Nine turns to return Dangong

The Nine Turns of Dan Gong is a deliberate sect of exercises. Published in 1983 by Tang Ruilin. This function regulates blood pressure.

Exercises:

1. Shou Dantian: standing, sitting, and lying can be, and it is appropriate to be natural and comfortable. Relax the whole body, loosen the clothes and loosen the belt, and eliminate distracting thoughts. Eyes slightly closed. Abdominal breathing: The tip of the tongue licks the roof of the palate, inhale slowly, and when you exhale, the tip of the tongue falls naturally, and the abdomen moves with the breathing. Concentrate on the dantian, look at the dantian with both eyes, listen to the dantian with both ears, and after 2-3 minutes, the intention is to draw qi to the dantian, and keep it with the intention.

2 Nine turns to return to Dan: to induce qi with intention, descend from the dantian to the perineum, and then levate the anus, and lift the qi from the perineum to the gate of life back to the dantian; After stopping in the dantian for a while, he deliberately lowered the qi to the perineum, and repeated 9 turns to return to the dantian. Then the dantian lowered the qi to the Guan Yuan acupoint and ascended back to the dantian, which was also repeated 9 times. Finally, the dantian lowers the qi to the qi sea cave, and then rises back to the dantian, and so on and so forth, until it is settled.

3. Intentional parts: After practicing the above exercises to perfection, you can choose the intentional parts according to your respective conditions. Those who suffer from high blood pressure should keep the perineum or spring, and should not keep the seal hall. Those who suffer from low blood pressure are meant to keep Dantian, Yintang, and even Baihui.

Harvesting: Lowering the qi to the middle pole acupoint, turning 36 sleepy from the outside to the inside, and returning the qi to the dantian, you can collect the gong.
