There are 365 large caves in the human body, which correspond to one revolution of the earth and the sun. The rotation of the earth around the sun is 365 days, and the number of easy numbers is 9 as the maximum, and 9 is true, so each acupuncture point in the human body should be filled with 9 breaths of true qi. There are twelve hours in a day, six quarters of an hour, and twenty minutes in every quarter of an hour, that is, one every twenty minutes. When a person sits in meditation, the six roots are quiet, and when the mind is neither scattered nor drowsy, every quarter of an hour can turn into a breath of true qi.

When the true qi is metapled, one of them will go up from the Du pulse to the gingival intersection point of the roof of the mouth, and it will turn into "Jinjin"; Second, it ascends from the Ren vein to the pulp-bearing point of the lower jaw of the mouth, and it will turn into "jade liquid", and "Jinjin" and "jade liquid" are mixed in the oral cavity to become saliva.

The saliva is clear and sweet, commonly known as "nectar", Lu Dongbin has a poem as evidence: the white clouds are on the top, and the nectar is sprinkled on Sumeru. Manna is also a sweet liquid that comes down from the pituitary gland and comes down from the top of the head when we do kung fu to a certain state. At this time, the swallowing law is applied to swallow the fluid into the abdomen. That is, the top of the tongue and the palate do not move, suck the fluid to the base of the tongue, and swallow it when you want to squirt. In this way, it can directly enter the Ren pulse and turn into yin essence, which is a shortcut to making essence and a wonderful method for fitness.

Note that it should be swallowed during exhalation, as it is easy to swallow during inhalation. Saliva is not sweet, although it cannot be counted as an effective seat for a hundred days to build a foundation, but it also has the effect of moistening the spleen and stomach.

Taoism tells people to swallow the fluid frequently, and the pharyngeal fluid naturally absorbs qi, and the qi follows the fluid all the way to the stomach and then to the dantian. But how do you know that the liquid has melted into gas? Very few people mention this issue. When the qi rises from the Du pulse to the top of the head. Slowly to the tongue and teeth, the sweet liquid is not the sweetness of sugar, but the natural sweetness, which comes from a steady stream. Don't swallow too often, when your mouth is full, your tongue is cocked, and don't swallow as if you were drinking tea; It should be swallowed gently, slowly and carefully, and sent down to the stomach, so that the qi will sink naturally. Naturally arrive at the dantian.

The woman sinks to the stomach (middle palace). God froze, and it melted. The liquid has become sweet, and Buddhism calls it nectar, and the nectar will not be dissolved in the future, which is to say that the swallow is inhaled. Try to see a full house meditating. There are also people who have been practicing for a long time, how many people have this kind of cool and sweet saliva? Too little. Young people easy. But the sweetness has not yet come, the gas has not melted, and the elderly have dry mouths. Swallowing and absorbing qi, over time, the skin and whole body are moisturized, like warm jade. Swallow the gas like distilled water. Refining gas. Vaporizing the gods, and even returning the gods to the void is a chemical effect.

Refining essence means that the acquired essence of the body becomes the innate essence; Gas refining is to transfer the river car, and then distill it on this track. What is distillation? After the water is distilled, the cleanest one is steamed onto the lid. Drip down from the top drop by drop, so that it is clean and clean, and there is no impurity at all. Therefore, refining and refining gas means distilling, refining, and turning the essence of the day after tomorrow into a sweet liquid, which is the gas.

Then, if this fluid is combined with various hormones, if it is brewed for a period of time in the body, according to the laws of nature, the qi will change again, and the liquid transformed by this essence will change into "god", that is, light. From scientific knowledge, we know that there is no end to time and space in the universe, light is endless, and light is also full of the Void Pure Dharma Realm. Further, night is black light, day is white light, and the light beyond the earth and between other planets is not the light we see now. The light we see now is only the light waves reflected by the sun, and the light we see after passing through the many dirt and dirt materials in the void is not the physical phase of the light itself.

Therefore, when a person sits in meditation, the heart cannot be moved, the heart is pneumatic, the pneumatic is dispersed, and the true qi and vitality are scattered, and they cannot enter the second pulse of Ren Du and turn into saliva.

