Before the age of firearms, China was the first war power in the world. In the war of hundreds of thousands of people, what are the things that can survive the people?

I've been studying the way to survive in the world for 20 years, and I don't dare to say in the ring that I can beat Tyson, Little Bald, Gracie, but I have my own uniqueness. I'm going to share it with you completely free of charge.

This article will analyze the origins of several traditional Chinese boxing styles. Take a look at where they come from and what they're used for. It will be divided into the following chapters.

1. Fist of the Battlefield

2. Fist of the Righteous

3. Assassination Fist

4. Snitch Fist

5. Fist of the Ring

Volume I: Fists of the Battlefield

The characteristic of warfare in ancient China was that there were many people, to what extent? I'll use an analogy, a football field can hold about 50,000 people standing there. A large-scale war is probably a crowd of people on several football fields. What is the greatest danger faced by so many people huddled together?

The answer is a nonsense, which is to be trampled to death. Only 1,000 out of 50,000 people suddenly have a nervous bare and walk wildly. At least 2,000 people can be trampled to death in an instant. There are countless people who step on cripples. What Tyson's little bald head encounters these 1,000 nerve-wracking people, he may be able to knock down four or five with a wave of swing punches, but in the end, there is only a dead end. Who died the fastest? It's from the Gracie family, and the people of this family have a bad habit of lying on the ground when they get into a fight. I saw a big foot after a while, and immediately returned the goods.

If these 1,000 people who walked with nerves were not ordinary people, but rode horses and carried spears, there would have been many more deaths. What the? There were not only 1,000 people who were nervous, but another 50,000 people who rode horses and carried spears?!?!

So all of you brothers who like to read time-traveling novels, don't think that you have practiced something unlimited, k1, you can eat it in ancient times. If you really used to eat it, it is estimated that it was burned fragrantly.

In the battlefield, the first requirements for martial arts are:

1. Low center of gravity + sense of balance (steady step), otherwise everything will rest if you slip and fall;

2. Protect the vital points. If you take a knife and a shot, you can save the cost of marrying a wife and having children.

The key to protection here is not to be assumed that you are like a boxer who protects your temples and chin with both hands. On the battlefield, if you pose this way, you are looking for death.

First of all, analyze what kind of class you are, you are a pikeman (you are the first to die) and put on a three-body pose of Xingyi Fist. The front hand guards the throat and chest, the back hand guards the abdomen + lower yin, grabs a spear with both hands, and moves forward with mud steps. Xingyi Quan is known as a martial art handed down by Yue Fei. Yue Fei definitely didn't use Muay Thai black market boxing. Just think about it.

You're a sword and shield soldier (it's not much better, it's also a dead class!) He holds a shield in front of him and a sword in the back. Pose with the wings of a white crane in Tai Chi. If anyone dies in Muay Thai pose, don't blame me for not instructing!

You are an archer...... Shoot with peace of mind, don't think about it so much. It's a shame that a soldier doesn't die when he deserves it.

If your ancestors accumulated virtue and assigned a cavalry, don't be too complacent. In the same way, you have to practice the horse's steps. Those brothers who like butterfly steps should still play with beautiful butterflies at home.

Seeing this, perhaps some smart friends have understood a truth, that is, "whether kung fu is practical or not, the key depends on where you use it".

At that time, there was a young boy in Brazil who learned Japanese jiu-jitsu. According to his own words, "I removed some of the unpractical techniques and created the invincible Gracie Jiu-Jitsu"

Gracie Jiu-Jitsu has been beaten everywhere now. What is there in this world that is invincible? That's all advertising! Let's analyze the similarities and differences between Japanese Jiu-Jitsu and Gracie Jiu-Jitsu, and it is not difficult to find out what technique Gracie has deleted.

JJJ is aimed at armored samurai with a katana in both hands (usually starting to practice from a young age, and the reaction will not be worse than yours). In the face of such an opponent, what whip leg you use, what kind of diving leg fall is fake, if you use whip leg, only to see the opponent dashing big knife swing, only to see a leg fly into the air like a whip.

