Martial Arts 2

One of the five treasures of Yishiquan, Siping Malaysia

Most of the Fist of the Righteous Warriors have Siping horses, even if they are not Siping, they are also horse step piles. Jet Li's Jingwumen criticized Ma Buzhu, saying that it was not suitable for kicking people, so it was a dead horse. The action director of that film is estimated to be a Bruce Lee fan + Sanda control, where do you know the beauty of the horse step pile?

The wonder of the horse step pile, the first is in the quick.

Righteous men usually have to work to support their families, and they also have to dress up as good citizens, so naturally they can't buy all kinds of equipment like professional boxers, and openly practice in summer and winter to show the government, so that most of the time, they can only turn off the lights and practice for a while before going to bed at night. Under this premise, Siping Dama is the fastest way to increase balance and leg strength, and coordination.

There are no standards and know-how to stand in Siping, that is, to stand in Siping according to the standard, and to understand everything when you stand in Siping. Such as "the two knees are symmetrically stretched, the qi is heavy and the dantian is heavy, and the waist and horse are one." Wait, in a word, it is a four-level state, and talking too much makes people confused.

There are two ways to practice boxing, one is to practice boxing after reasoning, and the other is to practice reasoning after practicing boxing. The former is fine, the latter is strong. Each has its own benefits. Each has its own benefits, hehe.

Some people may say, "Siping Dama, this thing is harmful to the knees, and it is an unscientific practice." To which the righteous replied, the most important thing is to be alive in front of us, and to hell with science.

The beauty of Siping Dama is also that it is a footwork that can maintain the balance of the body at all times when moving. The footwork of boxing is powerful when it hits the target, but before it starts to move to the target, the body is in a state where it is weightless when hit by others. This type of footwork is not suitable for group battles.

Of course, there is also a high step in the Fist of the Righteous Warrior, and the so-called high footwork is nothing special, just like the sprint/long jump run of a track and field athlete. But as soon as someone gets close, they will immediately switch to horse steps.

Foreword: AMAN and Feng Yunsheng are two different examples, Feng Yunsheng believes that traditional boxing has its adaptability, so he insists on studying the application of traditional boxing in the modern ring, as well as the combination with Western technology. AMAN directly denied it, believing that the traditional way of exerting force does not work in the face of the thick muscles of Westerners.

Here's how I see adaptability.

A horse and a donkey are combined and give birth to a mule. Although mules may be more adapted to certain environments than both horses and donkeys, they are neither horses nor donkeys.

Xingyi boxing and boxing are combined, and their products can be called Xingyi boxing or Fengyundao, but they cannot be called Xingyi or boxing. Xingyi boxing and boxing have their own corresponding environments, and while collecting some essences, it will inevitably lead to the loss of some other essences. The goal of inheritance is Xingyi, and the goal of carrying forward some of the techniques or training methods of Xingyi Quan is Fengyundao.

What AMAN practiced, it is Sanda, Sanda is Sanda, not anything else, he said that he has practiced Xingyi Boxing, but as long as he uses the teaching and research to practice Xingyi Boxing, it means that he has not learned. Putting the two together is just a deception to foreigners.

As an aside, when I was a child around 85, I watched AMAN's sanda match against Zhang Jianguo. For some reason, I was impressed. In the blink of an eye for more than 20 years, things are not people, which is really sentimental.

With that out of the way, let's move on to the Fist of the Righteous.

The second treasure of the Fist of the Righteous is the Eight Fists of the King.

For street fighters who have not received professional training, why do they instinctively use Wang Baquan? Because Wang Baquan is a boxing method with a large killing range, as long as it is within the range of the arm, it is covered by a fan-shaped attack, and it can only be dodged by diving and dodging as a whole. The people who can use diving dodge are generally professionally trained people (who can use waist and leg strength), and ordinary people are nothing more than hard resistance or backward dodge.

Wang Baquan can ensure that he has a relatively high hit rate when he has a short training time and faces a large number of mediocre opponents. And the lethality problem is compensated for with weapons.