When the heart is drowsy, the true qi and vitality cannot be dissolved. So, if you don't know if you have delusions when you are zazen, more or less, you can see how much true qi and vitality you have transformed. If there is a lot of saliva, it means that you are effective, if there is no saliva, it means that you are either scattered or drowsy, sitting in vain, and the four major and five elements have not turned at all, just practicing your legs and resting.

Like a man's mind is scattered for a day, and his mouth is dry that day. When a person sleeps for a day, his mouth is also dry. Only when the mind is neither scattered nor drowsy can the true qi and vitality be reborn. At the beginning of zazen, before entering the true concentration, if the mind is not scattered and not drowsy, a mouthful of sweet saliva can be melted in a quarter of an hour.

To calculate how many seats you have to sit in order to start the qi vein, that is, 365×9=3289, and remove this number from zero to a whole, that is, about 3,500 seats.

That is to say: to build a foundation in 100 days, at least 3,500 seats, this is a base number, the premise is that each one can transform into a mouthful of clear and sweet saliva, if it is not clear or not sweet, it cannot be counted in the 3,500 seats. This is the number of sixteen-year-olds who are unbroken, healthy, and each of them is a person who is mindful and determined.

If it is more than sixteen years old or so ten years, then 365×10. If it is greater than sixteen years and twenty years, then 365×11. If it is more than 30 years, 40 years, and so on. If the body is in sub-health, double it. If the body is weak and sickly, it is doubled. If you are a person who is a lower root and only one of the ten seats sits well, then multiply it by ten.

Every time you leak sperm, you should make up for 9 breaths of true qi. Every time you leave a sperm, you also have to make up for 9 breaths of true qi. Every time I see the color heart three times, I have to make up for my true qi again. Why? Because when people see color, their hearts are moved, and their true qi and vitality are scattered. Every time you move your heart three times, you have to make up for your true qi, why? Because the saliva and evil fire turned into phlegm by the true qi turned into phlegm, it was useless, so people should not be moved to resent. Because of the anger and anger, the damage to the vitality is greater, and it is necessary to make up for one to nine mouthfuls of true qi. If you add or subtract from the above, you can calculate how many seats you have to sit in meditation and how long you can sit to complete the foundation building in 100 days, so that the qi veins can be opened at the beginning and the second vein of Rendu or the eight veins of the Qi Jing can be opened.

If you want to have a great qi vein, turn around and go up the four major and five elements, and break the five aggregates, it is not counted like this. This is the most basic foundation of cultivation and the first merit. This foundation of the path, the precedent merit, is something that all practitioners should accomplish. Even this most basic foundation has not been completed, and you are only sitting in less than a hundred seats now, so you are in a hurry to open up the qi veins, is it too anxious?

To complete the foundation building in 100 days, 3,500 is the most basic! When many people hear this, they may think: Then I don't want to sit for ten or eight years? In fact, if you work hard, it won't take long. If you work hard every day, you can work hard for 12 hours a day, and you can complete it in 27749 days. Two seven seven forty-nine days, that is, about one hundred days, hence the name of the hundred days to build the foundation. If it is a sharp weapon on the root, working hard day and night, walking, living, sitting and lying down, the two sevens are halved, that is, one seven-seven can be achieved.

In 7749 days, there are many qi and veins and enlightenment results, and a lot of them can be found in the books. But there are very few root weapons in the world, and there is no such great Dao heart. It is like closing for 100 days, working hard for 12 hours a day, and eating and sleeping for the other 12 hours, just completing more than 3,000 seats. If you meditate day and night, day and night, like the World-Honored One, you will complete it in about 7749 days. 365×9 = 3289 quarters (20 minutes per quarter, one quarter.) And the hard work of 7749 days and nights is 3528 quarters of an hour. If you go to zero, you can complete 3,500 in 7749 days, filling 9 true qi in each of the 365 big acupoints on your body.

If you don't have such a great determination, then it will be completed in two seven or seven, one hundred days. If it doesn't work, it's six hours a day, 200 days. If not, just three hours a day, about 300 days, a year to complete. If you can completely 3,500 seats, and you can't realize the Dao Enlightenment Fruit, and the Qi Vein is Datong, generally speaking, at least you can open up the second vein of Rendu. And then on the basis of these 3,500 and then diligent, it will not be the same as the first practice, although you can't enter the great concentration, but it is not difficult to enter the definition of desire, but before you reach the ground.
