2. Ignorance of physical and mental reactions, or lack of strict self-requirements, and easy to give up.

3. Qi is sufficient but not pure, and it is not able to form a cycle.

In addition, there are many disadvantages such as abdominal pain, bloating, heavy yin qi, body coldness, headache and so on.

Advice:

1. There is no need to look at the True Qi Movement Method too hard, you must know that modern people are in poor health and the meridians are also very fragile, so the Qi meridians are very easy.

But don't pay too much attention to the various feelings in your body (especially if you don't know how to guide yourself, don't mess around), you must know that the more reactions are stronger and more special, the worse your body is.

2. The foundation is completed, and the effect depends on the degree of effort. Unless you are terminally ill, your body must be recovering relatively well. For those who are diligent, their physical and mental temperament will change moderately (but whether they can stabilize it depends on themselves). So, don't be lazy.

3. Don't modify indiscriminately, and don't start directly from the third step because you have a foundation, otherwise you will regret it, don't deceive yourself, just do it as it is.