In "Slaying the Wolf", Wu Jing holds a short knife to use a long fist. The action designer is a person who understands. But the most suitable weapon for long fists is not a short knife, but an Emei stab, a T-shaped short crutch, etc. A king eight fists swing over, and after the other party bows his head and flashes, he can swing back or raise it and smash it down. Can attack several times in a turn. If combined with the horse's stride, it can also cause a punch to sweep several targets. Stepping back and sweeping or slamming other targets, etc.

Maybe your punch of sweeping a few targets is not lethal enough, but it can be to the point of "swinging out of formation". In the process of sweeping, it is immediately possible to tell who the opponent is the weakest.

To use the situation of the Three Heroes vs. Lu Bu in the Romance of the Three Kingdoms as an analogy, the Three Heroes vs. Lu Bu described not a military formation, but a small group fight, Lu Bu may not be able to absolutely deal with Guan Yu and Zhang Fei one-on-one, but relying on the movement and strength of the red rabbit horse, he can fight with the two of them without falling behind. When Liu Bei went into battle and formed a siege, it was difficult for Lu Bu to move, but Liu Bei, the weakest of Liu Bei's trio, still became a breakthrough point for Lu Bu to escape.

This breakthrough method is the third treasure of the Fist of the Righteous Warrior.

Collision

There are a lot of punching punches in the Fist of the Righteous Warriors, and there are small movements after the punches.

The principle and training method of punching is very simple, that is, the upper body is **, the hand and body are turned into a rigid body, and the rapid movement of the lower body is used to poke this rigid body towards the opponent. This thing has no technical content, it is simple and quick, and no understanding is required.

The karate of the Ryukyuan people is also the inheritance of the fist of the righteous warriors, and they like to gather a large number of students to practice such a ** fist for a long time, and only the disciples who enter the room spend money to buy a black belt to teach the armor-breaking fight of chasing the hand.

This story teaches us that sometimes kung fu doesn't need to be deep, it just needs to be enough. If a soldier can use such an unskilled technique to punch a gap in the crowd and run away. It is to pick up his own life, to pick up the life of the organization. Picked up the lives of thousands of brothers of the Red Flower Society.

There are many essences of this kind of unsophisticated but useful punches, such as "only fast and not broken".

The fastest response time for human nerves is generally about 0.2 seconds. Many boxers throw punches faster than 0.2 seconds, so what about their opponents? It can still be broken, because you can observe the changes in the opponent's body, especially the shoulders or feet, and you can judge the amount of advance.

And most ordinary people take at least 1 second to punch a punch, and those righteous people who don't have time for vocational training are estimated to be much better than ordinary people. However, they are able to surpass their opponents' nervous reflexes and avoid their opponents' physical predictions to strike their opponents.

To be continued, see if any brothers have guessed how the "only fast and unbreakable" in Fist of the Righteous is explained and applied.

Only fast is not broken

Before I talk about this technique, I will lay the groundwork. Say something else.

1。 During the founding of Bruce Lee's Jeet Kune Do, Bruce Lee's main opponents were martial artists in southern China rather than foreign boxing, and Bruce Lee's boxing posture was very special. It is estimated that there is no one here who does not understand the posture of Jeet Kune Do, so I will not repeat it.

2. At the end of the Qing Dynasty, the battlefield boxing that had been buried for hundreds of years, Tai Chi Xingyi, etc., reappeared in the rivers and lakes. Sweep the northern martial arts with Baguazhang.

3. Wang Xiangzhai believes that Xingyi Quan is not suitable for the environment, so he has carried out a certain reform of Xingyi Boxing, and its unique posture is a contradiction pile that the front hand holds far away.

Although the above boxing methods could not be said to be invincible in China at that time, they were all powerful. At least the challenges are openly accepted. And there are many challengers. It has been proved to be effective in real combat.

But these boxing techniques can no longer sweep one side today, why?

Keep pulling

The fist of the righteous is often said in the old legend, "a certain move can break a certain move, and a certain move can restrain a certain move". These words are naturally disdainful of those who practice modern martial arts, but a hundred or two hundred years ago, these words were the truth that no one doubted.