I have been observing street fights for many years, and I have never seen anyone dare to use a high whip leg on an opponent holding a watermelon knife, and this is the reason.

But if the opponent is an empty-handed person, then it is not terrible, and he will fight to take a few punches, and he will also push the opponent down and humiliate him. But there's still a danger, and you never know if he's hiding a knife or stabbing you in the face with a key.

I looked at Tyson's body, and he was able to survive about 10 minutes without being stabbed five times. Beyond 10 minutes, the situation is not optimistic.

If the key is stabbed, there is nothing to say, and he will be killed on the spot.

In the street fight, I did not meet the dagger with his hands on his head and jumped in a Tyson shape. If you are against it, please prove it on the video.

What are the biggest similarities and differences between Japanese Jiu-Jitsu and similar Chinese martial arts (Tai Chi)? Both of them have the technology of quickly advancing into the body and reversing the joint to grab the knife, both have the technology of quickly advancing and using "internal strength" to penetrate the armor, and both have the technology of borrowing strength to fall people. These are the most practical things on the battlefield.

However, there is no other reason why Japanese Jiu-Jitsu has an extra "sleeping skill", because there are few people in the Japanese war, and a few hundred people fight against each other. In addition, because Japan has never invented a shield soldier or the like, as long as you dodge the knife or gun held by the opponent in both hands, you can hold the opponent's arm closely. If you go to China, a shield (Tieshan Lean) knocks you away, and you can make up for it with a knife, and see if you still come to bed?

But in Gracie's era, it is getting farther and farther away from the battlefield, in the one-on-one hand-to-hand confrontation, only techniques such as the plug-in kick crotch can still make the opponent jealous, Gracie Jiu-Jitsu swinged, and the plug-in kick crotch was removed, and under the premise of not using weapons, the sleeping technique suddenly lost its natural enemies and multiplied rapidly. I often see enthusiastic traditional martial artists thinking about how to deal with Gracie Jiu-Jitsu, and I always tell them, don't think about it, just don't deal with it. Why go for depression?

The second requirement for Battlefield Fist is:

1. There is no return

There is no return not to a state of mind, but to the people behind you who are always pushing you forward. As soon as you stop or look back, you're trampled to death by 50,000 people. The brother who is addicted to side kicking and whipping his legs caress himself. How much strength do you have left for your whip leg when someone behind you keeps pushing you with all your might? Can you stand firm after kicking someone?

2. Close to the body

The internal strength I mentioned earlier penetrated the armor, and it is estimated that there are already brothers who suspect it. I don't blame you for this, who said that you haven't practiced internal strength? I haven't practiced and I don't believe anyone squats 900 kg. If someone really squats 900 kilograms, not to mention penetrating the armor, you can penetrate the aircraft carrier!

Here is an unpassed secret, that is, the Japanese have devoted themselves to studying Chinese boxing for many years, and the internal strength that has been studied has become a quick eunuch version. If you put it in a karate gym, you will be cheated of at least tens of thousands of yuan in tuition, and you will be taught by a teacher.

Ordinary people throw punches, first kick the ground, then twist the waist, then send the shoulder, then punch, and then hit the opponent.

The person who uses internal strength is to punch first, then quickly step forward (very important), twist the waist, send the shoulder, and hit the opponent at the same time, it's as simple as that. With this trick, you'll be able to punch hard in a row, even if there are a thousand people behind you pushing you desperately. Whether you can penetrate the armor or not depends on how many hours you spend practicing every day. Brothers, come out with the spirit of practicing black market boxing squats!

Outer chapter, is it mysterious to fight through armor?

A, there is no mystery at all. Anyone who has practiced sanda taekwondo knows that there are many examples of people being knocked out with a single blow while wearing hard armor. At best, armor is good at avoiding bloody wounds. You stand still with your back against the wall, and put a wooden plank on your chest, and I find a big man who has not practiced any kung fu to slam the plank, and few of the brothers here can take a few hits without vomiting blood. What's more, the ancient armor of our country is generally dominated by soft armor superimposed in the form of sheets.

