Chapter 709 Rights Protection (I)

The driver, Xiao Liu, came up with six gift boxes, and He Xinyan's advertisements on the gift boxes were extremely eye-catching-I am satisfied that I like it, Dongshan Tiger Whip Pills, Xue Dongyang didn't know that people were setting up sets, and put the six gift boxes next to the desk with a smile: "Director Zhang, you keep it first, not me blow it, our products not only have remarkable results, but also have exquisite packaging, and give them away very high-grade, these are specially made, and they are all packaged in wooden boxes." ”

Zhang Yang smiled indifferently: "Now you don't want to kill tigers, where did you get so many tiger whips?" ”

Xue Dongyang said with a smile: "When it is said to be a tiger whip pill, it does not necessarily have the ingredients of a tiger whip in it, what we mean is that after taking our products, it is as powerful as a tiger, comparable to a tiger whip." ”

Zhang Yang also laughed, he pointed to He Xinyan on the packaging box and said, "This spokesperson looks familiar!" ”

Xue Dongyang said: "Big beauty, I don't know who she is." ”

Zhang Yang said: "You don't know, I know!" ”

Xue Dongyang hadn't come back to his senses yet, and said with a smile: "Director Zhang knows? ”

Zhang Yang said: "Don't you know, she is my cousin!" ”

When Xue Dongyang heard this, he began to feel that something was wrong, and he smiled: "Your cousin is really beautiful." He didn't dare to continue to discuss this topic, so he shook his shot and changed the topic: "Director Zhang, I see that it's so busy outside, is your sports committee going to move?" ”

Zhang Yang was not distracted by Xue Dongyang's words, stared at Xue Dongyang and said: "My cousin doesn't seem to have signed this advertisement, and abuses other people's portrait rights without their permission, what is this called?" ”

Sweat broke out on Xue Dongyang's forehead, he finally knew that he was throwing himself into the net today, and said hard: "Director Zhang, I am in charge of regional sales, and I don't care about the packaging and publicity of the product, and I don't know the female stars on it, and I don't know if I signed a contract." ”

Zhang Yang said: "If you don't know, then help me contact someone who knows, and contact your person in charge now, I want your factory to explain to me immediately, otherwise I will sue you for infringing on portrait rights." ”

Xue Dongyang turned his face when he saw Zhang Yang say that he turned his face, and secretly complained in his heart, he smiled bitterly: "Director Zhang, don't mind, I'll contact you, I'll contact you, it should be a misunderstanding, it should be a misunderstanding." ”

Xue Dongyang called the factory director Xue Dongxing, Xue Dongxing is his cousin, Xue Dongxing is not in Linlang at this time, he is opening a local specialty expo in Dongjiang, he received a call from Xue Dongyang, and he couldn't help but be taken aback, Xue Dongyang said: "Factory director, Director Zhang is here, or you can explain to him." ”

Xue Dongxing asked Xue Dongyang to hand over the phone to Zhang Yang, and Xue Dongyang behaved very politely on the phone, and said respectfully: "Director Zhang, I'm sorry!" "He knows that he is at fault, so it is better to admit his mistakes.

Zhang Yang has a fire in his belly, these bastards violated He Xinyan's portrait rights, and what is even more infuriating is that they printed He Xinyan's portrait on sexual health products, I don't know how many men will become the object of sexual immorality, thinking of this, Zhang Yang hated to catch Xue Dongxing and give them two mouths, Zhang Yang said: "You are not sorry for me, what you are sorry for is my cousin, without the permission of others, abusing other people's portraits, and printing on what tiger whip pills, this is an infringement of personal portrait rights, now it has been legislated, I officially inform you, Get ready for a lawsuit. ”

Xue Dongxing panicked when he heard that he was going to fight a lawsuit, he begged: "Director Zhang, don't be angry, it is not easy for us to develop an enterprise to this scale now, we were just a small factory in a township, many systems were not sound at the beginning of development, and the key to the law was weak, so we made this mistake, so don't be angry, I opened a local product fair in Dongjiang, as soon as it is over tomorrow, I will go to Nancy and apologize to you in person, how to solve it, let's meet and talk?" ”

Zhang Yang was originally angry, but the other party's confession attitude was very sincere, this Xue Dongxing should be an understanding person, Zhang Yang thought about it, this matter is still waiting for Xue Dongxing to come, he said in a low voice: "Okay, you think about it yourself, let's solve it face to face." ”

Xue Dongyang left the Nancy Municipal Sports Committee dejectedly, and today he sent it to the door by himself, and he couldn't complain about others.