The reason lies in the eight words of only fast and not broken, only hard and not broken.

As mentioned above, the fastest response of the human body is generally 0.2 seconds, and the righteous warriors have withdrawn from the rivers and lakes in the case of social stability, becoming "technical fighters", as technical fighters, the general opponent is mainly a single attack, although there are still group battle routines handed down, but when comparing skills, they generally do not use group battle routines, but use the secret "unique tricks" in the door. It needs to be said that there are no tricks in this world, only attacks that the other party can't break. If you want the other party to break it, you can't break it, only faster.

When the muscles have their limits, the rules for attacking the opponent as often as possible are as follows:

1. The action is as small as possible to avoid the opponent to dodge after pre-reading, and there are two ways out for small actions, one way out is to attack the opponent's vulnerable facial organs purely by hand, and the body does not participate in the force. The other is that the hands move first, and the body does not participate in the work until the last moment.

2. The power distance is as short as possible, the distance is 2 meters, even if it is fast, it will take 0.7 seconds to hit the opponent, and the distance of 10 cm will only take 0.1 seconds to shoot even if it is not fast.

3. Reduce the amount of time you spend thinking and planning when throwing your own punches. The boxers of the south are angled, less than one or second, more than five or six hands, evenly matched, not in each other's vital points, that is, twisting each other, while exhausting the corners, or regrouping, phase and compound angles, there has not been a horn to a number of hands, not yet divided into winners and losers, this point of difference, in the north boxing is still vigorous, the south boxing is not, purely to the skill to win, kung fu is not enough, no matter what has been done, there is a lot of effort, its strength does not have to be amazing, but the shot will be able to create the enemy, the horn is more than the portal, temporary fall, meaning to follow, every winner and loser, non-special bystanders, I don't know why the way to win, that is, the people who are created, and many of them don't know the way the opponent comes and goes.

- Pingjiang is not a child

Gossip, in this era, there is actually no point in being conservative, and when my masters taught me, they were not afraid that the church disciples would beat the master, but that they were afraid that things would be lost, and they wanted to stuff them into my head first. But a lot of things have been lost in my generation, why? Because this thing is not worth much.

It is a truth that no one learns and practices worthless things. For example, in the first post, I unreservedly talked about the method of armor-piercing and fighting. In ancient times, I estimated that I would be hunted down by my fellow disciples because of this, but how many people paid attention to it when I said it cheaply?

Others are just fine, but they criticize it by name.24 This guy has been swaggering and deceiving everywhere in the name of Taijiquan recently, but he can't even exert strength on the most basic things of actual Taijiquan (just like a boxer can't punch straight), and he saw something that was really passed on in a sentence, but he didn't think about it in detail. The reputation of Chinese kung fu is lost at the hands of these people who speak loudly all day long and indulge in self-psychological gratification.

Many people who read the post are paying attention to "how to win wars in ancient times" (in fact, there is no mention of the victory or defeat of wars). And automatically ignoring other content, this is utilitarianism. Such a person is suitable to be a military advisor, but not a soldier, a ticket friend, but not a boxer.

Below, I will use some secret meanings of Tai Chi to explain the essence of this school of war fist. People who feel that they can't understand or claim that they haven't heard of it don't need to be suspicious, just read it as a novel.

Before we talk about tai chi, let's talk about the gorgeous Brazilian martial arts: capoeira

Capoeira's movements are mainly leg moves, followed by some unbelievable tumbling and jumping tricks. This thing is just a strange trick in the eyes of modern people, and it looks good. Change it to hip-hop and be able to soak MM. But what is the origin of this boxing technique?

Hundreds of years ago, colonizers invaded Brazil and listed Brazilian men as slaves and killed those with weapons. Most slaves also worked in longer handcuffs. I can't even sleep at night. In this case, the Brazilians invented a flamboyant "traditional dance", which was actually a murder fist developed specifically to use handcuffs and chains as weapons.