Armor penetration is just a more convenient and close-fitting method for armor development.

To sum up, on the ancient Chinese battlefield, the most practical trick was to "stand firm, protect the vital points, and beat the opponent outside the range of the opponent's weapon." ”

In ancient China, corruption was rampant, and soldiers' weapons were basically cut corners. If a normal set of weapons/armor is obtained, the soldier will kneel down to thank his ancestor with tears in his eyes. It's not a joke, it's a bloody fact. And even a normal weapon will be damaged after chopping a few armor people. As a veteran, you have to think about the backup weapon, and that is your **, which is the prototype of Battlefield Fist. As for the real formation of the Fist of the Battlefield, it was after the ban on martial arts in the Yuan Dynasty.

The Yuan Dynasty banned weapons, and the whole family of the Han people who hid weapons died. Kitchen knives must be shared by several households. Apply for an ICP filing. If the kitchen knife had a bloody case and injured the Yuan people, the households that shared the kitchen knife clicked together.

Although the Song army was weak, after all, it had used infantry against nomads for hundreds of years, so how could it not have much strength? So the soldiers who hid in the people with red eyes and were always ready to return my rivers and mountains while worshipping Grandpa Yue abounded. However, under the ban on martial arts in the Yuan Dynasty, if you take a group of villagers to practice stabbing and slashing people with weapons every day, it is estimated that you will hang it on the flagpole in a few days to show the public.

So the Han warriors of the Yuan Dynasty invented something that looked a lot like aerobics. "Hold it with your left hand, take a step forward, stretch your right hand forward, touch the back of your head with your hand, and then touch the front ......" "One hand in the throat position, the other hand in the lower yin position, walk forward with mud steps......"

There is a flashy trick in Taijiquan called "Cutting the Earth Dragon" (in Japanese parlance, it is "XX Liu's Secret Meaning - Earth Dragon Death Flash"), and its real usage is to hold the shield against the opponent after getting close, while blocking the opponent's view, and then keep the shield holding, and dive down to stab the opponent with a knife. And what else is the bottom of the sea needle (water dragon dead flash) is roughly the same. The tail of the bird is to hold the opponent's spear with his left hand, and slash with his right hand.

Zhang Sanfeng was summoned by the emperor of the Yuan Dynasty and killed a number of thieves on the way, he said that he was a god of night dreams and gave fists, and ghosts (Yuan Dynasty devils) believed it. In fact, the answer is simple, he is one of the people who inherited the Battlefield Fist. But if he told the emperor of the Yuan Dynasty that the emperor of the Yuan Dynasty would never praise Zhang Sanfeng for his love of science and seeking truth from facts, he would order the Imperial Forest Army to rush over to test science.

Taekwondo? Hehe. Chen Zhong is a taekwondo champion, and he once kicked and broke the ribs of a male sparring partner, so he should be better than someone who has only practiced taekwondo for two years, right? But her sparring partner resisted the giant foot target and practiced side kicking for her, and she didn't see anything happen to the sparring partner? Besides, the refrigerator is so big, who bothers to hold it so hard? In this way, let's not bet too much, just a thousand yuan. I am against the refrigerator, you kick with your foot, I admit to death, if you don't die, you only need a thousand yuan. How is it?

Chen Zhong's example can be used as my case, taekwondo armor is very thick, and the lining is soft to absorb the impact, in this case, some people have broken their ribs. It can be seen that armor penetration is a common thing, and secondly, when her sparring partner holds the target, is it against the wall behind her back (thousands of troops)? If you want to hold the target against the wall behind you, I'm afraid few people are willing to be sparring partners.

Thirdly, I'm willing to make this bet, I didn't say that 1 kick can die, how about an hour?