Xue Dongyang has just left, Li Guangnan, the boss of Nanyang International, and Ren Wenbin, the general manager of Nanguo Villa, came over together.

Zhang Yang saw them coming, stood up with a smile and greeted him, he shook hands with Ren Wenbin first, because Ren Wenbin was usually in Dongjiang and rarely came to Nancy.

Ren Wenbin said: "As soon as I arrived in Nancy, I saw that you were about to move. ”

Zhang Yang said: "It is estimated that it will take three days to pick up the ropes, and this time will cause you trouble." ”

Li Guangnan smiled: "Director Zhang is so polite, it is an honor for Nanyang International to work here, and I feel a little lost in my heart when I leave." ”

Zhang Yang smiled: "Please take a seat!" ”

After the two sat down, Li Guangnan said: "Director Zhang, if there is anything you need help with, just say that I can contribute someone here." ”

Zhang Yang said: "No, I have already hired a moving company, and we have to rely on our own staff to sort out the trivial things, and after we moved out, I contacted a cleaning company to clean up this place, and then return it to you." ”

Li Guangnan said: "No, I will do these things." ”

Zhang Yang said: "It's not difficult to borrow it well and borrow it again, when you gave it to me, it was good, and I can't make a mess and return it to you." ”

Several people laughed.

The move of the entity committee is to move to the office building of the new sports center, which is still very close to Nanyang International, and the two sides are still neighbors, Zhang Yang said: "Recently, I will convene a meeting with several hotels, and for the upcoming Provincial Games, we will come up with a reception plan in advance." ”

Li Guangnan said: "Director Zhang, we have already started to make relevant plans, and we will be able to come up with a specific plan in two days." ”

Zhang Yang nodded and said: "Very good, we have preliminarily decided that the reception of the Provincial Games will be mainly handled by Nanyang International and Haitian." ”

Lee Kwang-nam smiled, "I'm already starting to feel the pressure. ”

Zhang Yang said with a smile: "There is pressure to be motivated, I believe that your service level will definitely be able to do a good job in this reception." ”

Li Guangnan came this time for another purpose, he originally wanted to discuss with Zhang Yang and give their hotel the title of exclusive sponsorship, but now it seems that Zhang Yang has decided to let Haitian join, Li Guangnan also understands the relationship between Zhang Yang and Yuan Bo, since Zhang Yang has decided, of course he is not good to propose any exclusive sponsorship. Li Guangnan said: "Director Zhang, I heard that Xingzuan is going to take over the plot of the old stadium?" ”

Zhang Yang smiled: "What? Are you also interested in this land? ”

Li Guangnan shook his head with a smile and said: "Although there are some interests, but I don't have such strong strength, from land acquisition to development, it is not possible to have 500 million funds as a guarantee, just Nanyang International, I owe a large amount of bank loans." ”

Ren Wenbin said: "The fate of this land is quite tortuous, Xingyue also wanted this land at the beginning, and specifically asked us to learn some information, and now, Xingyue has withdrawn from the competition, I can't imagine that Mrs. Heather will have problems soon after getting this land." ”

Li Guangnan sighed and said: "When I went back to Singapore a few days ago, I went to visit Miss Fan Siqi, her condition is very poor, the doctor is at a loss for her condition, I'm afraid she doesn't have much time. ”

Zhang Yang is very clear about Fan Siqi's situation, and it is his slight tricks that have made Fan Siqi what she is now, because Fan Siqi is suspected of kidnapping Gong Yaxin and killing Lin Peipei, and there is no other way to extricate her from the predicament except to make her pretend to be sick. Of course, he knew that Fan Siqi would not be in danger of his life, and according to the current situation, it was not suitable for him to take the initiative to contact Fan Siqi, Zhang Yang deliberately sighed and said: "It's a pity, Fan Siqi got such a strange disease at such a young age, it's really jealous." ”

Li Guangnan said: "The internal power struggle in Xingyue is also very fierce, because Fan Siqi is seriously ill, and the directors are all thinking about seizing control of the company, and Miss Fan's situation is also quite difficult." From Li Guangnan's words, it can be seen that he is still quite sympathetic to Fan Siqi.

Zhang Yang smiled, Fan Siqi was able to become the president of Xingyue at a young age, it was not due to luck, after experiencing huge setbacks in life one after another, I believe that she will slowly mature, and Fan Siqi can naturally deal with the disputes within the family.