Capoeira's basic fighting style is to constantly change the body from side to side (try to dodge the musket), keep the distance between the two hands, staggered in front of the front (use the chain lock to hold the bayonet), once the opportunity is seized, use the iron chain to lock the opponent's arm or neck, and then through the body jump and rotation to strangle the target, this chain technique that includes weight and jumping power, coupled with the strange angle of attack, is really the most effective way for slaves to fight against muskets.

Seeing this, I knew that someone must have put himself in the shoes of a colonist and said, "Can this be better than a musket?" If I take a musket and fight, how will the other party be, etc. ”

But I also have to ask the question, when you were those slaves, where did you go to get the musket? Is it possible to be a slave of the country without a musket? You can use what you have in your hands, and it is not your turn to care about the outcome of the war, but the key is that you work hard.

Brazil has such technology, and China also has it. And there's more variety.

Xingyi boxing is a gun boxing, Tai Chi boxing is a sword and shield soldier left behind the boxing method, a knife and a shield, is the yin and yang fish (of course, there are other metaphors)

The so-called borrowing force is not so effective in hand-to-hand combat, or rather, it is too difficult to use, but with a shield + knife, it is the most terrifying technique.

When a shield-bearer rushes to the enemy with a four-meter-long spear, his task is to break through the enemy's spear array so that his brothers can rush forward.

When the enemy's gun array has not yet broken through, the techniques of Taijiquan such techniques as "cutting the dragon", "undersea needle" and "falling fork" are all to sneak in with a shield and avoid the spearhead of the upper body, and stab the opponent's lower body with a knife. When they get close, they use techniques such as catching the tail of a bird to hold the opponent's spear and slash it with a knife.

The tail of the bird's tail, which refers to the tail of a peacock, is used as a metaphor for many spears. When a sword and shield soldier desperately clung to several spears of his opponent, his comrades could rush in and slash indiscriminately.

This is also one of the reasons why Lan Que Wei is known as the mother of Tai Chi. Of course, the tail can also be used to catch the leg and fall, and it can be used to reverse the joint. But the effect is compromised.

And when the brothers rush behind you and squeeze you into the face of the enemy, heart to heart, you have no distance to raise your sword, in this case, you have several options

1. With a very short force distance, you can use the strength of the back force to hit the opponent, knock the opponent out or knock back, and make up for a knife after the swing distance.

2. Slam your opponent with a shield. (All the techniques of Tai Chi using the forearm to exert strength are roughly derived from this)

3. Smash the opponent's face from top to bottom with the handle of the knife.

4. Lose your weapon and hold the opponent's neck (watch the brother who practices Tai Chi playing Tai Chi there, don't be surprised, you will understand when your head is in the opponent's hand like a stone ball)

5. Squeeze the opponent with a shield, and play a little virtual on the shield while the opponent is fighting hard, so that the opponent loses momentum and falls (involving four or two thousand pounds), if successful, it is to let the opponent fall down with a large number of people (trampled to death)

6. With the flexibility of BT, suddenly hit the opponent's calf (seven inches) with a shield and shoulder, giving up space for your brother to slash/stab each other in the back.

7. Knock the opponent back with long force, then rush in and slash.

In addition to the combination of sword and fist boxing, Tai Chi has a variety of unbelievable small arm strength techniques, such as 堋, crawling, squeezing, and pressing, which are all training methods for hitting or squeezing the opponent with a shield. There are also two kinds of control techniques for spears or opponents' arms, and elbow and two melee strike techniques.

All of the above are standard military techniques that are extremely practical. But there is always a difference between a soldier and a soldier, and some of them combine their military body boxing with the Taoist "return to nature" mystery, concentrate on themselves, and discover some advanced training skills.

Attention, it's an exercise technique. It's not a combat skill, and I know that there must be some people who don't read the post who will be there shouting: "Is this stuff useful on the battlefield?" I will answer in advance now: "These are like long-distance running and skipping ropes, they are not used for actual combat, they are all for exercise, exercise ......"