Outer chapter: Qi Jiajun's law of suppressing bandits

A friend mentioned that the most practical thing on the battlefield is weapons rather than boxing, and cited Qi Jiguang as an example.

But things are not static, in fact, on the ancient battlefield, the two sides separated the distance to stab and slash, which is really a very idealized situation. What is the actual situation? It's the first round of stabbing between the two armies, and before you have time to stab the second shot and slash the second knife, you've already been squeezed by the people behind you and the enemy's face to face, heart to heart. At this time, if you are not dead, then the most reliable is no longer the big knife and spear in your hand, but the fist and elbow method. As long as you can knock your opponent out with a single punch for 2 seconds, you may have 2 more seconds to live.

The Qi family's mandarin duck formation is a kind of bandit suppression formation, which is suitable for fighting against small infantry and Japanese forces that cannot form trampling and killing. However, it was not suitable for large-scale military formations, Qi Jiguang's comrade-in-arms Yu Dayou was transferred to guard the north in the middle and late stages, and to deal with the northern cavalry, he did not use the Mandarin Duck Formation, but used other formations that were more suitable for the environment.

If you don't judge the situation, you will be lenient and severe.

There are also some tricks called "split fists" in Battlefield Fist, which smash the opponent's face from top to bottom with one hand. This punch is especially powerful when the hilt is in hand. There are also some tricks called big splits, which are smashed down at the same time with one hand high and one hand low, and the password of this move can be understood only by holding a spear, which is a technique of chiseling a close opponent with the tail of the gun.

The Fist of the Battlefield for the purpose of passing on battlefield techniques changed a lot during the Qing Dynasty, and quite a few of them developed into the "Fist of the Righteous" that was more suitable for single/skirmish combat, which will be discussed later.

Preface 2

Gossip, in this era, there is actually no point in being conservative, and when my masters taught me, they were not afraid that the church disciples would beat the master, but that they were afraid that things would be lost, and they wanted to stuff them into my head first. But a lot of things have been lost in my generation, why? Because this thing is not worth much.

It is a truth that no one learns and practices worthless things. For example, I unreservedly talked about the method of armor-piercing in the martial arts hall. In ancient times, I estimated that I would be hunted down by my fellow disciples because of this, but how many people paid attention to it when I said it cheaply?

The reputation of Chinese kung fu is that it is defeated in the hands of people who speak loudly all day long and indulge in self-psychological satisfaction.

Many magistrates are paying attention to "how to win wars in ancient times" (in fact, many magistrates did not mention the question of winning or losing wars). And automatically ignoring other content, this is utilitarianism. Such a person is suitable to be a military advisor, but not a soldier, a ticket friend, but not a boxer.

Below, I will use some secret meanings of Tai Chi to explain the essence of this school of war fist. People who feel that they can't understand or claim that they haven't heard of it don't need to be suspicious, just read it as a novel.

Before we talk about tai chi, let's talk about the gorgeous Brazilian martial arts: capoeira.

Capoeira's movements are mainly leg moves, followed by some unbelievable tumbling and jumping tricks. This thing is just a strange trick in the eyes of modern people, and it looks good. Change it to hip-hop and be able to soak MM. But what is the origin of this boxing technique?

Hundreds of years ago, colonizers invaded Brazil and listed Brazilian men as slaves and killed those with weapons. Most slaves also worked in longer handcuffs. I can't even sleep at night. In this case, the Brazilians invented a flamboyant "traditional dance", which was actually a murder fist developed specifically to use handcuffs and chains as weapons.

Capoeira's basic fighting style is to constantly change the body from side to side (try to dodge the musket), keep the distance between the two hands, staggered in front of the front (use the chain lock to hold the bayonet), once the opportunity is seized, use the iron chain to lock the opponent's arm or neck, and then through the body jump and rotation to strangle the target, this chain technique that includes weight and jumping power, coupled with the strange angle of attack, is really the most effective way for slaves to fight against muskets.