Zhang Yang didn't want to discuss this issue, he smiled: "Mr. Li, next week several image ambassadors of the Provincial Games will come to Nancy to co-produce a promotional video, and the reception will be handed over to you." ”

Li Guangnan couldn't help but be surprised and happy when he heard about this, it seems that today is really not in vain, as far as he knows, sports ambassadors include ice princess Guan Zhiqing, rhythmic gymnastics champion Xu Yi, Hong Kong star Zou Delong, and Niu Jiajun, who is popular all over the land of China, these people came to Nancy at the same time, which will inevitably cause a sensational star effect.

Li Guangnan said: "In this way, I am afraid that my security work will increase several times." ”

Zhang Yang said: "There are too many star chasers now, if you feel pressured, I can make separate arrangements." ”

Li Guangnan smiled: "Don't worry, I will definitely satisfy you." ”

Zhang Yang said: "It's not to satisfy me, it's to satisfy these ambassadors, they are all obliged to help, and they don't charge a penny, if we don't do a good job in reception, we can't explain it on face." ”

Li Guangnan nodded again and again: "I will leave the best room and the best service to them." ”

At this time, Chang Haixin knocked on the door and walked in, Li Guangnan and Ren Wenbin took the opportunity to get up and say goodbye, Zhang Yang didn't go far, Chang Haixin said: "There is a problem with the procedure again, Director Zhang, how is the matter that you contacted?" ”

Zhang Yang remembered that she asked her to contact Gao Lianming and Tang Tang, and couldn't help but smile bitterly: "Look at me, I've been too busy in the past two days to forget about it." ”

Chang Haixin pursed her lips a little unhappily, and when she saw the gift boxes next to Zhang Yang's desk, she recognized He Xinyan on it at a glance, but when she saw the advertising words on it, her pretty face couldn't help but blush.

When Zhang Yang saw her expression, he immediately understood why Chang Haixin blushed, and said with a smile: "I was about to help Xinyan defend her rights, this unscrupulous company actually violated her portrait rights." “

Chang Haixin said: "I also don't think He Xinyan will do this kind of advertising." ”

Zhang Yang said in a low voice: "I heard that this Tiger Whip Pill is good, why don't you go back and try it?" ”

Chang Haixin's pretty face became more and more red, and he whispered: "You still use these?" He lowered his head, hurriedly left in shame, and when he came to the door, he remembered the purpose of his coming, turned to Zhang Yang and said: "Don't forget, hurry up and contact Gao Lianming, if Tang Tang doesn't come again, the entire information system will be paralyzed." ”

Zhang Yangle nodded, after Chang Haixin left, he immediately called Gao Lianming's mobile phone, this guy was still turned off, Zhang Yang called his home again, and only after asking did he know that Gao Lianming went to Huangshan for a tour, Zhang Yang was a little annoyed in his heart, this Gao Lianming was too casual, since he had signed a contract with the Sports Commission, he had to abide by the rules and regulations of the Sports Commission, and he still thought he was a ranger, and he must beat him this time.

Zhang Yang remembered the matter of the Tiger Whip Pill again, and then called He Xinyan.

He Xinyan and Hu Yinru are together, filming advertisements in Hainan, listening to Zhang Yang talk about the Tiger Whip Pill, He Xinyan exhaled angrily: "I am preparing to fight a lawsuit with them, I have already entrusted a lawyer, and I will send a lawyer's letter to them soon." ”

Zhang Yang said: "Don't say it, you printed it on this Tiger Whip Pill, it does have some effect." ”

He Xinyan said: "What do you mean? ”

Zhang Daguan said shamelessly: "I can't help but react when I look at it." ”

"Get out!" He Xinyan scolded him with a smile.

Zhang Yang said: "Their factory director is coming to see me tomorrow, saying that he will explain this matter to me in person, how do you think I can be angry for you?" ”

He Xinyan said: "I asked the lawyer, and I was going to claim 200,000 yuan from them, publish an apology, and order them to remove all advertisements related to me. ”

Zhang Yang said: "It's only 200,000!" ”

He Xinyan said: "If you really start a lawsuit, it is estimated that you will not get so much, and the punishment in this area is not strong in China." ”

Zhang Yang said: "That's it, leave this matter to me, and I'll help you solve it, 200,000?" Can't be so cheap for them! ”