When you partner with someone who really practices Tai Chi, you will find that you can't feel the other person's center of gravity from the other person's hand, but the other person can resist your strength and not retreat. This can also be found in some people who practice Japanese kendo.

The answer has actually been disclosed in the book of Xu Haofeng, another lackey under Li Zhongxuan's predecessor, that is, the ring finger exercise method. The ring finger is a waste finger in daily life, and it is difficult to use the relevant strength, but when it is nervous, it can transmit the power to the hand. And you don't feel the power of your ring finger, and the other person doesn't feel the dark energy coming from your ring finger.

When the knife is used correctly, the main thing is that the ring finger drives the knife to run, and the other fingers are just nervous when they hit the target to keep the knife stable, so many people who practice kendo can inadvertently practice this effect, but brothers who specialize in judo can't practice it.

Although the most important attack power of Taijiquan comes from the ring finger, its core is on the thumb, and when holding the knife and swinging the knife, the body is weightless due to the knife, and it all depends on the thumb to maintain the weight and balance of the knife. The secret method of "the unity of man and knife" of Neijiaquan is also on the thumb.

We usually take the bus, when the car is bumpy, we have to find a place to help to maintain balance, in fact, the force is relatively light, why can we keep our weight of more than 100 or 200 pounds balanced? Because we're just looking for a sense of balance. When you find the balance that comes from the two thumbs, you enter the realm of "immovable movement". , the real "four taels" dial a thousand catties, with a four-tael thumb, dial their own weight of a thousand catties.

Wellness himself invented a method to hold his thumb in the other four fingers. Pretending to be weightless when walking, sometimes the thumb looks for strength from the other four fingers to find balance, and sometimes the other four fingers also look for strength from the thumb to find balance.

Chinese martial artists, in order to avoid the banned authorities from finding themselves practicing martial arts, have borrowed Taoist doctrine to cover up the practice of martial arts, so you look at an ancient martial arts cheats, there are a lot of yin and yang, five elements, don't be surprised, those are written to ensure that when the book is seen by the police, it will not be copied by the owner of the book. In fashionable parlance, the hidden words of Taoism became a military code. For example, the words "Lu Dongbin", "Lu Chunyang", and "Lu Zu" refer to men's small **. (Guests in the cave)

There are still many martial artists in the previous generation who can translate these military codes, but in our generation, there are fewer and fewer people who can translate. And then there are some people who mess with the translation (well, I'm talking about myself) and make the secret publishing world a mess.

Readers only need to understand that when the two martial artists of the early Mengyuan/Qing court are talking about the inexplicable words of "Yin Sui enters the sea with no thickness", they are actually talking about the assassination technique of quietly inserting a knife into the vicinity of the opponent's small ** behind their backs. That's it.

When the rule gradually stabilized, the Fist of the Battlefield was no longer useful, and some of the descendants of the Fist of the Battlefield became street performers, developing into difficult and flashy moves, and some became fighters, and professional gladiatorial fights were used for the amusement of the well-fed spectators (or to put it nicely, to participate in the Olympics to win glory for the country). And part of it was transformed into the Fist of the Righteous.

The word righteous man means underworld in ancient times. In the Yuan Dynasty, it was mainly the Ming Sect and the White Lotus Sect, and in the Qing Dynasty, it was mainly based on the Heaven and Earth Society, the Red Flower Society, etc. These secret societies took the anti-Qing restoration as their own mission, and most of the time they lurked among the people, and generally rarely fought large-scale battles. The opponents of the fight are generally not soldiers, but officials, head hunters, and secret agents, in which case the fist of the battlefield is not so practical. Some of them have come up with techniques that are more practical and in line with the current situation.

When you walk with your center of gravity leaning forward, you feel like you are about to lose weight, and you can adjust your center of gravity as if you were on other objects.

There are limits to what you can say, you can try to ride a bus, hold on to the handrails, and feel the balance of your body with the gentle use of your fingers. When you practice, use your thumb as a handrail for your other fingers to hold. This keeps your body balanced. Or use the other four fingers as objects to hold your thumb against to maintain balance.