Seeing this, I knew that someone must have put himself in the shoes of a colonist and said, "Can this be better than a musket?" If I take a musket and fight, how will the other party be, etc. ”

But I also have to ask the question, when you were those slaves, where did you go to get the musket? Is it possible to be a slave of the country without a musket? You can use what you have in your hands, and it is not your turn to care about the outcome of the war, but the key is that you work hard.

Brazil has such technology, and China also has it. And there's more variety.

Xingyi boxing is a gun boxing, Tai Chi boxing is the fist left by the sword and shield soldiers, a knife and a shield, is the yin and yang fish (of course, there are other metaphors).

The so-called borrowing force is not so effective in hand-to-hand combat, or rather, it is too difficult to use, but with a shield + knife, it is the most terrifying technique.

When a shield-bearer rushes to the enemy with a four-meter-long spear, his task is to break through the enemy's spear array so that his brothers can rush forward.

When the enemy's gun array has not yet broken through, the techniques of Taijiquan such techniques as "cutting the dragon", "undersea needle" and "falling fork" are all to sneak in with a shield and avoid the spearhead of the upper body, and stab the opponent's lower body with a knife. When they get close, they use techniques such as catching the tail of a bird to hold the opponent's spear and slash it with a knife.

The tail of the bird's tail, which refers to the tail of a peacock, is used as a metaphor for many spears. When a sword and shield soldier desperately clung to several spears of his opponent, his comrades could rush in and slash indiscriminately.

This is also one of the reasons why Lan Que Wei is known as the mother of Tai Chi. Of course, the tail can also be used to catch the leg and fall, and it can be used to reverse the joint. But the effect is compromised.

And when the brothers rush behind you and squeeze you into the face of the enemy, heart to heart, you have no distance to raise your knife, in this case, you have several options:

1. With a very short force distance, you can use the strength of the back force to hit the opponent, knock the opponent out or knock back, and make up for a knife after the swing distance.

2. Slam your opponent with a shield. (All the techniques of Tai Chi using the forearm to exert strength are roughly derived from this)

3. Smash the opponent's face from top to bottom with the handle of the knife.

4. Lose your weapon and hold the opponent's neck (watch the brother who practices Tai Chi playing Tai Chi there, don't be surprised, you will understand when your head is in the opponent's hand like a stone ball)

5. Squeeze the opponent with a shield, and play a little virtual on the shield while the opponent is fighting hard, so that the opponent loses momentum and falls (involving four or two thousand pounds), if successful, it is to let the opponent fall down with a large number of people (trampled to death)

6. With the flexibility of BT, suddenly hit the opponent's calf (seven inches) with a shield and shoulder, giving up space for your brother to slash/stab each other in the back.

7. Knock the opponent back with long force, then rush in and slash.

In addition to the combination of sword and fist boxing, Tai Chi has a variety of unbelievable small arm strength techniques, such as 堋, crawling, squeezing, and pressing, which are all training methods for hitting or squeezing the opponent with a shield. There are also two kinds of control techniques for spears or opponents' arms, and elbow and two hand-to-hand striking techniques.

All of the above are standard military techniques that are extremely practical. But there is always a difference between a soldier and a soldier, and some of them combine their military body boxing with the Taoist "return to nature" mystery, concentrate on themselves, and discover some advanced training skills.

Attention, it's an exercise technique. It's not a combat skill, and I know that there must be some people who don't read the post who will be there shouting: "Is this stuff useful on the battlefield?" I will answer in advance now: "These are like long-distance running and skipping ropes, they are not used for actual combat, they are all for exercise, exercise ......"

When you partner with someone who really practices Tai Chi, you will find that you can't feel the other person's center of gravity from the other person's hand, but the other person can resist your strength and not retreat. This can also be found in some people who practice Japanese kendo.

In fact, the case has been disclosed in the book of Xu Haofeng, another lackey under Li Zhongxuan's predecessor, that is, the ring finger exercise method. The ring finger is a waste finger in daily life, and it is difficult to use the relevant strength, but when it is nervous, it can transmit the power to the hand. And you don't feel the power of your ring finger, and the other person doesn't feel the dark energy coming from your ring finger.

