the "emptiness" mentioned in the Buddhist scriptures, it is emptiness, emptiness, emptiness, emptiness, harmony with all things, not relative, not non-existent, existence and emptiness.