When I was young, I met a friend who practiced Baguazhang for several years, but he still couldn't beat the boxer, and he was very distressed. thinks that it is the reason why his internal strength has not arrived, in fact, according to his kind of practice, even if he practices for ten years, he can't beat a boxer who has practiced for ten years, because Baguazhang first appeared in the commercial society, although it was in a professional ring match, but the earliest birth and use of Baguazhang was not to fight in the ring, but to oppose the Qing Dynasty and restore the Ming Dynasty.

Baguazhang's techniques and body techniques are dazzling, but the striking power is not satisfactory. There are many friends who are distressed by this, and they all practice heavy techniques such as iron sand palms, but iron sand palms have no power when they cooperate with such flexible skills. Therefore, many gossip masters in the world have encountered a dilemma.

In fact, the terrible thing about Baguazhang is still in the weapon, and the empty-handed palm is just to hide people's eyes, and even the name Baguazhang is also a cover. The essence of Baguazhang is in its unique weapon, the Meridian Mandarin Duck Yue, which can be locked, scratched, picked, and cut. But this thing is only used for performance in peacetime. The real civilian identity of the Meridian Mandarin Duck Yue is - the sickle.

In the grove under the sunset, a farmer with a sickle in both hands suddenly attacked your carotid artery, femoral artery, hamstring, carpal artery and other places with an extremely strange way. And when you fight back, he hides behind a tree and attacks you from unbelievable angles. Baguazhang's "Nine Palace Steps" is, to put it bluntly, a technique of escaping or dodging counterattacks in the crowd and woods. In the woods/innocent people, what Xingyi boxing, what Tai Chi boxing, is not the opponent of Baguazhang.

Baguazhang is actually between the assassination fist and the righteous fist,

The real signature fist of the righteous is the "Hong Fist" (formerly known as Taizu Changquan, and the later is the national standard martial arts Changquan routine)

Taizu Changquan, that is, the underworld boxing method named Song Taizu, appeared in Mengyuan.

Its characteristics are as follows

1. Pay attention to Wang Baquan (the most instinctive boxing method, but this Wang Baquan is not the other Wang Baquan, which will be described in detail below)

2. Pay attention to the bridge hand (forearm skills)

3. Pay attention to movement, the last move is to the east, and the next move may be to run south

The Eastern and Western thinking patterns are completely different, for example, if a man falls out of love and gets angry and kills his professor, the Eastern thinking is: "If he hadn't fallen out of love, he wouldn't have killed anyone." The Western way of thinking is, "It's a good thing that the woman didn't marry a certain man, otherwise she would have been killed along with the professor." ”

Both of these types of thinking are both right and wrong.

The difference in thinking patterns eventually made the Eastern and Western boxing methods begin to move to different fields. If according to Western thinking, only fast is not broken, then it is to practice speed and reach the destination faster than the opponent. According to the oriental thinking, it is to reduce the distance and get to the destination faster than the other party.

When I train a group of new subordinates, I often ask them how many hits per second they think their upper limit is. Some people answered 1 time, some people answered 3 times, and some people who were more confident in their speed after training answered 5 times. I took a stopwatch and timed him for 10 seconds, and asked him to applaud as fast as he could, counting the times himself. The results are very unexpected, the average average person applauds more than 7 times per second, and some people reach more than 12 times, and the trainees are often shocked by the number of times they count. I don't believe I made it myself.

The principle of this applause contains a lot of pure technical martial arts, such as what to move at the same time, intercept the fist in the middle, instinctive attack, close force, etc. Of course, these are only a part of the vast and profound martial arts. But people have times when they go to extremes, and around the middle and late Qing Dynasty, Chinese boxing as a whole went to such an extreme.

Because the Fist of the Righteous Warrior generally uses small weapons to fight, in this case, as long as you hold a small iron pen in your hand and use the speed of applause to the opponent's eyes and throat, the opponent who has not practiced will be ironclad to death.

