007 Defence Against the Dark Arts course
On the first day of school, it was customary to get this year's class schedule with Professor McGonagall, but the sixth graders were special because Professor McGonagall had to check their scores on the general witchcraft test to see if they were eligible for the class.
"I looked at your results, and I knew you weren't doing your best." Professor McGonagall looked at the twins' report cards and raised an eyebrow,
"Don't say that, Professor." Fred winked at her, "It's just a division of labor—"
"Okay, but I don't think your grades will allow you to continue in Potions, Mr. Weasley." Professor McGonagall handed the timetable to George, "Professor Snape does not accept students below 'outstanding.'"
"It's okay," George said lightly, "so I took an extra course of ancient magic."
"That way, George can use the Potions Void to do market research." Fred said, "I'm using the empty hall of the ancient script."
"Okay, but I'm glad you've all come back to work on my Transfiguration." Professor McGonagall took Fred's timetable, glanced at it quickly, and returned it to Fred with satisfaction.
"As for you, Mr. Rovande—" Professor McGonagall smiled, she didn't take Lawrence's timetable, "I don't think I need to check your new timetable, you guys go to the first class."
The morning class was Potions, so George planned to go to each bulletin board in the school to put up flyers recruiting product testers, and Professor McGonagall took a blind eye to this, just warning them not to go overboard and not to let Madam Pomfrey come to her to protest.
Snape walked around the classroom as usual with a cold air, only ten of the sixth graders in the school continued to study Potions, after all, the standard of "outstanding" was very high, and most of them were Ravenclaw students, and Gryffindor was only Lawrence and Fred,
"Can I really learn how to make love potions here?" Fred expressed skepticism,
"So you expect to learn that thing here?" Lawrence raised an eyebrow, "Can you imagine Snape with a beaming look on his face and telling us, 'Potions can't produce love?' 」
His words were quiet, but they caused a burst of laughter from those around him, and Snape turned his head and stared at Lawrence,
"Spring-hearted look is a good adjective, Rovande, put away your indecent thoughts," Snape said softly, but with his expression, no one thought he was really gentle, "Gryffindor deducts twenty points, I think this will help you sober up."
"That's how you describe Snape?" At lunchtime, George laughed and asked,
"I'm just telling the truth." Lawrence shrugged,
"I suspect he's never been in a relationship at all." Fred's ill-intentioned conjecture,
"Leave that alone, let's go and send out a suggestion sheet while there's still a little time after lunch." George said that he took out a stack of sheets from his bag,
"Yes, but let's not be late, it's Defence Against the Dark Arts in the afternoon," Fred looked at the schedule, "I can't wait."
When everyone was seated, Moody stepped into the classroom with the sound of "knock knock" footsteps, he swept around the classroom with his magic eye, as if to confirm that everyone was there, and then took out an empty bottle with a spider in it,
"Ron won't like it." Fred whispered,
"I've read the teaching report," Moody said, "you're too far behind in the fight against the dark arts, and I understand that it's not the main test for the O.W.L., but—"
"Dunbury strongly asked me to let you know about these things, so in this year's time, I will teach you to fight against the wizards who use evil powers outside," Moody showed an expression that looked like a smile, which didn't make him look kinder, but rather a little hideous, "Then let's get started, you—"
The Ravenclaw student hesitated and walked over, and Moody took out the spider,
"Do you know the spell of the Imperius Curse?" Moody asked, the Ravenclaw student nodded, and Moody ordered, "Cast on it, make it somersault."
"Out of body—" The spider flipped a somersault that wasn't so neat,
"It's too weak, you're hesitating, you have to be more focused on it, do you understand?" Moody said disgruntled, and he ordered, "Again."
"Out of the body—" The spider flipped a neat somersault,
"Everybody's seen it, right?" Moody smiled, "The Imperius Curse is such a simple spell, and when this spell became popular, I don't need to say how much trouble it caused the Ministry of Magic, and then ...... You—"
Another Hufflepuff student who had been called stood up and walked over to Moody's side.
"I think it's a little smaller," Moody said, waving his wand to make the spider several times larger, "and casting the Mind Dashing Charm on it is all students of the Witchcraft Class, and it shouldn't bother you."
"Professor—" The Hufflepuff student gave a look of disapproval,
"You heard me say, do it to him—" Moody repeated,
"Drill the heart and cut the bones." The spider was just pressed to the table by the spell, and then stood up again,
"You don't really want to make it painful," Moody said, "Hurry up, we're running out of time, and there's another spell to come."