When the knife is used correctly, the main thing is that the ring finger drives the knife to run, and the other fingers are just nervous when they hit the target to keep the knife stable, so many people who practice kendo can inadvertently practice this effect, but brothers who specialize in judo can't practice it.

Although the most important attack power of Taijiquan comes from the ring finger, its core is on the thumb, and when holding the knife and swinging the knife, the body is weightless due to the knife, and it all depends on the thumb to maintain the weight and balance of the knife. The secret method of "the unity of man and knife" of Neijiaquan is also on the thumb.

We usually take the bus, when the car is bumpy, we have to find a place to help to maintain balance, in fact, the force is relatively light, why can we keep our weight of more than 100 or 200 pounds balanced? Because we're just looking for a sense of balance. When you find the balance that comes from the two thumbs, you enter the realm of "immovable movement". , the real "four taels" dial a thousand catties, with a four-tael thumb, dial their own weight of a thousand catties.

Wellness himself invented a method to hold his thumb in the other four fingers. Pretending to be weightless when walking, sometimes the thumb looks for strength from the other four fingers to find balance, and sometimes the other four fingers also look for strength from the thumb to find balance.

Chinese martial artists, in order to avoid the banned authorities from finding themselves practicing martial arts, have borrowed Taoist doctrine to cover up the practice of martial arts, so you look at an ancient martial arts cheats, there are a lot of yin and yang, five elements, don't be surprised, those are written to ensure that when the book is seen by the police, it will not be copied by the owner of the book. In fashionable parlance, the hidden words of Taoism became a military code. For example, the words "Lu Dongbin", "Lu Chunyang", and "Lu Zu" refer to men's small **. (Guests in the cave)

There are still many martial artists in the previous generation who can translate these military codes, but in our generation, there are fewer and fewer people who can translate. And then there are some people who mess with the translation (well, I'm talking about myself) and make the secret publishing world a mess.

Readers only need to understand that when two martial artists of the Yuan Dynasty/early Qing Dynasty were talking about the inexplicable words of "Yin Sui enters the sea with no thickness", they were actually talking about the assassination technique of quietly inserting a knife into the vicinity of the opponent's small ** behind their backs. That's it.

When the rule gradually stabilized, the Fist of the Battlefield was no longer useful, and some of the descendants of the Fist of the Battlefield became street performers, developing into difficult and flashy moves, and some became fighters, and professional gladiatorial fights were used for the amusement of the well-fed spectators (or to put it nicely, to participate in the Olympics to win glory for the country). And part of it was transformed into the Fist of the Righteous.

The word righteous man means underworld in ancient times. In the Yuan Dynasty, it was mainly the Ming Sect and the White Lotus Sect, and in the Qing Dynasty, it was mainly based on the Heaven and Earth Society, the Red Flower Society, etc. These secret societies took the anti-Qing restoration as their own mission, and most of the time they lurked among the people, and generally rarely fought large-scale battles. The opponents of the fight are generally not soldiers, but officials, head hunters, and secret agents, in which case the fist of the battlefield is not so practical. Some of them have come up with techniques that are more practical for the current situation.

When you walk with your center of gravity leaning forward, you feel like you are about to lose weight, and you can adjust your center of gravity as if you were on other objects.

There are limits to what you can say, you can try to ride a bus, hold on to the handrails, and feel the balance of your body with the gentle use of your fingers. When you practice, use your thumb as a handrail for your other fingers to hold. This keeps your body balanced. Or use the other four fingers as objects to hold your thumb against to maintain balance.

When I was young, I met a friend who practiced Baguazhang for several years, but he still couldn't beat the boxer, and he was very distressed. thinks that it is the reason why his internal strength has not arrived, in fact, according to his kind of practice, even if he practices for ten years, he can't beat a boxer who has practiced for ten years, because Baguazhang first appeared in the commercial society, although it was in a professional ring match, but the earliest birth and use of Baguazhang was not to fight in the ring, but to oppose the Qing Dynasty and restore the Ming Dynasty.