And what if you don't have a small iron pen in your hand? There is also a way, which is to train your hands to be as hard as iron. This is also the "local force, local hardness" that modern people in the inner boxing often disdain. "With a pair of hands as hard as iron, with the instinctive crane peck, tiger claws, hand knives, clapping palms and other techniques, 7~12 times per second to launch a multi-angle attack on the opponent's face, if you cooperate with the horse step forward, the actual attack speed can be doubled. The upper limit of the body's reaction speed is 5 times per second (the one who does this is also a god). Coupled with the instinctive dodge reaction time when the eyes are threatened, it is theoretically almost a matter of 1 second.

When both sides rely entirely on "punches" to form a clapping instinct, whoever has the best trick (order of attack angles) can restrain the opponent's attack angle order first, and once hit, it will be endless. (If you have a weapon in hand, you can kill with one hit), and in this case, the legendary "era of punches" has arrived.

Of course, 7~12 beats per second is just a theoretical speed. In fact, there are many factors that affect the effectiveness of an attack. In order to fight against this kind of "lightning hand", Chinese boxers have also invented many training methods, such as "listening to strength", "sticky hands", "grappling", "pulling roots", "controlling distance", "ground hall" and so on.

At the end of the Qing Dynasty, the fist of the battlefield that had been hidden for many years suddenly reappeared in the rivers and lakes and killed the three parties. It's not that the Fist of the Battlefield is really more practical than this Fist of the Righteous in the streets, but because the "era of killing" has passed, and the "era of jousting" has begun to come. In hand-to-hand martial arts, because the premise is that you will not die if you are hit by the opponent's light attack on a non-vital part, then the fist of the battlefield can be very popular.

Battlefield Fist is best at deflecting the opponent's sharp (spear or crane peck, machete or tiger claw) attack with full strength, so that the opponent cannot combo. For example, the whole strength of Xingyi Boxing is hard to fight, the blitzkrieg of Baguazhang, and the entanglement of Taijiquan. The reappearance of these hidden boxing techniques has brought a new breath to the martial arts that blindly pursues "only fast and unbreakable". But it is also the beginning of the real Fist of the Battlefield, the Fist of the Righteous Warrior. When the Fist of the Battlefield and the Fist of the Righteous are used in competitions in peacetime, they are like castrated animals, and they can only emit momentary brilliance. Once there are other boxing techniques that are more suitable for peacetime competition, these old boxing methods will inevitably be eliminated or sold for dog meat on the head of a sheep.

And in addition to this, there are also genres that are good at distance control. Examples include Dacheng and Jeet Kune Do.

Dacheng boxing king Xiang Zhai openly claimed that "all local hardness of the method of play, all not enough", he did not taste a defeat at the time, the main reason is that his opponent is mainly ancient boxing, he invented the contradiction pile is also a special crack only fast not to break the boxing posture, the center of gravity leans back, the front hand is far away from the opponent to get close, the back hand and feet are waiting for the opportunity to give a blow. Such a stance is suitable for fighting against ancient boxing methods, but it is not suitable for fighting against modern boxing methods.

Bruce Lee's interception stance is sideways against the enemy, using low-end volleys to control the distance. Wait for the opportunity to hit hard. Such a stance is suitable for fighting against ancient boxing techniques, but it is also not suitable for fighting against modern boxing techniques.

The so-called "boxing is impossible, there is a way to be empty" and "there is no way to be a law", which reveals the information is "to fight in this environment with the most suitable way to play", in the sanda ring, the most practical boxing method is sanda, in the Muay Thai ring, the most practical boxing method is Muay Thai.

In this era of peace, the most practical boxing method is to maintain health. If you want to save your life, the most practical way to get rid of all your psychological blind spots, so that you can quickly enter the environment and enter the role.

The boxing method of empty fist Lao Tao can be said to be average, and Lao Tao's body shape is also very neglectful of exercise, but I believe that many people who concentrate on practicing XX boxing can't beat him. There is no other reason for this, because he has no "psychological blind spots". This psychological blind spot is the most lethal place for people who focus on "XX boxing" and "XX ring".
