These things are nothing more than saying that the road to immortal cultivation is not so simple, everyone can't just think about it, thinking that they can soar in the day after a few years of hard work, this is impossible.

There are many strange exercises in the world, teaching people to directly cultivate qi veins and turn river cars. This kind of exercise is impossible to learn, and it is easy to get caught up. Why? Because the vitality is like the power supply of the TV, and the qi pulse is like the wire. If you don't charge the electricity to generate electricity, and directly repair the qi veins, it is easy to damage the "wires", causing the "wires" to be confused and short-circuited. What's more, if the vitality is insufficient, the "power supply" is insufficient, even if the qi pulse is opened, it is not of much use.

There is only one way to truly open up the qi veins in the world: that is, the mind is quiet, not seeking, not being confused, not in a hurry, waiting quietly, and when you are full of qi and spirit, the qi veins will naturally pass, and the samadhi state will naturally enter, and you can't force it at all. No matter what method there is in the world, cultivating without the mind or cultivating without meditation is an evil method. If you have been sitting in meditation with nothing to live in, nothing to ask for, and nothing to be confused about, how long will it take to sit in order to open up the qi veins? Can it be calculated?

You can't calculate the exact time, but the approximate time can be calculated. So how is it calculated? How long do you have to calculate how long you have to sit to open up your qi veins?

Qi pulse refers to the eight qi meridians, which are the collective names of the Du pulse, the Ren pulse, the Chong pulse, the belt pulse, the yin vein, the yang vein, the yin stilt vein, and the yang stilt vein, and also includes the twelve righteous meridians.