Baguazhang's techniques and body techniques are dazzling, but the striking power is not satisfactory. There are many friends who are distressed by this, and they all practice heavy techniques such as iron sand palms, but iron sand palms have no power when they cooperate with such flexible skills. Therefore, many gossip masters in the world have encountered a dilemma.

In fact, the terrible thing about Baguazhang is still in the weapon, and the empty-handed palm is just to hide people's eyes, and even the name Baguazhang is also a cover. The essence of Baguazhang is in its unique weapon, the Meridian Mandarin Duck Yue, which can be locked, scratched, picked, and cut. But this thing is only used for performance in peacetime. The real civilian identity of the Meridian Mandarin Duck Yue is - the sickle.

In the grove under the sunset, a farmer with a sickle in both hands suddenly attacked your carotid artery, femoral artery, hamstring, carpal artery and other places with an extremely strange way. And when you fight back, he hides behind a tree and attacks you from unbelievable angles. Baguazhang's "Nine Palace Steps" is, to put it bluntly, a technique of escaping or dodging counterattacks in the crowd and woods. In the woods/innocent people, what Xingyi boxing, what Tai Chi boxing, is not the opponent of Baguazhang.

Baguazhang is actually between the assassination fist and the righteous fist,

The real signature fist of the righteous is the "Hong Fist" (formerly known as Taizu Changquan, and the later is the national standard martial arts Changquan routine)

Taizu Changquan, that is, the underworld boxing method named Song Taizu, appeared in the Yuan Dynasty.

Its characteristics are as follows:

1. Pay attention to Wang Baquan (the most instinctive boxing method, but this Wang Baquan is not the other Wang Baquan, which will be described in detail below)

2. Pay attention to the bridge hand (forearm skills)

3. Pay attention to movement, the last move is to the east, and the next move may be to run south

Jin Yong Daxia said well, some people practice a kind of boxing method all their lives, and the beautiful name is "expensive and not expensive", whether they can achieve "fine", it is very doubtful, as for "more" is definitely not possible. Therefore, as long as someone says "expensive essence is not too expensive", they will spontaneously feel like a confidant.

On the contrary, it is difficult to say whether the learned boxing techniques can be refined, but at least there are many types of doubts. And he reads a lot, so he is by no means their confidant.

Health believes that Taijiquan was created by sword and shield soldiers, what is the evidence...... Compared with Taijiquan, it was taught by Zhang Sanfeng Night Dream God, or Chen Wangting patted his head when he was farming in the countryside, and it was still a little more sufficient.

Chen Wangting created Taijiquan and said, which comes from the Chen family tree. The saying of health preservation comes from the ...... of Qi Huan Gong in the Spring and Autumn Period Wrong, that should be the Divine Tiger Technique. Then it comes from General Li Jinglin's secret diary.

That's all for the ridicule. The fist of the righteous is a fist method that uses sundries to restrain the ancient police with less to more.

It is not possible to tell that whales and sharks are of the same family because they look alike, but it is possible to tell that both of them live in the sea. Because they look like one that conforms to the principles of marine life, not terrestrial life.

Let's first look at what principles must be met by the Fist of the Righteous:

1. The body is balanced, and it is not easy to fall down while moving. Once you fall to the ground, you will be caught by a bunch of traps who pounce on them and use Barou to hold them tightly. And if he is caught, it is worse than death, not to mention that he has been tortured, and he will die with relatives and friends.

2. Reverse grappling, can not be easily caught by people with joint skills, the reason is the same as above.

3. Find an escape space in a crowd of opponents around you and rush out.

4. Do whatever it takes to survive. (That's right, it's the unrestricted fighting technique found in the most precious place)

5. Simple and quick.

6. The weapons used are portable