"Dig into the heart and cut the bones—"
"No, you still don't have the sincerity." Moody shook his head,
"Professor—" The Hufflepuff student looked pleading, "Please, I can't—"
"And you—" Moody waved his hand back and ordered another Slytherin student,
"Drill the heart and cut the bones." The spider rolled wildly, twitched violently, its eight feet twisted wildly, the class fell silent, Moody waved his hand again, and the Slytherin student stopped casting spells and walked back to his seat,
"Drill the Heart Mantra, have you seen it all?" Moody said, "The caster must genuinely want to make the target painful, otherwise it will be useless."
"So, I think you all know what's next?" Moody said calmly, as if talking about today's weather, "This spell requires a lot of mana, and I think you're the best fit, right, Mr. Rovande?"
Lawrence walked up to Moody, the whole class stared at him, Lawrence raised his wand, and everyone held their breath,
"I can't, Professor." Lawrence said this suddenly, and he lowered his wand,
"Really?" Moody said that no one could tell whether he was satisfied or disappointed, Lawrence turned and walked back, and suddenly felt a strong danger coming from behind him, and he turned around,
"Avada suo." Moody spat out the spell clearly, a blinding green light flashed, and the evil ominous and ferocious killing intent appeared and then disappeared, and the spider on the table did not move,
"An evil spell, and the only person who has managed to escape so far under this spell is called Harry. Potter," Moody said calmly, "no one knows how he did it, and today I'm showing you these three spells to tell you—"
"Be vigilant at all times!" Moody yelled, the class startled, "I don't think you want to face these unforgivable spells?"
"Your knowledge of the dark arts is so poor that it would have been inconceivable for wizards of your age." "On top of that, we're going to start practicing the Silent Spell."
"In every future class, I'll use the Silent Charm to sneak up on you," Moody's words caused the class to talk, but Moody didn't care, he continued, "You can use your wand to defend against my spells, and if anyone succeeds in resisting my spell with the Silent Charm, I'll give his house a few points, remember—"
"Be vigilant at all times!" Moody yelled again, "Class."
After class, Lawrence's expression was always very serious, and even Moody at the door of the hall and cast a little ferret's transformation spell on Decora Malfoy, which didn't make him laugh, Lawrence and the twins walked quickly into the hall and met Harry, Ron, and Hermione,
"What's wrong?" Hermione frowned, she was eating dinner quickly, but she noticed that Lawrence was serious, so she put down her knife and fork,
"Moody." Fred said,
"How cool he is!" Plum. Jordan also found a seat nearby, "We just finished his class."
"But Lawrence doesn't think so." George explained,
"How's his lesson?" Harry asked hurriedly,
"He made us cast an unforgivable spell against a spider." Fred glanced at Lawrence and continued, "He asked Lawrence to cast the Death Curse."
Hermione gasped,
"I guess he really knows what to do out there, right?" George interjected,
"What is a Requisition Curse?" Harry was confused, but no one explained,
"You didn't do it, did you?" Hermione asked, Lawrence shaking his head,
"I think it's a little too much." Lawrence frowned, "I don't know if he'll teach you the same thing."
"I guess Dunburi has his thoughts, right?" George guessed,
"We won't have his class until next Tuesday." Ron looked at the class schedule and said disappointedly,
"I'm going to the library." Hermione stood up,
"He's a good student who works hard, isn't he?" Fred eats a plate of stew,
"Oh, it's not about schoolwork, it's more important." Hermione left these words behind and ran out of the hall,
"I'm amazed that there's something more important than schoolwork?" George expressed surprise,
"If I were you, I'd finish dinner quickly," Lawrence said, "and we must practice the Silent Spell."
"You don't think what Moody's said in class is true, do you?" Fred frowned, "He's really going to sneak up on us with a spell?"
"I think it's a possibility." Lawrence replied gloomily,
"This is the school," said George, "not the Auror School."
"I know, and you know," said Lawrence, "but I think, Alasto. Moody's probably doesn't know."

Author's Note: I've been wondering, if it were me, would I have cast a requisite spell in that situation?
By the way, Lawrence is feeling the danger of the Requisition Curse, so no one should tell me that the fake Moody is revealing flaws, right=_=?
